One of the most popular malls in Moscow.Home to top fashion brands however the variety is quite limited of to compared to other similar places and the prices are high.The building is located next to the big theater in the center and very good looking from the outside.It has some new contemporary brands which can be found only in Tzum and no where else .

I love that the people here arent aggressive and expect anything out of you. They are all informative and knowledgeable about whats on the shelf. If youre looking for the same products but with a percentage off I recommend going to афимол or if you want the real trash but with a negotiable price, дубровка.

I have been there only twice, in 2015 and 2018. Everything is very expensive: like black caviar, sausages, cheese, vine, brand clothes and so on. It is interesting walking just for your entertainment, to see things what “rich” people can afford to buy like every day. But you can like me try very popular Russian ice cream “Eskimo”, it is quite tasty anyway. And it is very beautiful there. Thank you for reading my review.P. S. See photo 👇😇👇

A worth visited shopping mall in the heart of Moscow! You will find a great variety of cosmetics, fashion brands and accessories. Personally I prefer Tsum rather than Gum! Totally recommended!

This is a fashionable Department Store in the historical part of Moscow. Late Mrs. Alla Verber has created a mec of fashion with all high end brands with latest collections. Luxurious, elegant, quite with a great service. I would have send some Geneva boutiques salespersons to learn what service is.Even if you want have a quick lunch there is an elegant cafe for it with reasonable prices, delicious food and coffee, nice atmosphere and THE SERVICE.Bongenie and Globus are a simple C&A in comparison with TSUM. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, just go and visit it. Very glamorous place.

Of course its unique experiense in Moscow, comparable to best department stores in Europe(like Harrods or De Bijenkorf). All of the bespoke luxury fashion brands, for clothes, tech, scincare and perfumery - TsUM has it all and more.

Awful. I believed in their buy on 150 000 RUB get 50 000 RUB bonuses promo in May 2021. When I tried to spend these bonuses it appeared that you can only do that with unmarketable / unpopular clothes from previous seasons collections. You cant even spend it on perfume. Stay away!!!

The horriblest Ive ever been. The only restroom here is on the fifth floor and they charge a hundred roubles. Better go to the Red Square.

Great collection of brands and centrally located. Some of the sections are closed due to the Fifa World Cup Fan Fest.

Beautiful shopping mall of the luxury brands. The mall is especially pretty in winter :) The choice of the brands is very big (you have all the top brands in one place). Usually TSUM is full of people (even in pandemics).The staff of the shops is always very helpful and professional.The toilets are in -1 and 5th floor (you should show a TSUM card or a bill for a free entry).

This is a fantastic shopping centre and one of my favourite places to visit when I come to Moscow.

I wanted to share my experience regarding an incident that I had to deal with today that only caused more trouble with worries than pleasure. I have had a lot of experience with online shopping related to Harrods, Selfridges, Netaporter, Farfetch. I was told that Tsum is a similar convention providing such excellent service for a higher price range in terms of commission but delivering customer service at it’s best.Thus, instead of ordering through Koleshnikov boutique, I trusted your association and made an order. I was given the option to first do a present packaging that was pretty much a simple black box with your marketing logo above that in my believe any company would provide minimum within that price range. At least have an option alike with add a little note or card option with a comment for your receiver? In Harrods it is most definitive when you make an order online and ask them for an additional price to complete such a service, it is never an option- refusal. Hence, why one buys from a store that charges more than others in order to meet its clients expectations. Thus, when I asked if they could do so, they said they don’t provide such service.... Ok, maybe Tsum has yet not evolved to international standards...? Worst of all was when I requested fast delivery option that required an extra 2000 RUB to pay even though my friend told me she lives five minutes away from TSUM (by taxi it is not even 1/4 the price). Furthermore, in Europe and even Switzerland that is world’s most expensive country for lifestyle- does not charge so much... Hence, there has to be then reasoning behind the mentality of Tsum regarding this approach? I am not greedy and believe me that with today’s currency of Swiss CHF converted to RUS RUB exchange rate- this is insignificant! However, if you proceed with your clients request and then further fail completely to deliver the delivery fast option, maybe don’t offer this service at all from start? At least, inform your staff to first check weather it is feasible to proceed with such wish than charging beforehand because it is always easy to put out an outstanding check and then not even fulfill the command half way that I believe is so unprofessional! Honestly, this whole order became a problem for everyone and ruined a friend of mine’s birthday from my behalf that had nothing to do with my organization and planning....Thus, I am calling for your attention and hope that other customers won’t have to experience such horrible service. And in addition, to inform the logistics team about this incident that way they are aware that the following time they should check weather they will manage to deliver a package with such a time frame and only after proceed with a payment and promise to the customer of certain standardized service..Best Regards,

Since I have a love affair with By Kilian—the line of perfumes that is, not the man himself of course—I entered the amazing TSUM to buy By Kilian “Straight To Heaven, White Cristal”. Having been introduced to the line a few years ago, I have found myself spending lots of time learning about this company and its novelties, oohing and ahhing each time I spray one of their perfumes on my skin. I bought hundreds of their products, many of whom I happened to explore in while in TSUM. The buying experience in TSUM is always great and the sellers always make me feel special. The counter is very impressive. “Straight To Heaven, White Cristal” is still my most favorite one of By Killian. Hands down THE BEST perfume I’ve EVER had! This will be a forever perfume for me until it no longer exists! Lasts all day for me. It IS expensive but I promise it is worth the investment!!!

Went here to make a quick purchase. Staff were helpful although you should understand a little Russian. It’s very high end department store, similar to Saks or Neiman’s. The gift wrapping was free!

Not only crazily expensive but also overpriced, look somewhere else in Russia for better deals. Only positive is that the overall experience of shopping is unparalleled in this country. And that seems to work fine for a lot of people looking at the sales.

The staff are fantastically accommodating and can help with the smallest of complaints, I personally enjoy seeing all the new designer items in every year, It is one of the most expensive shops in Russia but is one of the best.

If you are looking for luxury department store TSUM is exactly the place you need.Very respectful and good service; though someone will ask you continuously if you need any help, they are anxious to answer any questions.The location is just off the metro stop Teatralnaya and the Bolshoi Theater.
