DO NOT Buy a car from these liars. I bought a Mercedes Benz from them because there are numerous and expensive problems with the car they never showed or told me about at anytime. Since delivery of the car on June 19, 2021, I’ve spent over $1,400 in repairs and still have more repairs to be done. Both headlights have to be replaced, the air screen for the convertible is missing, and one rim is bent, plus the car was scratched on the hood by the delivery company. Take my word and save your money and a lot of headaches. READ ALL THE REVIEWS about this used car dealership before you buy!!!

These dealers are the stereotype of a dishonest used car dealer. I bought a Dodge minivan from them after having test drove it and looked it over for major mechanical issues. They did a great job of disguising all the other stuff wrong with it - the DVD system didnt work, nor did the drivers side window or sliding door locks. There was a check engine light on minutes after I drove it away - they had been disconnecting and reconnecting the battery so the light wouldnt be on when I saw the car. They had also done a temporary fix for the coolant system that blew within a week of me owning the car. The real fix for it was $500! Never assume anything is okay with a car without checking it yourself. They showed me the car with the middle row seats down. After Id given them the money, they put them up and revealed 3 big missing pieces of trim. All told, the van cost about $3000 more after I paid for it. If Id known that, I would not have bought from them. They are dishonest to hide so much.In short, the cars they have look like theyre a good deal, but they are far from it! If they have a car you want, pay a mechanic to thoroughly look it over. It might cost $100 or so, but it will save you thousands to find everything theyre hiding!

This dealership has nice cars on the lot but buyer beware! They are extremely slow and carefree when it comes to actually delivering! I stopped by almost 2 weeks ago and chose a car on their lot. The salesman was fast talking and not totally honest about the vehicle I chose. Nevertheless I let them run my credit and had my down payment in hand. They told me that the car needed a part which they were going to take care of. It has been two weeks to date and today the car is not on the lot, they say its at the mechanic, and still not ready!! I stopped by, got all of my documents from them and now on my way to another dealership to purchase a vehicle. I gave them more than enough time even considering the holiday! Never again with them!!!

We see what we could do but you purchase it as is was there response. After months trying to get them to do something we given up. Alex the salesman con man even went as far as telling us stop calling him he got fire. Lie I know he still works there!!! Now they called and said license plates are ready for pick up. I responded back great wish I had a car to drive up there because the one you sold me doesnt work!!! Guess who was there to give us the license plates??? I wouldn’t advise “ANYONE” to buy a car from AVA Auto Sales. Customer service was horrible & they only fix their cars to the point were they look presentable to sale. Even if you do decide to buy a car from this company. Tell them you want them to send it to the dealership that made the car for an Bumper to Bumper inspection. It cost less then $150 and it’s for the money then to Pay hundred if not a couple of thousand is dollars that could of been avoid or not taking the risk.When we first went to go purchase our vehicle. They wanted us to come at 7pm. We tried to coming in earlier but we didn’t know why they wanted us to come so late. There was another customer there also purchasing their vehicle from them. Shawn was helping us both out trying to do both paper work at the same time. It seem very unprofessional.Shawn required the down payment from the other customer with out showing the contract. He wouldn’t give him anything until he seen a contract and know what everything was before given him anything. As they was going over everything. Shawn tried to do the same thing with us. Before giving him anything I requested to see the contract. He never told us our interest rate, what was the terms of the loan and any other fee’s. He got up set and was cursing and walked out saying this is the last time he was going to do this. We was all standing there think what just happened. It was late we understand but they set the appointment together and also so late and we wasn’t gonna give him anything with out knowing what we are signing. 10-15mins passed then he comes back in after taking a smoke break. Once we go over the paper work and sign the paper work he then becomes happen after we give him the deposit.Later on we find out that their car parts to the car that was missing that the car needed and the service that the dealership gave to the car was not even to the minimum.I would STRONGLY ADVICE ANYONE TO AVOID THESE GUYS and look at other dealership to purchase a car.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I gave this place $2000 deposit cash in good faith. There finance department was closed so they said come back tommorrow. I show up the next day at 9:30am we try to come to a agreement on terms that made since for both parts but that did not happen. I told the owner that I am just going to purchase a vehical from another dealer. I asked for my deposit back and the owner refused and basically said that if I qqmt my money back I was going to have to sue him for it. I have contacted my attorney and will be pursuing legal action. What ever you do dont trust these people.

I spoke to Shawn a day before actually meeting with him I had specific requirements and he told me they’d all be met so i get to the shop he tells me I’m approved and to come the next day and get the car it’ll be ready by nooon the next day I contact him at noon It was a bunch of bs so we ended up meeting at 7:30 I’m in he shop now it’s a problem and he says come back the next day then I can drive off with the car it was 3k down 250/mo he next day the down payment went up to 3250 down and 300/mo since when did the car note go up when you put down more money? do not deal with Shawn or anyone of the others

I contacted the dealer by phone, the sales reps English was bad and hard to understand. He was rude and didnt want to answer most of my questions. My last question was about the history report, he said the vehicle QX56 was clean and he did have the report. But he ended the answer with Im too busy at the moment, Ill call you back so I can send you the report. Hours went by without a call, I then called late that day and a couple times the following day, but every time this guy would have an excuse why he couldnt send it to me. Whats so hard of writing down an e-mail and then whenever you have time send the report? Obviously this guy is hiding something that is wrong with this car and doesnt want anyone to know. Why cant this guy be honest? Just by talking on the phone with this guy, I knew he wasnt honest, but I tried to buy a car from him. But his dishonesty didnt want to sell me a car. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

To be honest these guys are con artist first of all they tried adding over $300 to my purchase of the car without telling me and when negotiating he offered to throw in a $100 gas card instead of lowering the price also when I picked up my plates and everything was paid for he told me I owed $35 then told me not to worry about it these guys are awful DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE

Its a great experience to buy a used car in AVA auto, I find the car is as good as what it was described. My car is a BWM 330i 2003,I owned it for almost six months and everything is fine, the car has lots of power and good handling.

Prices were much lower than any dealership in Los angeles. The entire car purchasing process was quick and simple. Do NOT do business here. I bought a car June 27th and the ad stated ready for daily driving. Then after a free tune-up (the next day I had not gone home with the car) revealed more problems. For starters, this is not a Used Car lot but an Abused Car Lot full of cars that are bought at auction for pennies then dolled up with Armor All and then sold to people who have bad credit.Case in point: I was about to buy a Jeep Wrangler from Sean, the smartest sales manager in america who always seems to tell the truth...according to him, when he finally admitted that the cars wheels had rust since the car had spent a few years in Pennsylvania. However, when my mechanic did a look-over, he found the entire chasis and the rest of the car was rusted and about to fall apart. Thanks for your honesty Sean...youre a true used car salesman and a bad one at that.Second experience was looking at a BMW 330i...put a deposit down of $500.00 to hold vehicle until my mechanic checked the car. Mechanic found 2K worth of repairs so I passed of course. However Sean, the most truthful salesman in America, would not return my deposit stating, didnt you read the sign on the wall? Sean...Im going out of my way all over the internet along with the Attorney General, BBB, Yelp and every other post to make sure no one and I mean no one buys a vehicle from you.If you buy a vehicle from this joker, I have no sympathy for you.

I found a car I’m interested in online and drove by to see if it’s still there. After doing my research they are selling the car for almost 2k MORE than the market price and that’s IF the car was in good condition and most of the time these cars are in fair condition. I don’t trust a dealer that marks up that much and adds on additional fees (dealer fees tax etc). Do research before buying a car.

Very bad experience, they made me waste my time and money, I was in another dealer and I talked to them if they made me a better offer they told me yes, I left garden grove to north Long Beach they told me that if they approved the credit I gave a Deposit of 300 dollars, and on Monday that I went to pick up the truck, the shon told me that he could not always approve the credit but for that I had already taken out the insurance of the truck which they charged me another 100 dollars and so that last time nothing was done, very bad experience if they want to give away their money and time here is the right place very bad service I lost in the end.
