So buyer be ware... Ask about your title BEFORE leaving these guys whom seem to not communicate very well... Ramon and Tee? Great prices BUT i do repeat ask about the title and any other paper work before you leave these guys... My daughter brought a car from these men.. ( young and didnt really know much, excited to get her 1st car on her own).. She left the lot, her dad had to fix the coolant housing day #1 CHECK the cars completely. Her car had No plates, No paper work, no anything for about 3 weeks... Asking about the title was like pulling teeth. Calling Tee for him to say call Ramon to Ramon saying he doesnt know or call Tee? Tell your buyers BEFORE they leave the lot about the titles. Also let them know all the fees that will be associated with the cars after they finally get the titles.. If i could have sent my daughter car back i would have.

I just want to say I love to support black own businesses and self own businesses because that takes hard work. When I bought my car paid in full I thought I had all my paper work even the title. The dealer did not let us know that we had to wait for the title. I had to find out from Dmv. Once called multiple times I was told in one week. I called in a week then nothing. Title disappeared or so I was told. So Dmv said we just need signatures saying the car was released. I called or dealer we go straight to voicemail. Multiple times. This guy just started ignoring me like if Im the police.If you do not know what your doing please dont buy from him. I would respect him more if he let me know first hand what to expect. The fact that hes is not interested in helping me out after I paid for my car is ridiculous.Horrible customer service.
