Where do I start with this place...first off we live in Illinois and my son had been in contact with Rob about a Suburban 2500 for a week, he knew that we would be flying out on a Friday and be at the dealership on Saturday morning to look at and test drive this vehicle. We get there and they are working on the truck...OK I guess but having a weeks notice to get this truck in running working order for us to purchase and then DRIVE back to Illinois was more than enough I thought. About an hour later its fixed or so we thought. Take it for a test drive not even on the highway and the check engine light came on saying limited power and the truck went into limp mode. The mechanic in the backseat shut the check engine light off. We take it back to the the lot, they have no idea what is wrong, theyre going to take it to the chevy dealer and have them look at it. Keep in mind still we have NO hotel, plane tickets and we have to return the rental car at 5:00pm. They tell us go have a nice lunch Parkers Lighthouse ON US of course. My sons and I go have a nice lunch bring back the check, $177.88 with tip. They write the check...truck STILL isnt DONE and its now going on 5:00. SO we decide to sign paperwork and BOOM...they had the suburban listed for $14,995..they tell my son oh mustve been a typo it $15,995..at this point we are ALL ready to blow!! Im trying to search flights to get back home looking for hotels. We decide to stay and fly out Sunday morning! Then about 6:30 they call my son tell him that they will take the $14,995 ...now I have to pay lyft to get him back to the lot $45.00. He goes signs papers they drive him back to the hotel in the truck ALL was well! We stay the night which they told us they would pay for HAHA I got a check for $50.00! I cancel flights we lyft back to the lot NO ONE is there, we call and the truck went BACK into limp mode!!!! My son tells him bring me my money!!! So i have to find a flight to get home!! Cheapest and quickest was in Las Vegas!!! Lyft to the car rental place drive 4 1/2 hours to Vegas make our flights get back to Illinois at 12:00 AM. We go to the bank deposit our checks only to find out a week later THEY STOPPED PAYMENT on them!!!! I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would!!! Bad business bad customer service just an ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE wouldnt recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!!!!!

This has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had with any dealership and Ive been to quite a few. Corey was very polite and welcoming the moment we walked through the door, he was so informative and was just as determined to get me a car that fits my family size as I was determined to get one. The process was really fast and I was happy with the outcome. Got a 2013 528i BMW from Diamond motors with under 100,000 miles on it... After only 4 months of having this car it stalled and needs over $4000 worth of repair. Not sure of what to do I called diamond motors for advice only to be told all sales are final blah blah... Thought they could at least advice me on what I should do and they offered nothing... Asked if I could have the car towed in so their mechanic could take a look at it but they said he was on his birthday week ... They pretty much dont care...

First of all I would like to say that I am am a little skeptical about dealing with car salesman. That quickly changed when I met Danny and his staff at His dealership. They are honest, upfront and dont have any BS. Their business model is a happy client will equal more business. I am definitely satisfied and will be a customer for life and will refer any friends and family who are looking for a car. If you are going to purchase a car you must check them out. You wont regret it. Good prices, good service and no bs! They treat you like family!

I was looking for a Tacoma x-runner for approximately six months and I’ve seen lots of them most of them were in decent shape but not as good as the one that I found here in this dealership Ron was excellent in answering all my question. He was willing to work with me on on the price and also how to pay for it so my experience with them has overall been excellent. They run it like it’s a small family business I don’t know if it’s a franchise or what but they were like a small family business which made it nice for me to shop (no pressure sales). I dont write many reviews, but this place deserves high praise and I felt that this was a worthwhile piece to write.Sergio helped me get into a Honda accord that I needed to replace one that I had previously lost to an accident. Due to a few red marks on my credit I didnt expect to have any luck, but Sergio and his financiers found a way to help me finance the car. So now on my way to work again, and I also have an opportunity to improve my credit.Next was all the paper work. What could have been a long, drawn out process was facilitated quick with the help of Savanna, who knew that giving clear, concise information during the process could only help with efficiency. So not only was the process easy, but any gaps in information that I had on what I was signing was answered without delay. The real surprise? While Sergio looked on over the proceedings, he remarked that Savanna was still in training. If his employees operate this way while training, it inspires confidence that they will hit the ground running.The car itself is awesome, but with two minor issues. The tires on the front were beyond wear, but before the contract was signed Sergio had already assured me that tires were ready to go on (I had to take the care that day for work the next), and that i could bring it back whenever to put them on. I also discovered a day later that the heater didnt work. I wasnt even worried. I just called Sergio to let him know, and he told me it would be taken care of when the tires went on. So I took the car down there today, got the tires and heater taken care of, and I am beyond satisfied. For the record, his guy in the service bay Glenn seemed to be a straight shooter and his work proved it.13/10 will recommend to people. Very professional. Thanks guys!

The manager was very rude and cursed at me. They finance company is tied up with them Sol acceptance from my understanding leasing them that lot. Very very horrible place to get a car. I got a car from them and I barley had it for 4 months and already had safety issues with the cars bad brakes and all. Transmission went out on me and Sergio said I did that. How? The bad reviews are here for a reason he’s a scam. I’m not the only one who has issues with this. I wish I could give it zero stars. Went in to look at a car, yes my credit sucks. Long story short, they asked about my work history, I didn’t want to divulge that information, but had to so I did. I am currently a vocational nurse so I thought that would be good enough. After the “salesman” found out what I had done previously he then began to treat me differently, was very brash and basically told me that with my credit I was lucky that he was even trying to get me the car that I wanted. Which by the way they gave me the key to look at it, and it the car didn’t even start. Then I told him that I thinkv I’m going To wait, which I have every right to. He then told me that he doesn’t want to work with anyone that’s not serious, and then asked me for the down payment, before he even submitted my credit application. AFTER I told him that I wanted to wait. I asked to speak to the owner and the other saleman straight up ignored me. I felt humiliated. This place is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. So Now I will go to a real car place .

Dimond motors, i bought a 2006 BMW, put down 1700 before i signed for it then took another look at it and realized i was a mess was told i to take them to court and i might receive 700 which would take months. Did want to loose money so against better jugment i purchased bmw for 9000 not more than two weeks later it broke down, had it towed back to dealer they said they woul fix problems later that night i went back to check on bmw at 4am and bmw was not locked with two homeless men in back seat having sex in bmw, they broke ashtray it was a complete mess when Diamond motors opened i was told that because the bmw had electric problems they were not able to lock bmw and problems would be fixed two weeks later got it back and all sensors were on, two years later Im still having the same problems so called Diamond motors and was told they could refer me to a cheap mechanic, so instead i took it to my mechanic he told me they never changed oil like they said they did and bmw was a mess and shouldnt have been sold to anyone, after many complaints to Diamond motors all i got was we can give you a phone number to a cheap mechanic i refused and in two years time i have spent over 9,000 in repairs and bmw has sat in driveway for over a year unable to drive but to local stores, certainly no on freeways. With one more year of payments left it still needs thousands more to fix bmw. I have proof in repair bills totaling over 9000 to where my mechanic gave me a break if i took it to a bmw shop it would be thousands more on top of the 9000. My message to Diamond motors.You are corrupt nothing but thieves who pray opon low income people with your We finance anyone. That should have been my first clue they were DIRTY . COMPLETE LIARS. top of that i still dont feal good driving a car with red lights on dash you should be ashamed of yourself, you money hungry, car laundering, thieves, liars. I hope people read this so they will be saved thousands. Anyone that wants to buy vehicle please do not buy a vehicle here they sell you vehicles that are lemons, vehicles that have been sitting up for months and years. They only repair the vehicles enough just to get it sold and rolling . I bought a vehicle a year ago here and from day one Ive been going back and forth with minor issues to the dealer for repairs. The mechanic has a very cocky attitude he says he knows his job but the repairs he has done are no good, youll be bringing your vehicle back to back. ALSO they sell you a vehicle with no warranty because they know their vehicles are not worth anything so why would they give you a warranty knowing that the vehicles worth nothing a warranty is given when they know the vehicle is in great shape and good enough to service it 4 long periods after the vehicle has been bought and driven. After I bought the vehicle they told me dont worry about the as is warranty we will fix your vehicle as long as youre paying your car note it took seven months for them to repair my vehicle but they only repaired it because I reached out to the finance company and I told the finance company that I had a problem with paying for a vehicle that the dealer wont fix. These people are not professional at all theyre very rude,, the owner Sergio is very rude very dishonest his word means nothing. After purchasing the vehicle I met other purchasers who came to the dealership and they told me as well that theyve been going through troubles with their vehicle and they just have to keep getting it repaired repaired repaired and if you upset them to the point where I did when I called the finance company now the dealer refuse to have any dealings with me or the vehicle now the vehicle is disabled and it cost thousands of dollars to get repaired and the finance company wants to repo it,, even though Ive sent them everything a year of history of calls and attempts to work with the dealer for repairs and theyve done nothing but continuously requested a car payment.. PLEASE DONT buy a vehicle from these people go somewhere where you can get a warranty any time a car dealer sell you a vehicle as is means the vehicle is no good and I learned this from the Bureau of Automotive do your history on the vehicle read the reviews talk to other customers before buying a vehicle from Diamond Motors.
