Had a nail in my tire and they patched it up super fast. Really good customer service.

I got rear ended recently and wanted to make sure the damage wasnt more than just cosmetic. Brought it to Mountain View to have them take a look. They were very thorough and explained all the things they were looking for and confirmed that everything was working as it should. I asked them a few unrelated questions as well, very knowledgeable and gave me advice without just trying to make a buck. Definitely will be coming back when I need service.

I gave Mountain View Tire & Auto service 5 stars, as followed. They were able to schedule me in as a drop-n after 1pm, which at most repair shops can be challenging. I had my back brakes, rotors and shocks replaced on vehicle and pricing was responsible also font desk personnel was friendly and courteous Hope this helps! DM

Sent my girlfriend over here to have her tire repaired. Her front passenger tire has a slow leak. She left it there for an hour as she walked and did some errands. Upon her return she was told that all her tires need to be replaced and they wouldnt repair it. Mind you I had already given her tires the penny test so I knew they didnt need to be replaced. I wonder how many people they do this to that dont know better. Very shady business practices.

Wow! This place is awesome! We hit something and got a hole in one of our tires. We drove up and they took care of us right away. The owner was super nice and the tech, Kevin, was fast, friendly, helpful and had our tire patched and put back on the car within fifteen minutes. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend. Well be back to this place next time we need tires or service!

REAL BAD EXPERIENCE THEY MESSED UP MY CAR. THEY DID NOT COMPLY WHAT THEY SAY. THEY LIED IFROM THE BEGINNING AND THEY WERE HIDDING FROM ME ONCE I TOOK BACK THE CAR TO RECHECK THE VEHICLE. Great place. I went in for a couple of tires and got a good deal. Whats great is this; Ive been having problems with my truck stalling and another shop told me I needed to replace my throttle body which was making my truck stall and would cost me over $650. As Mountain View Tires store was closing they asked me to bring my truck back to clean and scrub the throttle body with solvent. The next day I brought my truck in and 30 minutes later the throttle body was cleaned and my truck no longer stalls which saved me hundreds of dollars. Ill be coming back to Mountain View Tires. Hell ya!

These guys are great. Excellent customers service and they really go out of their way to accommodate customers. Their prices are fair. I didnt come here because they were the cheapest, I came here bc they made me feel comfortable and safe about spending my money and getting my car repaired here. To me that is more important then being 7.00 less then the guys around the corner. I needed new tires and they were excellent with helping me decide. They gave me lots of info and helped me choose tires in my budget that I would enjoy. They were fast with the repair and very courteous. I am fairly new to the area so to find a mechanic I can trust is important. This is my new shop and Im glad they are not to far from my work and home.

Very excellent service. My entire front rotors, chasis, suspension and couplers needed replacement and they were able to work it out within the day. Eddie was kind enough to find me coupons and Amanda gave me a lift back to pick up my car even after hours. Service was fast, my car drives great, and everyone was super kind and helpful. I can never be more grateful to the staff there!

Didnt want to work before closing time. My TPMS popped up. Saw a nail in the back tire. Drove over to the shop at 4.45pm Saturday, 10/28. Told Ernest at the front desk about the nails. Said he couldnt help because he was closed. The front door was open. Closing time is listed as 5pm and he and another worker was there. He had no problems offering me a spot Sunday at 8am when he opened. Odd. When does a shop stop working before closing time? I wasnt asking for new tires. Just plug the tire. Nope. Went there to get my breaks checked out. My brakes were fine but my tires have see better days. The guys there are professional and honest. Although I do thing that the services are a little on the pricey side, at least their services come with warranties.

My tire blew out on the freeway. I pulled over to the nearest gas station and with help tried replacing it with my spare .After about 50 minutes of trying to bring it down I gave up and went on Google to find the closest tire shop to me. I called to ask if they can keep my car in thier shop while they special ordered the tire for me ( Fiat tires are always special order) and they said yes right away. I drove over, they were very nice and empathetic towards my situation when I explained wasnt from the area. They kept my car, got the tire the following business day & even checked out to see why my spare wouldnt come down. I had such a stressful day but I my two visits and three calls with them made me feel at ease every time. I am so grateful!

Still waiting for a tire to be patched after getting an estimate for new tires which Im not quite ready for. Dont tell me 20 minutes when its been an hour and my truck is still on the jack with wheel still on and nobody doing a thing. I dont like bad business and will not buy new tires here.

Was in and out in under 5 minutes. They checked my tire pressure and filled every wheel with air for free. Super nice guys.

They perform good service for a high price. But DONT GO THERE WITH CUSTOM RIMS, they will get severely scratched up from the guy removing them with the air tool.

I simply needed an alignment and rotation, they told me I need all new tires and it will cost me $1000.00 for all terrain tires. Two more different tire places told me I do not need tires. They are liars. Be cautious if you choose to do business here.

No one greeted me (2 workers saw me park my car and didnt even aknowledge me...not even a simple nod - both glanced my way and looked away) and when I walked into their building no one was at the front desk. There was a worker sitting at a desk either watching videos or playing games on his cell phone.

Its not often I give 5 stars but these guys were extremely helpful I called just about every tire shop in long beach and no one had the tires I needed and I would have to make a special order them which would take 10 days to come in and the guys at good year got them within a few hours and they had the lowest price out of all the places Ive been to
