Very Ghetto and pretending to be Urban Outfitters. They are extremely rude. Shopped for ten minutes nobody looked at me, said hello or even acknowledged me. The guys who worked there were so absorbed in their own conversation chitchatting amongst themselves it was as if I wasnt even there. The guy working was on his cell phone texting most of the time. I was looking for a certain levis in my size. When I asked, he lazily said, oh theyre over there and there. I never found them. It was the worst customer service Ive ever seen. Found a bunch of nice stuff, but just didnt want to give my business to people who were so rude.

Horrible customer service. Sold me a clearly sun damaged shirt, that I didnt notice til I was home, and wont let me return it.
