I was referred over to alfredo Gallo back in April of 2021 . He sold me a vehicle that he knew was faulty and collected $1500 cash from me ive been experiencing homelessness in my own life and I explained this to him . He claimed the 2001 mit eclipse was a good car and the whole time it had electrical issues and keep cutting off . Make a long story short i was letting him know what was going on he kept “ Fixing “ it car still kept shutting off. The vehicle has since been junked . And Alfredo is a dead man walking and should know he deserves everything he got coming his way . Stay away . From this shop . May god be with you

Very helpful, very kind, very fast when not busy. Call ahead recommended, primary Spanish speaker seems to communicate easier with Spanish speaking customers but had no hesitation to assist an English only customer. Willing to do q diagnostic check and willing to work with insurance. Great experience very kind mechanic, would recommend.

I hate to leave bad reviews but my experience with the shop wasnt the greatest. I went in for an oil leak and my car came out ten time worse. I could tell the job was done halfway . I gave gallo 2nd try to fix the leak and by the next day puddles of oil was under my car and all over the engine again. Unfortunately, I will be going somewhere else to fix the issue and lost almost 600 bills.

Alfredo is a great Mechanic! Has always done a great job and fixed any and all problems I have had with my Jeep. His other Mechanics have always been polite and hard working. Honestly I dont trust any one else to work on our vehicles. He is my familys regular mechanic. He is affordable and his work is worth his charge.

I am PLEASED to report that Gallo Automotive of Long Beach California repaired my vehicle promptly and had me back on road in no time. They provided me with GREAT customer service and prices were fair. I encourage others to take their car to Gallo Automotive for repairs.

They seemed real honest, and actually showed me, not just told me, what needed to be done to my car. Then they gave me the option of having them get the parts and labor, or I get the parts and just pay them for the labor. Highly recommend them.

Hes a snake he has someone else thats not experienced working on cars. DONT TRUST HIM. He says he knows whats wrong with your car just so he could make business with you then over charge you and at the end not fix the problem just make it worse. I went in with a leak by the drivers side he fixed it and when confronted he said Well you know you fix one leak and it moves on to another the next day it was still leaking from drivers side and now from the engine. And when he says 30 min expect it to be 2 hours. The car was left at the shop at 10am and he said it will be done at 4pm came in at 4 he said 1 more hour. It turned out to be 730 pm and it was finally done. 3rd day car was still leaking confronted him and he said its the transmission thats leaking try to get a refund and he said no he doesnt do that. He gave no receipt and even made a comment saying if you want to take me to court go for it PLEASE DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. We waisted $380 and nothing got fixed. He charged $280 for the labor and he didnt have the pieces we needed so we went to go buy it which was $100. If I could give him 0 stars I would. Save your time and your money from this snake!!!!

Horrible place dont take your car to this place they dont fix anything and all they do is waste ur time and your money. He had all my car doors open and including my trunk while he was inside the shop talking on the phone he over charges and he does not get the job done horrible place.

SMH. Bad service. Left me waiting all day. Kept taking other customers. Left me car unlocked with the doors wide open in the street. Told me I need 3,000.00 worth of work or my car would never run. Took it to another shop all I needed was spark plugs.😬😬😬
