I came in to Long Beach BMW and Mini dealership I had an appointment for a diagnostic test at 8 o’clock my Mini Cooper Countryman was making a noise when I was backing up turning the steering and some others thing so they offer me a shuttle to take me home because he was going to be for a few hours Sergio the driver was nice . my service advisor was Miguel Rivera i see why he is a advisor he is understanding and listen to what I needed to get my car back and running perfect he offered me a loaner but I did not really wanted to get one . so he kept in touch with me and what was happening with my car and what was needed and what was going to be fixed to make my car running perfectly. It took a week and a half.. now the only reason i had to wait is because they had to order the parts so I had no choice but to wait.. and the cost was pricey but it is worth it there’s nowhere else but to take your car at a dealership they will fix your car the right way they have The right tools for your car it was Worth to wait !! now my car is back Running perfect now I can drive my car Safely on the street with my family I would like to thank Miguel Rivera and his team for a awesome job they did on my car I am so grateful for your customer service I really appreciate it !! I can barely say anything positive about the dealership. Ive brought my Minis in multiple times and almost everytime it is something. Recently I brought my car in and something that should have taken just a few hours, took 5 days!!! My car sat there for 4 days and they did nothing with it! Once I called asking when it would be fixed, turns out they had lost the key and never even called me.
Leased a mini cooper from them a few weeks back! Best service ever. No pressure at all. Usually car stuff is stressful and boring (the hours of wait) but they made it fun, personable and a great experience. Will definitely be recommending. I believe Matt was the one who helped me!
Ever since I got my MINI back in 2019, Long Beach mini has not failed me. Thanks to my advisor Miguel Rivera, my service checks and visits are always amazing. I like that he always makes me feel welcomed and secure enough to ask any questions I may have. Even during covid times, Long Beach Mini has been doing a great job with assisting people with their vehicle needs. It’s always super clean, the people are very nice, and there isn’t ever a time where you’re just standing there lost, someone is always there asking if you need assistance with ANYTHING. Totally recommend!

Both times I have taken my Mini to get repairs there have been some communication issues that I believe could have been avoided and cost me work days, but regardless both times the issue is brought to higher attention and a solution is found. Thanks for worrying about how the customers and feel and doing the best for their interest.

This all started when my original dealer wanted me to come in and see what they could do. My lease was ending soon, and they were hounding me to come in and end my current lease early and start a new one with them. After several phone calls, emails, and texts, they couldn’t make it worth my time to make a deal with them. I was looking around and found the Countryman that I wanted, and it was at Long Beach Mini. I contacted their internet sales manager and she hooked me up with Edwin Rodriguez. Edwin was quick to respond to my calls and texts, we talked about the car I wanted and the numbers that I needed to make the deal happen. He quickly came back with the exact numbers that I had asked for. (I wasnt looking to rip them off or lowball them, I just asked for numbers that made sense.) I then informed him about my current lease and that I still had 3 payments left. He gave me 2 options, 1) roll those payments into the new lease, 2) bring the car in for an evaluation as a trade-in. So, on a Saturday evening after work, we brought the car in for the evaluation, and it wasnt going to bring in enough money to cover the last 3 lease payments. ($1332.00 not a small amount). While we were sitting telling Edwin that we couldnt do the deal because we couldnt come up with another $1332.00, Matt came over to say Hi and to see if he could help. We told him about the $1332.00 and how that was the sticking point. Matt said, hold on let me talk to the general manager, Matt and Edwin went off to see the general manager to see if they could pull off this crazy deal. When they came back, Matt said, I feel like being CRAZY tonight, LETS DO THIS! In the end, when it looked like it wasnt going to happen, Edwin and Matt when to bat for us and got the deal done!
Tried to call and get info was hung up on but I went online made an appointment for Saturday at 10 was very easy first time here was unsure where to go but they have a sign that said service was greeted within 2 minutes & was confirmed for my appointment told me an advisor would be right with me, met Manny Hernandez told him I was here for regular service & tire sensor might need replacement, was quick and friendly got me on my way, got updated text, which was cool all my info at my fingertips. Got a text my car was ready was less than estimated, always a plus, very satisfied with service, and cashier was quick and friendly also Manny came over and told me my sensor did not need replacing it was just unplugged (like that extra touch of customer service) made my experience more comfortable that I picked this mini dealership will be back for all my mini countryman services. Thank you guys😷
Beautiful dealership with very friendly people. Possibly the most immaculate set of service bays I’ve seen and has more than enough amenities when waiting to get your vehicle serviced.Saw some great prices as well when I visited. I think you should check them out - especially if you’re ready for your next car!

I was helped by Souvan who was diligent and quick to process my service and make sure I knew cost. The checkout was quick and I appreciated the whole experience.
I enjoyed coming here before and they always gave top service. This time however it was questionable. You could tell that they were either overbooked or understaffed.I called them in the morning because of a suspected damaged tire. It showed low tire pressure after going over something small on the street. The service technician was kind and helpful on the phone, ordering the tire right away so it would be in the next day when I dropped off the car in the morning.I dropped off the car in the morning before they opened and called to verify that they received it. By 10 am still nobody had looked at it. With other service appointments it was understandable that it might had to wait. On that day I received a call at 5 pm that nobody found time to check on it. For one tire - that is a problem!Next day, same game. I received a call by noon saying the car would be done now. However the invoice was not complete. I asked to have it emailed to me so I could pay it and pick up the car after service closed. After figuring out what car we talked about, I received an invoice by 5:15 pm. I picked up the car at 6:30pm.They had the car 2 days to exchange 1 tire. For a dealership that services my car, they didn’t wipe off that rim, didn’t wash the car, but they did check on the fluids. However, they didn’t close the hood. Which I noticed on the freeway as the hood started moving.I have always been extremely impressed with this Mini dealership and their service and care. This time however, it lacked everything I came in for.
Excellent customer service. I arrived a few minutes early for an 8:00 a.m. service appointment on a Saturday. I was greeted by Zachary and he quickly walked me through the intake process. I asked about a service that wasnt included in my service package (registering a spare key) and Zachary said he was happy to assist me. Approximately an hour later, Zachary called to let my know my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, my car was ready to go and recently washed by the LB MINI staff. Additionally, my spare key was registered for my vehicle at no extra cost. Great experience at LB MINI - will definitely be back for my next service appointment.
I have been there three times and got the car two days ago. Everyone including the manager is very nice and helpful. the cars from long beach mini are in good condition so that it took me some time to figure out which was my favorite one. During this course, Daniel showed a lot of patience and provided very useful tips to choose the car. and they are definitely very funny persons. I am pretty much sure that you would love the place :)

Every single time I have had my MINI Cooper serviced at the Long Beach MINI dealership, I have been incredibly pleased with their customer service. I have been assisted by different service members, and each of them has been very thorough and helpful. Sovann has helped me the last few times and she is always so wonderful!
Everything was good so far. Sales agent SAL provide us excellent customer service. test drove the car with him. offered us coffee, snack and water bottles. After fiance people try to add extra stuff. which one should be optional. they keep pushing it. we said we dont want it. took us 4 hours wait to sign the documents. and we signed the documents in less than 5 mins. Fiance people are so rude. they will only give you importance if you buy optional stuff and extended warranty. so they can make a money of it. beside that they will act rude and tough to you. Giving 3 star because of Sal customer service.
I bought my mini and sold back to Long Beach Mini. I cancelled my two warranties that I had where sales staff was great in helping me. However, now I am trying to collect the refund after more than a month and no one is helping. I cant get hold of any one and even when I get hold of them, they dont have an answer when I will get my refund. I am sure I cant leave the dealership if I owe them but when they owe me, I get a silent treatment. I still need to replace my car that I sold, thinking about BMW to replace it, now I dont know if I want to deal with Long Beach BMW. Need your help Long Beach Mini!
I received a recall notice. I called the dealership and scheduled an appoint, for two weeks out, to have the part replaced and my oil changed. I arrived at my appointment and was informed that the part is specific to the VIN and was never ordered. I was told that I must have called the scheduling service and made the appointment through them, and that they would not know to order the part. I did not. I called the dealership, because that’s where I purchased the car, and because I needed an oil change. I selected the service depart, and made the appointment. The representative said she saw my recall notice in the system and told me that everything was good to go. I had my service done, but I have to return next week to have the recall part replaced.

Service at Long Beach Mini has declined significantly since they moved to the BMW facility.Recent update, I received a response to the review above from LB Mini asking me to call them at a specific number that they provided to discuss my concerns regarding the service I received. When I called the number they gave me, the person had no idea what I was talking about, never heard of such a thing, nor had any idea of who I should talk to... I suggested that its probably a manager or supervisor. No manager or supervisor was available, so they just took down my contact information. Theyre kinda proving my point!
Bought a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited from Long Beach BMW Mini and was very pleased with the whole process. Alan (sales person) and Eloy (sales manager) worked with me to get the car at the price I wanted to pay. They were very relaxed - no pressure but good communication. Ben in finance didn’t try to get me to buy something I didn’t want/need and I was able to drive off with my new car in about 2 hours. Thanks.

I bought my car here and it was an excellent experience. I moved to the South Bay so started using the service department there. It wasn’t a great experience so I decided to use signal hill and see if it was better. It’s is !!!! I recently had issues with my car due to not being under warranty anymore I used an independent mechanic in the South Bay for a small issue- big mistake! Literally as I’m getting off the freeway today to get my oil change at the dealership the check engine light is back ! I drop my car off and they were able to tell me what the issue was but the original mechanic needs to fix it. With some digging around they found that the original issue that was affecting the part the other mechanic did to the tune of $500 was the problem. So until that’s properly handled they can take care of the real issue under warranty at no cost to me. Amazing. Jonathan is my service guy he’s great! These guys really take customer service to a new level. Thank you!

Just leased my second MINI through Long Beach MINI and I love it! I called or emailed ALL the LA area dealerships and Long Beach has the best prices and were by far the best to work with. I first met with Ali at the dealership and he was friendly, helpful, informative and not pushy at all. He showed us several cars and worked with us on the price to get to a place where we were happy. Matt helped us with the purchase and was also friendly and helpful. I’ll be back again when my lease is up!

Only problem I was left with was having to drop the keys off for the 2019 Mini because i fell in love. Great salesmanship y’all. Thinking of upgrading soon.
Overall a great experience everyone was nice, and we were in and out of there pretty quickly. We paid cash so we didn’t have to deal with any of the financial stuff. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, Is that the car I purchased had low oil. I didn’t realize this until I decelerated quickly on the freeway and the oil light came on. This really is something they are to have dealt with before selling the car. 2014 is the year of the car. But I added a quart of oil and it’s fine now. So no big deal. Overall good experience. I’d recommend this dealership for people buying a car.
I really enjoyed my Mini Cooper and the customer service here was great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. William Rogoff made the experience of buying a Mini great. He is a great contact to have at Mini, especially if you have any questions or concerns. Every time I went to get my car serviced, it was always a smooth transition. Jonathan was always helpful and would go above and beyond to make sure I was in and out of there quickly. When time came to return my lease, Matt Baum was very helpful. He did the final inspection fairly quickly and dealt with all my questions and concerns regarding the inspection. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends who are interested in buying a Mini. Overall, very good experience at Long Beach Mini.
I waited in line, I was not the first, nor the last but, became the last. Never received a phone call, until I called them. No one explained anything to me about what was happening to my vehicle. The person at the rental departments nice. The person at the cashier department nice. First experience and they last experience. You guys should have never moved.

This is my third MINI from Long Beach MINI. I always have a great experience here. I would say this most recent visit was by far the best visit yet. My advisor, Kristle, was AMAZING! She responded to all of my emails and texts immediately. I never had to wait for a response. She made my lease return process super easy. She seemed to really care about getting me into the right car. I am very happy with my purchase!
The waiting area needs a little more comfort for those waiting for their cars to be serviced. What happened to the hospitality that was standard when this was a BMW dealership ?I might have bought some accessories if they were duly stocked and displayed.Luckily I brought my own newspaper and left it for the next person who appreciates the little touches towards the customer.
I went to this dealership about 2 weeks ago because I am looking to buy a car, and not just any car, but a Mini, which is the car Ive wanted since before I was of legal age to drive. I went with my friend after we visited the Long Beach BMW down the street, less than a half of a mile away. BMW was great. As soon as we walked on the lot, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. I expected the same from Long Beach Mini, since BMW owns and make Minis. I was wrong. When we got on the lot, we were ignored. No one acknowledged us, yet like 3 salespersons walked right past us, looking at us, but making no effort to stop. Each time I saw one, I would begin to try and flag them down, but they would quickly turn their head the other way, or look down. I continued looking at the cars, trying to see what caught my attention. By the end of it all, we left, and we went to the South Bay Mini dealership in Torrance the next day. Not extremely better, as we were ignored until a Black salesperson, made his way from the very back, even though he was helping 2 other customers, but at least we were acknowledged, and assisted. My overall experience had me realize that being a young Black woman is code for broke and cant afford anything in the store, so well just ignore them until they go away at this location, which worked brilliantly, by the way.
A very pleasant car buying experience !! The salesperson Daniel answered all of my questions about the the car . There was no sales pressure like you get at other dealerships. The person in the finance department Will was also very courteous and professional. If youre looking for a mini visit this place you wont be disappointed !!!
This was the easiest, most efficient, friendly experience I’ve ever had when buying a new car. My dealer, Matt, was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, funny, and thorough. Service was due to a factory recall by MINI. All staff very pleasant, and accommodating. Lounge area had nice MINI apparel and accessories for purchase, along with comfortable leather seats, big screen, and coffee/latte/expresso maker - complimentary. I was able to use a loaner MINI. I tried a Countryman and enjoyed it a lot. A car Id consider in the future. My Cooper S hardtop got parts replaced under recall, pickup was quick. Long Beach MINI even washed it for me. I drove away with a big smile. I highly recommend.
They were excellent. I did not have an appointment but they took me right in. Found out there was a recall. Checked to see if they could do my regular service. They were pleasant, professional and really quick!!
Experienced awesome customer service, today I took my car in and was given a lift home because the service was going to take over 2 hours. Comfortably at home, I was later contacted within the timeframe given and advised that the service was done. Within 1/2 hour I was picked up and driven back to the dealership and soon after left with a nice washed serviced car. All personnel were friendly and eager to please customer.
Completed repairs as recommended my last visit. Had to add some rotor and got the call mid-day. I asked if they could get the added work done that day. Told them to proceed when they said they could. Got call from service advisor at the very end of the service day saying rotors just delivered (apologized for not having in stock) and need to keep car overnight. Had a loaner, so that worked out. Interesting that when SA called about keeping car, he mentioned a possible discount for the inconvenience. After all, I did have plans that evening that I had to cancel. But I wasn’t about to take their loaner out. Picked up the car the next morning and was ushered to the cashier. No further mention of discount though. Billing was fine and as estimated. Repair folks have always done a good job for me. Parts and cashier staff are always thorough and friendly.

Lauren the Internet sales manager was great! She followed up with every email and phone calls I had promptly and was very comfortable to work with! Already on the phone I can tell she was pleasant and thats what made me decide to come in and meet her. She was patient and worked with us throughout the entire buying process. I called to inquire about an oil change, I spoke with Johnathan, he stated service includes car wash, fluid and tires check, I was sold so I made an appointment for 1:30pm, but brought the car in half hour early. Johnathan took my info and since its only an oil changed I decided to wait. I was the second person there. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I asked the status of my car and was told that its just going to be washed. 3:25pm. I was told that my car is almost done and that he can check me out so i paid for the bill $92+. I came out and Johnathan handed me my keys, but i noticed that the car was not washed so I said I thought they were going to wash my car? He responded, well since you mentioned you were getting hungry I thought youd like to get something to eat since the line at the car wash is too long. I said car wash is part of the service so Ill wait for it to get washed. 10 minutes later I was told the car was ready. Johnathan handed the keys and said, it is 100% hand wash thats why it took a long time. Got to my car and noticed the car is still dirty, but wet, as it seemed that they just sprayed the car with water. I just shook my head and said I will not come back to this place again and left. On my way home, I thought and wonder if they really changed my oil and if they really checked my tires (I asked if I need to rotate my tires, he said no). I wonder if they do this to everyone or is it because Im a woman and does not know anything about cars.FYI, I bring my other car at Harbor Hyundai and their service is excellent and cost half the price. They walk me to my car and explained everything they did to my car including washing, drying and vacuuming my car and it does not take 2 hours and 45 minutes to get and oil changed, check my tires, check all fluids, etc and wash, dry and vacuum. Would not recommend this place for service.

I absolutely love Joseph which happen to be the right hand man of AB or AD(The salesman that sits to your left when you walk in). Joseph was the sole reason why I purchased the BMW 5 Series. I was sold on his expertise of BMW, his patience and honesty. He answered all of my concerns. Joseph is an impeccable salesman and should be commended for his knowledge. If I recommended anyone to Long Beach BMW I would direct them right to Joseph. Thank you Joseph you are the best!! I still need to get there to get my car washed...smiles
I went to Long Beach Mini because of a low tire pressure alert on my car. They aren’t my original purchase dealership, but because of time and convenience, I went to them, and they were very helpful. It turned out that the tire I was having issues with had a nail on the tread. The tire still had a lot of tread on it. It was a little strange that they don’t offer to patch the tire in those cases. (My original purchase dealership has that option. Last time to patch a tire cost me only $20.) All they can do is replace the tire with a new one. I would have to take it somewhere else to get it patched. It was late in the day, having just gotten out of class, and not wanting to find somewhere to patch it, I just chose to buy the replacement tire.Those “run- flat” tires aren’t cheap and it set me back a couple hundred dollars, but at least I can drive without worry.If I can make a suggestion to their service department: please offer to patch tires if there is a nail on the tread and if there is still a lot of tread left. Jonathan is the gentleman that assisted me and he was cordial and professional. Thank you, Jonathan.All in all, my experience was good. I recommend them. I was comfortable there. For some reason, being a woman, I don’t like going to car dealerships alone, but I was okay.

I had a wonderful experience today purchasing a 2016 BMW 528i. The sales man Mark Saavedra was knowledgeable and extremely polite. I never felt pressured to buy and had plenty of time to ask questions and think about the purchase. The GM was very kind and the finance man Jim was also very pleasant. I walked in there as a single woman. I was treated with respect and courtesy.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Waited a few moments to be helped. They were able to charge my new tire to my tire insurance plan which was very helpful. Car was ready pretty quickly.

The best experience Ive had at a car dealership. I called ahead of time to make sure the MINI I wanted was still in stock. I was easily able to get an appointment for service when I wanted it. Staff are kind, accommodating and helpful. I quickly got a suttle ride home to wait and my car was finished sooner than promised...nice!

I’ve had MINIs for going on 15 years. New to this area, I have to say the service here was easier / better than at prior dealership(s), the wait time significantly less, and the clarifications on various coverage protocols much more politely explained. Not only that, my contact was much more straight forward where other dealers were confused, provided wrong information, or outright lied. Making my next appointment for tires and alignment was also far easier than ever. Jonathan was my contact, and while I thought my prior experiences were positive, he ensured the bar has been raised on what to expect now and going forward. Sincere thanks!

I had called and explained my situation 1 week prior to me showing up to the dealer. I drove 4 hours from Fresno to Long Beach to find the perfect car for me. I received an email from Joey saying my vehicle is reserved and will be ready for me 5pm for a test drive.When I showed up, they couldnt find the car or the car keys. For a minute they thought the car was sold. After 30 minutes of running around they finally found it. I took it for a test drive. No problem.Only until after that, it took the dealer over 45 minutes to appraise my car. Then another 1 hour and 15 minutes of patiently waiting the gave me a Sorry we Cant help you.This was seriously a waste of time. To think I drove from Fresno to these jokers!The best looking BMW building Ive seen, but the worst service from BMW Ive experienced!
The Long Beach Mini team is the best. Zac and Jonathan are my fav service providers. Phenomenal customer service. All around friendly and helpful and caring. They always want the best for you. While the people who work here are very nice and the lounge you wait in is upscale and has free coffee, I chose to have my car repaired somewhere else because the prices here were a hundreds of dollars higher than the other mini certified shop I checked. I had to pay them nearly $400 just to find out what was wrong with my car with no repairs. Outrageous.

Took a driving test on a 2017 Cooper S and my experience was phenomenal! The dealer representative, Will, was so patient, attentive and provide with the best customer service there is! He answered all my questions and provided reasonable suggestions and was mindful with resources and ideas about my interest in trading in my car. I really had an awesome experience!

Surprised to see all poor reviews about BMW LB. Ive been taking my car to them for 2 years now and Ive always had great experiences. My car warranty recently expired so I hope this doesnt change the service I get or the suggested repairs. Bryan Morgan is my service advisor and hes been awesome every time I visit. New location is great too, makes you want to buy a new car. :)
Amazingly efficient and fantastic service. With a good rating but no credit history the sales and lease team worked miracles and got me a great deal to boot! Cannot recommend more highly, nor can I understand the poor ratings. Must be from the BMW days of this location

Purchased one and leased another Mini at the dealership over the past 6 yrs. Purchases were both easy and great pricing. Have been using the service department for routine services. Always excellent service. If the work is going to take time, I am always offered a complimentary loaner. Fortunately Minis have a great track record for reliability so services have been mimimal. Highy recommend this dealership for purchase, lease, and service!
I had a great experience at Long Beach Mini. The agent went out of his way to help me with my third complementary oil change. Everytime I service my car at the dealership, they always give a thorough inspection and made sure that my car is spotless. I really appreciate the great service.

Ive been a long-time BMW owner and yesterday I took my 3 series in for routine maintenance. Tom Miller, my service advisor, is awesome. He also notified me that there was a recall fix that needed to be performed. I was saddened that I was told I could no longer get a rental because my service would be less than 2 hours. I accepted the offer of the free shuttle, but waited 45 minutes for that courtesy. Sergio, the shuttle driver, was kind and delivered me home. In the end, my service took more than 4 hours. My car was serviced and spotless when I picked it up.In the past it was so easy to get service and not interrupt my busy day. Long Beach BMW should re-think the rental policy. This would have been a 5 star review otherwise.
The service rep did a great job working with the warranty company. Long Beach BMW paid for a rental car for me, since all of their courtesy vehicles were out, which I appreciated. The only suggestion is that the keys to your vehicle are either given to the cashier or left in the car. Once I had paid for the repairs, I went out to my car, which had been pulled up for me, but no keys and no service rep. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to assist me and locate the keys to my car.
Bought a Certified Mini today. It was a completely painless experience. Dorian was incredible. Great car, great price, great people.
$185 to do a diagnostic check because my check engine light was on. This amount does go towards service if you choose to do it. I cant believe it cost $185 to plug something into my car and see whats wrong with it. I ended up needing a new throttle body. I can buy this part for $200 online. This mini dealer was going to charge me $900 for the part and another almost $600 to install it. Thats 1/4 of what my car is worth. I got a local service place to do the same work for half the price and I always get good results there.I guess I should have known that when you buy a car like this, they make you feel like you have to go to an official dealer for service, just so they can charge you a ridiculous amount. I will never be back to this location.
Daniel and William were awesome! They helped me with an almost brand new 2016 used mazda. I would definitely recommend talking to them or anyone at this dealership. Everyone was very patient and friendly.
