I got ripped off here, they quited me $120 for a wheel alignment and once the work was done charged me $150. Also claimed that they only made a few adjustments and did not even perform a full wheel alignment and still charged me full price. The service department used to be good here but it seems like they no longer uphold quality customer service and resorting to ripping people off.Edit: Julio the service manager reached out to me and did everything in his power to make things right. Changing my review because they addressed my concerns about the work performed and also refunded my money. Great service is hard to find and when they go out of their way to make things right then I am impressed and satisfied.

UPDATE The service manager Julio called me and offer to diagnose my car free of charge since my car was not diagnosed on my first visit for check engine light. Im happy to report that the were able to fix the issue. I was even offered to be shuttled back to my home so I didnt have to wait at the dealership.Old reviewI was expecting a long wait but not 3 hours. I took my car for service and because my check engine light was on. I got service but the check engine light is still on i guess they didnt do anything about it. That was my whole purpose of going in. Had they checked it I would have given a better review.

If you don’t live in the Long Beach area please don’t do business with Cabe Toyota Long Beach, because they are not interested in doing business with you. I recently inquired about a new Toyota that Cabe had in stock, after my follow up email I finally got a response from Fleet and Internet Sale Manager advising me vehicle is only available to be purchased by local Long Beach residents. That was a first for me, pre-COVID dealerships would beg for you to drive down and test drive their vehicles, now they want to operate with exclusivity. I truly hope their new sales motto doesn’t hurt them going forward.

I have to say, car buying is one of those experiences i dont think people look forward to…but the people at this location are great. I started coming here for my Vehicle Service because it was close to my home, but its turned into a very pleasant surprise all around. I shopped around at a bunch of dealerships and this turned out to be the best with John/Evan/Frank on the Sales team…no pressure and straight up pricing. 2nd time I got my car back with damage to the body unfortunately I drove 200 miles and didnt notice it until almost a week later. Thats thier excuse not to accept responsibility for the damage so they refuse to fix it. Make sure you take pictures of your car prior to letting them do service to your car.The likely hood of the car being damaged after the oil change is unlikely just being realistic and the fact it has happend to me before at this same dealership leads me to believe it happened while they had the car in thier posession.BE CAREFUL TAKE PICS OF ALL 4 CORNERS OF YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING IT WITH THEM. also do a walk around when picking it up. That was my mistake I should have checked the car but I dropped my brother off at dealership to pick up the car this particular time.Learn from my mistakes.Please report all damage done to your car so people will know.

Iam in tears at this point with Cabe Toyota from the joy and relief I feel. I have been trying to get the brakes on my Tundra fixed for more then a year at another Toyota dealer in Long Beach that claimed to have fixed the issue of the truck feeling like it wouldnt stop they told me thats just how it drives $2500 later took it to Cabe and they fixed the defective part that was put on and now my truck is like new. I made an appointment to have them look for a reason for a sound I heard when I slowed down to stop. Chuck Otero told me it would take 2-3 hrs!!!!Suffice it to say I was shocked because I made an appointment. Well I waited at the dealership after 3hrs, I asked for the status of the time when my car would be ready. He said he thought I went home. That didnt matter, I made an appointment. After 5hrs he told me it had to do with my body work. I couldnt believe I waited for 5hrs for them to tell me that.!!!!!! Its like they didnt look at it until I asked for the status. I was very unhappy. I wanted to let you know keep on them every hour when you wait at the dealership. If you dont they will make you wait even with an appointment.

Got my Tacoma from Cabe last week and it was a great experience. I spoke to just about every dealership within 50 miles of here (there are a lot) and the team at Cabe were great to work with. Many of the other dealerships are slapping on silly accessories and charging absurd markups for the Tacoma so watch out.I worked with Evan over the phone to agree on price and details in advance and the process was smooth when came in to sign. One bonus is that they have a great post sale free benefits package that includes car washes and oil changes.Overall, I wouldnt hesitate buying from Evan and Cabe again.

Francisco was the man I spoke with today around 6:30p looking into a RAV4. The location did not look busy at all but this man looked like single most busy individual. He greeted us while still tending to his customer while others just watched us arrive from within and stood around.He advised he was going to send someone to check on us while we viewed the vehicles. No one came. He eventually rushed out and tended to us himself. He was to point and prompt. I liked this. He gave me the information I needed and did not try to press things I did not. It was my first time here. I had a 7:00 appointment and I arrived only 5 minutes early. There were 8 cars ahead of me but these people got things going. Jaime came out to my car maybe 10 minutes later and got me started. He found my warranty and set up my first 10, 000 mi checkup. He was very friendly and answered all my questions regarding my service. I waited for my car while it was being serviced in the covid spaced area. I shopped in the parts department, was able to ask about the price of a rack I want added to my car and bought a car freshener. I received a call from the service department in record time, maybe an hour, that my car was done. I was offered a courtesy wash but I didnt need it at this time. I really liked the atmosphere here. I usually go to another Toyota Service Center but Ive never felt comfortable there. There were always red flags that went up when I wanted certain issues handled and they would give me nonsense answers. It was always chaotic there too. My oil changes would take 3 - 4 hours even with a 7:00 appointment. I will come back to Cabe Toyota to take care of my car.

We just purchased a 2021 Sequoia TRD Pro Lunar Rock! After contacting many dealers around and finding about the huge mark ups on TRD PROs especially this years color Lunar Rock, I found out Cabe Toyota was getting one, I contacted Evan who was referred by a friend and I could tell the difference from others right away being Honest, fair and transparent. He told me the vehicle was in Transit and would hold vehicle for us with no deposit because we were referred by a friend or family.I highly recommend Evan and his team, everybody there was very welcoming and friendly.
