Repaired sun/moon roof on 2003 530i. Roof had annoying rattle. Just moved back to Bluff Heights from Murrieta. Repair facility was walking distance to my home in Bluff Heights. Same location for 30+ years so I felt comfortable going there. Friendly and Professional. Had to order unavailable parts. Took longer than they expected but kept in touch. Not their fault. Works perfectly. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. .

I like many am very picky about who takes care of their car. After moving to the area years ago I jumped around from shop to shop until discovering LB Autohaus. They have gone above and beyond everytime Ive been in over the years. If youre around Long Beach and have an audi/vw/merc/bmw/mini that needs work and want to be taken care of by professionals you gotta bring it through.

I do not know what I would do without them. My classic 1986 Mercedes SL loves them. Theyve become good friends and neighbors over some 13 years of regular service. I rely on them completely. Carlos is the man!

Light on desk does not work. Light on bedside does not work. Electrical outlets are old and loose and need to be replaced. No receipts given or offered.

I am a independent bmw mechanic. I have sent these guys so much business over the years. When you call there. No one ever answers the phone. When they do answer its always the run around. They never call back when you leave a message. Just rude!!

I stopped by and inquired about a brake job for a Dodge Van. My inquiry was returned with, do you see any domestic cars here? Do you see any vans?It is as if potential customers are supposed to inspect the current selection of cars in the shop to find if they might be a good fit. Not very cool and whos to say I dont have a European car (I do actually). Poor treatment initially is a good indicator of what I might expect in the future.

Honest shop and reliable BMW service. Laura at the front desk will help navigate any issues with you. They will not try to sell you on parts that you don’t need. They perform a 30 point inspection which I paid for to help me in the future know what my car needs. You get what you pay for and I trust this shop. A LONG BEACH INSTITUTION.

It’s hard to find an honest mechanic. These guys are just that. Honest, fair and hard working. I took my Mercedes gl550 to get the suspension fixed, I know nothing about cars, I checked online and most people said they spent up to 5k to fix the suspension. I think most mechanic shops would have replaced the entire front end suspension whether I needed it or not but Autohaus did only what was required, no more and no less, I’m very happy, they are very honest and I highly recommend them. It only cost me 1200.00 as they only needed to replace one part on one side. They also got it done in 1 day. Brilliant!!!

I inherited this car, 2001 Mercedes E320. I got her in better condition than she is now and I thought I would lose her. Weve been through a lot. She needed work. A lot less work than I thought. I came in thinking it was a possible transmission issue, but Laura, bless her heart, thought it may be otherwise. In comes David. Just talking to this guy gave me confidence about where I brought my baby. Left her with them and 2 days later I got a beast! Im like did order a muffler upgrade?! They were able to diagnose the problem ( misfires on 1,3 and 6 due to bad spark plugs and wires), fit me out with a new set of wires and plugs, check all my fluids AND fix an issue with my electrical system that was shorting out my blinkers and wipers (no charge for that... it was a safety issue for them) while charging me a better than reasonable price. As a devout Mercedes owner I will never take my car anyplace else.

I got some work done about 9 months ago (Ignition coils, valve cover, etc..) including a new battery. The battery seemed to be not working correctly, so I brought my car in after work to get it checked out. They looked at it right away, determined it was a bad battery, and replaced it free of charge. Took about 20 minutes all said and done! These guys are awesome!

Long Beach Autohause saved me over $300 for a B5 service on my C300. They took care of me and my car from the moment I walked in. The dealership had recommended over $7,000 of repairs and made it sound like I was going to be stranded somewhere if I didnt have the work done immediately. LB Autohaus showed me pictures and educated me on the condition of all the parts I was told must be replaced and found that I only needed about $350 of work done and none of the things that needed attention were dire enough to jeopardize my safety. I couldnt have asked for a better service provider and will never go back to the dealership.

Really friendly staff they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door, came in on a Monday with what I thought was a transmission issue (my car was making a very whiny noise) and they test drove it on the spot and let me know it was actually my tire bearing. Brought it in on Wednesday morning to be fixed, even ordered me ubers to and from my apartment since it took most of the day. To my surprise the overall cost was actually under the estimate I was given when I dropped it off. To top it all off, they have an office dog they let me pet who is adorable! This will be my new go to place for any of my BMW repair needs.

Had brake concerns and wanted them checked. Carlos took my car for a drive and felt the brakes werent right. Laura and Dave questioned the particular brakes that had been installed by you 8 months prior. The consensus was the brakes were either the wrong brakes or faulty. New brakes were installed and I had my car back by the end of the day.Everyone was friendly, as always, and the problem was addressed quickly.Thank you.

I took my MK5 GTI in cause I was burning a lot of oil. I thought it might be a blown piston ring. I took it to a few other shops that told me I had to replace the engine, it thought that was a little strange since the car was driving fine and was not losing horse power. I took it in and it was something that was way less of an issue a crankshaft vent valve just needed to be replaced. They are honest and trustworthy. Not out to rip you off like the other places. If you live in the long beach area and have German car take it to them. You will be happy with the service hands down.

Most people take time to complain. So I am taking time to give praise! They are truly as good as it gets! It was truly refreshing from the initial conversation. I was having a really tough time with my extended warranty nightmare with ASAP Warranty. My low profile tires damaged my right suspension. Not only did they save the day but they even went the extra mile to fight for me. Mercedes wanted to charge me almost twice as much as what Long Beach Autohauscharged me. It only took them a couple of hours to fix my car. Mercedes quoted me 2 to 3 days. After my service was complete, they sent an uber to pick me up from work. After I paid for my service the Technician and the staff went the extra mile to educate me about my car. We talked and laughed and I felt right at home! Ever notice how the service tech takes your issues, types them into a computer and says hell call you later? Ever get the feeling that guy (or gal) doesnt know anything about your car and is just a glamorized clerk? Ever feel totally disconnected from the actual mechanics? Ever feel totally ripped off? Well at Long Beach Autohaus, the front desk is literally inside the garage. Pam and Laura actually know more about German cars than most service reps at the BMW dealers I have been to. They and the mechanics care about you. They treat you like family. They also care about your car. When they talk about your car, its like youre at the vet and theyre talking about your puppy. The mechanics come up to you and give you advice. You get the feeling they love your car as much as you do. I have a fairly old (2005) BMW convertible, and thanks to Long Beach Autohaus, it runs like a new car, and for far less than the cost of a new one! You will get genuine parts (or better in some cases) for far less than the dealer would charge. Dont get me wrong. This isnt Jiffy Lube. You have a German car. The parts are not junk. The labor is intensive. You will spend money with them each year. But it is money well spent. It is an investment. And over time, you spend less, and less, and less because eventually, each part of your car engine will be repaired, replaced and/or maintained, to the point where theres nothing left to fix. You also learn about your car. Its just an unbelievable experience. I love these guys. And I love my car. And I wouldnt trust it with anyone else. I used LB Autohaus to perform a pre-purchase inspection on my Porsche 996 Carrera that I was selling. The owner, front desk staff and technician were friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and getting me an uber ride home when I dropped off the car. Overall the PPI was a good value and done the same day I dropped off the car. However I had some concerns because their vehicle ECM code reading system indicated that it could not communicate with various systems on my car; However when I got home my Durametric unit was able to communicate just fine with all of the cars modules. Strange.
