Discovered family dollar during the hoarding period of the lockdown.They had items not on shelves in the major food stores at good prices too.They greet you when you come in and social distance check out is in place.You can get anything from diapers, autocare products.sundrie items frozen foods .housewares,clothing and much more .A good go to.place in the neighborhood when you need something in a hurry

I shouldve went to the 99cent store...too expensive for the few items I purchased..Ill never shop there again

Kickass prices

This location is very convenient for me because it’s literally 2 mins away from my house . Since COVID-19, I’m always getting supplies from there for my mom and aunties since they can’t go out because of health issues . Most of the employees are nice & I have no problem with them, but their manager has some type of attitude issue & act like she‘s better than customers or anyone for that matter. There’s been several occasions where she’ll walk by me or in front of me as if I don’t exist . And I let it slide all the time because I don’t want a negative person to come between my positive aura . One day I asked her about a supply they didn’t have . She had the nerves to say you can go to food for less for that . Like really, how are you gonna tell me where I can go ? Like as if you know my life & think it’s very convenient for me to get from point A to point B . Again, I let that smart remark slide . I’ve already reported that they keep supplies for themselves in the back (I’ve witness a employee coming out with a box of supplies for themselves. Such as, “Lysol spray, sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, etc). Clearly after they told me they didn’t get a shipment . Last time I was in there, the so call manager was in front of me in the line . She went outside to her car to go get her debit card holding up the line like nobody else was in the line (& there was 2 other customers behind me) . So rude ! Then while I was leaving she jumped in front of me to walk out the door as if I wasn’t directly behind her . Again no “excuse me or sorry about that . “ Me being a manager myself knows this is not how you conduct/run a business, or how you treat your customers. She is not suitable for manager qualities. I had it up to here with her ! And one day she will get a reality check !

I went inside just to buy a gift card that is around 14.99, once one employee went to the cashier checked it out i got charged a extra dollar. Arent you suppose to pay 15.00

The manager was so rude, the cashier had messed up our payment so he had to get it fixed by her and we didnt mind but it almost seemed like instead of us being mad about the whole ordeal she was the one all mad and frustrated.
