Of all the dealerships around Im most comfortable at Rocky Mountain. I know I can trust Duane the sales manager to always take care of me. I have bought many bikes from him and his team, and I dont see that changing. He is a genuine guy and you always get the straight story with him. Craig in sales is amazing. He has helped me numerous times after the sale and he always gives you the warmest welcome when you come in. Duane and Craig are my go to guys for a new bike. Craig in parts and Tyler in service are phenomenal as well. There are 3 dealerships closer to my house but Rocky Mountain is where I go.

Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Harley! Techs took great care of my bike for a reasonable price. The dealership a mile from my house won’t work on it because they say it’s too old. I asked for a price on a road king special. First issue was that it took them nearly a week to respond. Then the Munson who responded didn’t give me a price like I requested. This unfortunately for any poor sap they run into is always a sign of rip off pricing. I asked for a price yet again and the Munson comes back with no joke the highest price in Denver for the road king special. His price was $1900 over MSRP right from the start. Thankfully I’m not some chump off the streets who just pays absurd money without shopping. This dealer is the highest priced in town and I can only beg and pray these people don’t steal your hard earned money. Please avoid these guys like the plague!!

Listed my bike on Craigslist and got a call from Rocky Mountain to sell it to them. They said my price was fair for the bike and didn’t try to low ball me at all. In and out in 30 minutes with a check in hand. If this is how it is selling a bike to them I imagine buying is just as good!

Amazing Nordstroms like experience. My buddys bike developed a fuel leak so we went to RMHD to search for the part as we were riding that night. RMHD staff offered to come and trailer the bike back to their shop so they could fix it - my buddy was on the road riding within 45 minutes - this all took place at 4:30p on a Friday night. From the greeter at the front desk to the lady in apparel and accessories to the parts and service guys everyone was 100% committed to AWESOME customer service. I just did a stage IV build on my 2019 Streetglide. All I can say is Jason, and Tyler are top notch. Tyler let me come and look in on my bike as it was being tore down and built. Both Jason and Tyler answered all my question I had and they even added some suggestions I should do in the future. I got to sit with Jason for a while and he gave me the rundown on everything I needed to know. Nate in sales is one good guy. Everytime I go in he takes the time to come over and say hi. Troy is awesome. He stayed late to do the paperwork so I can go home with a brand new bike. Rocky Mountain Harley will always have my business. Its a place where youre treated like family.

New Rider Academy was FANTASTIC! Tommy and Bob did a fantastic job teaching all of us! Ive ridden for years, but never took a course or received my motorcycle endorsement. I learned a ton! I now feel much more confident on my Heritage, especially at slow speeds! This class is a MUST DO for all riders! Harley is running a Veteran / First Responder offer of only $99 for the course which is OUTSTANDING! Take the course now! Youll be glad that you did! Also, for the Parts Dept; I had mentioned to David that I was having trouble finding a curved lay-down license plate bracket for my 2017 Heritage Softail. During the next break in class, David said hed found one. Ordered! Outstanding! BTW, the day after graduation from the course, right down to DMV for my new license!

I just have to say how great this place is. I spoke with Rich this morning about a few units they have on the floor and he has some really helpful advice. He found me the perfect bike with an unbelievable price with the right options for my needs. When I get ready to buy, I will be coming back to him. No need to shop around or compare. To say that group is helpful is a huge understatement as they helped me to find the mounts that would fit my stature as well as a peg design that will look great on my bike. That is a much tougher decision than it sounds as I wanted to make sure that the collection would allow for additional accessories like grips, mirrors, shifter linkage, bootboards, etc. Long story short I will never go anywhere else! The service department team- Tom (tow driver), Tyler (manager), and Jason (tuner), are freaking amazing!We called Tyler after we took the bike to another Harley shop in town, it was running great, I wanted to do a stage 2 upgrade. The other shop was ill equipped to do the work. After a botched tune and waiting over a week we called Rocky Mountain Harley, Tyler arranged a tow, squeezed the bike in and made the necessary adjustments. The team was able to maintain a positive, upbeat attitude not knowing if they could actually fix the bike.I cannot thank this team of professionals enough! I will do all my business with them as they understand the importance of this wonderful piece of equipment.Thank you ALL!

Never one to write reviews but after such an amazing experience, it’s a must. Duane and Troy helped me get financed even with my not so good credit. Troy was completely up front and honest about what to expect throughout the process and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy. I was kept up to date the whole time. Once everything was finalized, the bike was delivered directly to my work. Found a small ding and called Duane who immediately was able to coordinate with Tyler, the service manager, to come up and replace the part in no time at all. I’ve worked for Mercedes-Benz and other companies known for taking care of the customer and the customer service I received is exactly what you’d expect from those companies. I couldn’t be happier. There are plenty of dealerships closer to where I live but I will definitely keep my business here. Thanks again to all involved for making a dream come true!

Customer service at its finest. I ordered an item online and opted to have it ship to the store since it was free. Since it was a Christmas gift and came in 12/23 so close to Christmas they contacted me, gave me their store hours for picking up and asked if I would like it gift wrapped for free! This attention to details and going the extra mile by letting me know their store hours was just what I needed to make the transaction easy. Their gift wrap was also fabulous!! Highly recommend having them gift wrap for you because it was a beautiful presentation and my mom loved it so much.

2021 - Only popped in to glance at new touring bikes, and look at dealership shirtsbut mainly to pick up a couple quarts of conventional oil. Nice conversation and easy check out.2020 - Looked at dealer shirts and gloves. Bought oil and poker chips to send to friends. Staff was super friendly and helpful as usual! Another great experience!

Had what I needed and Dave in parts even took the time, time he didnt have to spend, to help me figure out an aftermarket brake line I purchased from someone else to install my bars. Its that kind of treatment that will keep me coming back.

This store was nice, they were having a chili cookout which was awesome. I voted for #1 the Corona Green Chili it was good not too spicy. Not a very large store so not a good selection to pick from on clothing. It is Harley Davidson Store so it was still awesome anyways.

I purchased a few accessory items from the factory store online and listed Rocky Mtn Harley as the selling dealer. I received the items on time from the Harley factory store. The gloves I ordered didnt fit like I wanted and I saw on the invoice I could return to Rocky Mtn instead of shipping them back. I went to the store and was greeted right away and was helped at the parts counter by two associates that were happy to help me. They correct size gloves were in stock in the store and they made the exchange with no problem. This store has always been great to shop at and I will continue to shop at this store.
