Kim at Public Storage is so great! She has an amazing personality and made my move in process so easy. She provided me with all the information I needed to pick a unit with enough space for all my items. I’ve rented at other places and my experience has not always been the best but I’m glad I found this place with Kim. Public Storage need to hire more people like her.

This is my 3rd time trying to give these ladies this review! Nichole is a fantastic manager! she knows everyone by name, is always out and about talking to people making sure things are cleaned etc. any problem we have had she has handled with grace and understanding. our family is so impressed with her ability to act under pressure as well. kim is so funny and is always out sweeping and has a big smile on her face. thank you, you two for being amazing.

Very helpful staff. Customer service at this location is excellent. They called me once I booked and answered all my questions. I called back couple of times for follow up questions and got their voice-mail but they called back within an hour or so of me leaving messages. App is pretty good, can be used to open the gate and has other services too.

Nichole was very helpful and informative when I stopped by looking into what renting a unit involves for my move in a few months.

This review is for the Manager Nichole, not so much for the store. I came to this store last week, and it was closed. I found out this store has very random hours that its closed, and random weekdays its isnt even open at all. So I went to the public storage down the road. I found out when I got to the other store that Nichole was actually the manager for the store that was closed, she explained how the hours work, she was amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I havent met anyone who knows more about storage. The hours at this store make no sense, but the employees are amazing. I will be using public storage in the future just for the amazing customer service alone.

The facility is clean and well maintained with easy access to your unit. The staff at the site are very responsive and work with you to make sure your needs are met. Extra shout-out to Dolly who helped me out with a change in storage unit. She went the extra mile to resolve my concerns and is the reason I am still renting here rather than find a new storage facility. Thank you, Dolly, for not only your help, but also you positive and fantastic customer service.

Dolly was most helpful and courteous. She took the time to show me a couple of units, so I could see what the volume actually looked like. Great location, feeling safe and secure, locked gate, operated with a personal code, with all day access.Today John made quick work of updating some of my account information that I could not access. Courteous and efficient.All the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. Nichole at 836 Airway Blvd. was the most professional and helpful person I have had the pleasure to work with in a LONG time. She was so pleasant and professional. She had answers to all my questions, took me to the unit available and assisted me on all details relating to the rental. Her pleasant, upbeat personality was really a great plus to this process! The place is clean and accessible and I would recommend this PS to everyone!

Everyone that works here is so awesome and very helpful. I feel like for most of us moving can be very stressful especially when some of our circumstances are not so because of breakups or losing our jobs. Nobody wants to pack their lives into an oversized closet. So when im having one of those stressful days the employees here make me stress a lot less. They are always so nice and understanding which makes me feel so much better.

Mostly because of management. Very helpful.

This is a great facility. So many drive up units, its very convenient. Its also perfectly located to where I can access it easily when running my errands. I feel like its always clean and well lit.... and the staff is excellent. I definitely recommend it!

While the individuals works at the unit have always been extremely kind and accommodating, the astronomical price increases by the district management are, in my opinion, unfair. After being told the rate of my unit was not going to skyrocket, sure enough after only 6 months it jumped 26% from $181 to $229. A $48 per month increase is ridiculous and the definition of a bait and switch. For Billy to not even attempt to work with me (and no I don’t want a smaller unit otherwise I would have a smaller unit already) is very poor business practice. Consider me a displeased customer who will be looking elsewhere

Nichole was very approachable and easy to talk to. the facility is very clean and well kept. she did everything with a smile on her face and gave me the best experience I could have asked for. I will for sure be recommending this location to my friends and family.

Dolly had great customer service and knowledge about the storage units.

The staff is simply awesome and committed to help and get you through the signup process as fast as possible. From walking in, storage your, inspecting the storage place and paperwork it took me roughly 20 minutes. The site is safe, secured with video surveillance and the owner lives on site. Storage is clean and easy to access.

Nichole was so much help in assessing the storage needs for my grandmothers things. She took the time to go over the details and show me around! She was great and the facility looks well taken care of and I know my grandmothers things will be well taken care of storing them here! Thank you so much for your help Nichole!

Only moments after I had booked a unit on the Public Storage website, I received a call from Chris who was very kind and helpful with pricing and other details. I met him onsite close to closing time. Even so, I was not rushed and was ready to move in shortly thereafter. When I ended my lease, I was dealing with personal issues, but that did not stop Nichole from going above and beyond to make sure my termination went smoothly. Truly a great experience and should I need to store my stuff, you betcha this is the first place I will call!

Staff was very friendly but they kept raising my rate every four months, so I moved to another storage facility. I can tolerate a rent hike once a year, but three times is ridiculous.

I have rented storage units from various places in Livermore through the years and by far Public Storage at 836 Airway blvd and Nicole are the best! I have been renting there for over three years now and changed units a couple of times(needed more space). Nicole always has the answer to every question Ive asked, she really knows the business. At other places Ive had problems with managers understanding my needs. Nicole is great at keeping the lines of comunication open and clear. She goes by the book,,no if ands or buts! She puts a smile on your face, and reassurance.in your heart that your stuff is stored in the right place!😊

Public Storage every year raises the rent so in only a couple years your $85 storage is $120 CRAZY so if you move to another unit you get the new tenant price. So if your needing long term go somewhere else. If you are late 30 days even after paying on time for 5 years on the 32 day when you go to pay past due and current. SORRY SOLD YOUR LIFES FAMILIES TREASURES YESTERDAY at auction. This location Kristi has become very helpful, I dont think she would do that again or hope she wouldnt. I think Public Storage policy is the problem and this location probley better then others because of Kristi.
