This place is truest one of the friendliest motorcycle shops in the Denver area, everyone’s always helpful there and making sure you’re getting the product you want or need. Also the prices here are actually much cheaper then some online stores. I will keep coming back to this place! Thank you Grand Prix team!

Heres where we started 4 weeks ago:Great crew and store all around. Thanks Rob and crew for making my purchase easy and fun! Here is where we are today:Rob originally said this would take about a week. The motorcycle is STILL not delivered a month later. Communication, expectation setting, organization of the staff in parts and service have led to promises not met and the bike not delivered. The updated estimate of delivery was today. No phone call, no history of our conversations for employees jumping in and out of context of a call. The management here at Grand Prix / Indian motorsports has some problems to think about and resolve. I cant recommend at this time buying from this dealer until its clear they have resolved their management issues.** sharing an update **Rob and company made things right.. They got the bike delivered on the day they said it would, walked me through the issues and appologized in a very professional manner. Hats off.. thanks for making things right!

Too bad I have to even give this business a one star. We have NEVER been treated as rude and disrespectful as we were at Grand Prix. The only people worth mentioning is the parts department. Service and sales is awful. Truly surprised they are still in business. We have bought a multitude of off road vehicles so it is not our first rodeo. We understand that in todays world of shortages things are different. You can not expect people to pay blue book or above and yet offer them WELL below those same values on there trade in. We were made to feel as if we were wasting the GM and sales guy time. We happily went to another dealership and ordered a RZR and bought two dirt bikes. Too bad that the GM has no social skills let alone the ability to address any issues.

CHELSEA ALLSOPP is AMAZING!!!! I bought my first bike from her yesterday. She never made us feel pressured. She was so patient with me and my mom who is handicap. She took the time to walk us around and made sure my mom could keep up with us. Showed me all the options they had and was super knowledgeable about any questions I had and even gave me great advice about my options for my motorcycle endorsement. She introduced me to Heather up stairs with the gear and Heather was just as awesome. She helped me pick out a helmet and jacket I would be comfortable in!Chelsea also introduced me to the tech guy there ( I forgot his name) he was super friendly as well. It was really great to feel super welcomed and like everyone cared. I had gone to a few other places, being a female I was kinda looked over and it was really frustrating. I can not recommend this place enough. My fiance will be buying his bike from Chelsea very soon! And I will keep going back to upgrade and get all my bike supplies. If you are looking for a bike do yourself a favor and go see Chelsea!

I worked with Rob True to get my new bike. We test drove a couple and he took the time to answer all my questions. Rob is friendly and personable, but did not pressure me. I also felt Rob was honest and up front about prices and final cost and I was able to compare with another dealership for peace of mind. I was happy to purchase from Grand Prix and look forward to a long relationship with them for service.

Outstanding experience today in purchasing my wife first motorcycle (2022 Chief Bobber). Heather Losasso professionalism and attention to my wife needs was a large in part why we purchased the bike at Grand Prix Mototsports. Rob True was amazing in getting my wife into the right motorcycle. He listened to her needs and concerns and helped her purchase the motorcycle she truly loves and loves to ride. I want to thank you both personally for making this first time experience wonderful.I guess this would be a Post Script (P.S.)I need to mention this because I was impressed with Rob True. This was my wife first motorcycle and had only finished her riders course this past Monday. After we purchased the bike my wife was very nervous and wanted to take a couple laps around the building to build her confidence. What impressed me was Rob True came outside to talk to me asking if everything was okay, I told him about my wife nervousness driving the motorcycle home (54 mile drive), and how this bike was her 10 year Transplant anniversary present (my wife had a full liver transplant ). He offered to drive the bike home for her if she didn’t want to. My wife ended up driving home safely and even took it out later that evening. What Rob True offered was amazing, he didn’t have to but his willingness to do so tells a lot about himself and Grand Prix Motorsports. In business, the sale is the bottom line, what happens after is what the consumer needs to see and Rob True kindness far surpasses quarterly earnings. I don’t know if I am going to buy myself a bike, I just know were I am going to buy it, GPM.

I was in a couple of months ago to look at a bike. I didn’t end up buying from them because they wanted more than what the bike costs brand new for a 2019 with 3000 miles on it. Went to pick out a new bike and gear for my wife. Dylan was my sales guy and he was super friendly and answered all of our questions. My wife wasnt quite sure which one she wanted and Dylan was extremely patient with her and took the time to show her all differences between the two she was interested in. Dylan was zero pressure and let us take some time to decide, meanwhile he was working several other people but always made sure to come check on us. We went upstairs and visited with Heather and picked out some gear. Heather took my wife and made sure she had everything she wanted and made certain it was all a good fit. After we had the gear we went back down to visit with Dylan and purchase the bike we wanted. I just want to say again how great Dylan was, just being so patient and cool about everything. As much as my son and I enjoyed working with Chelsea, the same can not be said for the sales manager who cost her a sale. If you go to Grand Prix ask for Chelsea, she is extremely knowledgeable and honest.Unfortunately the sales manager was absolutely not willing to work out a better price for a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 650 (non ABS) with over 10,000 miles that Grand Prix wanted $7228 total with all their added fees. I mentioned we were also looking at another bike at Sun Enterprise, a 2019 Kawasaki Ninja 650 ABS with 6051 miles asking $6698 with their fees. I feel the finance guy could have been more willing to negotiate to get the sale, instead he said it wasnt worth his time to try, because I would just go to Sun and try to get a better price from them. My response to him was I cant go to Sun and say that because they have the better bike. Bottom line - if he would have been willing to give me a better price we probably would have bought that bike from Grand Prix. However as it was; he wasnt, so we walked, he cost Chelsea the sale, and we bought from Sun Enterprise instead. Oh btw Sun Enterprises fees were $199.00 document fees instead of the $1000.00 Grand Prix charges!!!!!!

I made a deal to sell my bike to them over email and the phone. Rob told me to bring down the bike and title, my boss will write you a check for $1500. So I did and they said they could only give me 500!!!! Wow! If this isnt bait and switch I dont know what is! The bike is worth 2500, but needs some carb work. I disclosed everything wrong with it and he offered $1500, then when I brought it down, did NOT honor the deal! They claimed it needed fork seals without any evidence. I took it to another shop to replace the fork seals and they said the seals were fine. Grand Prix Motorsports lied about the cost of fork seals (claiming $1000 just for that) and lied about additional work needed in order to lower the price even more. BTW the fork seals would have been $135, NOT $1000, and were NOT even needed!!! Terribly DISHONEST place to do business! I will never give them another moment of my time, and I hope my review saves someone else from wasting their time with this company!

Just stopped in to get a new fuel needle for my WR450. I’ve been wary of coming back as I’ve experienced questionable service in the past.Walked towards the parts counter and was greeted by 2 people on the sales floor (expected). Walked up to the parts counter and stood there for a few minutes. Had 2 guys working on selling another guy some type of trailer when another guy walks up, talks to them, then walks into the parts area.During this whole process. Not a SINGLE person acknowledged that I was there, said “hey, someone will be right with you”, nothing. I literally turned around and walked out with the only exit greeting coming from the same person that greeted me on the way in.Like I said above. I was wary and was really hoping for an experiment that might win me back. At this point, I’m going to Coyote. They may out of my way, but I’ll go that distance for service.

I had a great buying experience here. I searched the entire state for a new Tracer 900 as inventory is super low everywhere. I live almost 2hrs away from this dealership so we talked quite a bit over the phone. Chelsea in sales worked pretty hard to make the best deal via phone conversations. Fast forward 2 weeks, I went in to talk in person and I figured the deal we had come up with was long gone. Much to my surprise when I mentioned who I was, Chelsea found my file and the deal was still valid. Maybe Ive just had bad experiences in the past but I was fully expecting to have to go through the process again in person. The whole transaction was very easy and the entire team at grand prix were very friendly and helpful. While waiting for my bike to be preped I went and looked at new gear. I did not end up buying gear here due to limited sizing however the young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new motorcycle.

I would not suggest this shop to anyone. I purchased my vehicle at this shop about a year and a half ago. I had an issue with some frame damage and took it back to the shop to have it repaired. Not only did the do the repairs incorectly, they failed to fasten all parts of the frame and the vehicle was falling apart after about 3 minutes of driving.I purchased a life-time warrantee thru the dealership. I took my vehicle to have some routine maitence done in preparation for a trip. The vehicle, and trailer, was stolen from their property on a Sunday night. Grand Prix Motorsports failed to alert me that my property was stolen from their location until three days later.I called, thinking I would be picking up the vehicle, and they stated they would call me right back. I was not alerted for another day after I was told I would recieve a call back from the GM, Scott.I spoke with Scott, trying to obtain more information about what happened. He stated that they just-so happened to be changing out their cameras and there is not video evidence of the theft but he also stated he can confirm he has video of someone driving off with the trailer.I called Scott again, asking why Grand Prix Motorsport has not called me (the property owner) to let me know how they would make it right for the customer. Scott stated that he has nothing to do with this issue and it is not his problem.I stated it occurred on his property and he said it did not because it was not in a fenced in location. He said it was not his issue and it is not his fault that he waited days to inform me that a theft occurred.I would warn anyone using this shop to be aware of the location of their vehicle at all times. I would suggest to not leave this vehicle at Grand Prix Motorsport if you ever want to see it again.

Severely Disappointed with service. Bought an Indian scout bobber 60, waited patiently for more than 2 months for delivery. At no point, from discussion, selection, deposit and purchase were the exorbitant fees that Grand Prix Motorsport charges disclosed to me. These fees added 20% to the purchase price. As a reasonable consumer, I requested a breakdown of the compulsory set-up fee, to show me what was being paid for. I phoned Indian only to find out that the set up is extremely minor and certainly not worth $650 I was charged.By far the most disappointing part, was the sales rep, Steve, didnt even bother to meet me on delivery, and certainly didnt provide the requested fees breakdown.Buyer beware, discuss the fees first. Be aware of the profiteering of companies like this during the Covid supply challenges. Support better business practices, and dont support a company whose customer support is so bad, the sales rep wont even meet you to take your money.

I am blown away by the excellent t customer service and low-key atmosphere! We often were getting all of our gear from a competitor in Centennial but decided to go into Grand Prix to have a look and ask a few questions. Ended up buying our helmet Bluetooth system, a new jacket, and more! Heather, upstairs, was EXCELLENT at answering our inquiries and lowered the price for the Bluetooth set up by meeting an online deal we were considering! Best of all, she installed it for free when I came back a few days later with the helmets! She did the full installation on-the-spot in less than 30 min.I appreciate that Grand Prix was quick to abide by state mandates for safety in a time of Covid-19. The competitor (PC) made a big deal out of giving everyone, including their staff, the right to choose whether to wear masks, even after our governor made it mandatory. Instead of caring about everyone’s safety, we were made to feel ridiculed after requesting our retail sales person put on a mask and step 6 ft away. He refused! So, thank you GP for your service and for acknowledging that science is real! Just dropped some hard-cold-cash on items we needed...and even a jacket I didn’t need, but found on a sale rack!

Rode it for 2 months before taking it to you to do the major 2nd gear recall with a total of 1720 miles on it. You told me your best mechanic worked on it. When you put it in the lot for me to pick up it had multiple points of damage on it, wires and hoses running all over in incorrect locations. I felt completely uncomfortable thinking it was safe to ride home let alone across country, which is why I bought it. I had to bet out of it and into something else. You gave me, in your words, wholesale for it on the trade in on my new bike. Had to buy there because I felt trapped and lost over $6000 on the entire deal. Then I come to find out you are telling customers looking to buy it that you had dropped it off the lift while working on it??

Grand Prix wanted full retail, plus $475 freight and $499 set up...for a $5200 bike. Asinine. I worked at a dealership and I know, unlike the sales person did, that these bikes come 2 in a crate. $950 to ship a 600 pound crate? You can ship a car for less. Plus, they take less than an hour to set up 2. So that’s $998 per hour setup. Highway robbery. I went to TNT motorsports in Laramie WY on our way home and got one $894 cheaper. Well worth the slight detour. If you live in Colorado, look elsewhere and you can save HUGE money.

These guys are totally awesome! They did nothing and they dont care. Its OK, They just sell motorcycles. You can be beat them up on price so dont go easy on them. Low ball them because there is NO service after the sale.Response to the owner. The bike had not even been ridden within the 30day warranty because of the lockdown. NOBODY said anything to me about problems from SSR. Dont try and make me look like the bad guy. I just wanted someone to look at this bike. After I spent 10 grand in March I didnt think it was too much to ask. Sales guy, Sales manager, Service manager looked at me like I was crazy. Its OK, I fixed it. It was just a 15 amp fuse that went out. A little understanding goes a long way but don’t act like you tried to help me. Passive aggressiveness is a much better tactic. Well done!

Went in hoping to purchase my first bike, first off the staff here is amazing I worked with Jeff Reisner and Justin Cooper. Jeff was the sales rep I worked with and he made after a minor clerical error gave us a bit of a set back an extremely fantastic purchasing experience. We worked with each other for a month or so because he was making sure I got the exact bike I wanted, and we touched base about once a week as we were waiting for it to show up he never left me in the dark and always keep me up to date with every step of the process. Even after I rang that bell he didnt disappeared he helped me get it all ready to go and saw me off, I Highly recommend asking for Jeff for the best experience possible from this fantastic company. Justin Cooper was the parts consultant I worked with I was missing a fair amount of gear and had a absolute ton of questions for him on not just gear but bike mods an accessories as well, He showed me an infinite amount of patience answering all my questions making sure I got what I needed and left with a better understanding of the products I left with. Overall the experience I had here was above and beyond compared to other places iv been in the past and higly recommend for bike buyers of all levels.

Unless this place has the only vehicle within 1000 miles, I highly recommend trying to find someone else to help you. Nothing but issues with the new motorcycle I bought here. The sales man actually used curse words in our conversation about all the issues I was having. His name was Rob, so if Rob comes up to help you, please know he is not there to help you and is only interested in making a sale...Again, If you can find it somewhere else, do.

I have had my 2001 Indian Chief in for routine service and meet with the Indian Riders at Grand Prix Motor Sports. To a person they all make you feel welcome and I have had no complaints with their service. Never try to over sell and have great deals on service. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

From the moment I picked up the phone for service and repairs to the moment I sold my cherished motorcycle to Grand Prix Motor Sports; the experience was exemplary!Polite, understanding, and customer centric, each person engaged with me as the individual and not as the possible $$$ I might mean to them in the moment. They understand that real business is built on the return customer. When I can once again ride, Grand Prix is where I’ll be going.

Great experience buying a brand new motorcycle. The staff was very helpful and not pushy in any way. Big shout out to Eli and her professionalism, she helped me during the entire process and because of her I will be taking all of my business here from now on.

Hands down the worst service and follow through I have ever had in 30 years of buying motorcycles. Lets start with their complete disregard for the safety of their staff and customers. Not ONE salesperson had a mask on and I witnessed a motorcycle sale with hand shakes and 2 feet of distancing during the whole transaction. Nothing was disinfected or wiped down during the hour I was there. Keep in mind this was when the stay at home order was still in effect. I could witness this ignorance of their own COVID19 response plan because my salesperson took over thirty minutes to get me a price on a unit on their floor. $1300 in added fees on a $4500 bike (not including tax) was the price. Unbelievable. Also unbelievable was that the salesperson admitted to taking a few phone calls while making my son and I wait for her to come back with a price. Statements like you are going to make me work for a sale without filling out a credit app? arent appreciated. Not emailing me a contact card as promised is not appreciated. Promising a follow up call but not calling to set up an appointment on the weekend isnt appreciated. This salesperson apparently only cared about the customer in front of her, not the customer that may come back. I am never coming back. But I did buy a bike and an atv for my son at another dealer who knew had to follow up. Do yourself a favor and ignore them like they ignored my son and I after I wasnt willing to buy on the spot.

Speaking solely for myself Ive experienced nothing but great service from these folks. I bought my 2016 Indian Springfield from them and we just sailed through the process. The service department has always been polite and courteous every time that Ive stopped in, from routine servicing to the new tire and last Saturday when I just stopped in to inquire about a code that popped up. Great dealership and very nice people.

I came in with quite a few questions, and left with all of them answered in a swift and professional manner. Eli helped me through all the aspects of the sale process (happy new scout owner), and at no point did I feel like just a statistic with some $$ signs above my head; she made the entire ordeal an enjoyable event, and helped me through some headache inducing credit complications on my end. Everyone from finance to parts to service was a pleasure to deal with, and I would go back to them for all things bike in a heart beat.

I recently purchased a 2020 Zero SR/F. I went in knowing I wanted an electric bike and was helped by Eli and Eric.Eli was very friendly and very helpful in showing me all of my options. I didnt feel pressured while I was looking and even left and came back 2 days later. The only thing that could use improving was the time that it took for me to actually purchase the bike but I think this was because there was some training going on.

I went to purchase a bike and met with Brendan. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. They walked me through the financing line by line which I appreciated. They also agreed to hold on to the bike for me for almost 2 weeks post purchase. All in all, great service.

My bike has been here for going on 2 weeks and theyre only calling today to check on the part because I called them. Those of you considering dropping some dollars on an Indian beware. Polaris decided to stop making Victory and now parts are hard to come by and theyre not going to get any easier with the idea that they make it harder and harder youre going to have to get another bike. The people here in sales seem nice but so far I feel jerked around by service. Theyre making me pay 150 for diagnostic even though I told them what was wrong with the bike.
