Today I bought my first motorcycle. The salesman Paul was wonderful. Being a woman, there are times with buying cars, scooters and even bicycles where I have been talked to like I was “just a silly little lady” even when I know what I am doing. That was happily not the case here. I have limited knowledge in motorcycles and Paul helped me but never made me feel stupid or intimidated. Thank you so much.

My experience at Peak Honda was nothing short of amazing. Nathan was my sales consultant and Justin took care of my financing. I was in touch with Nathan multiple times in the past couple weeks as I went from a scooter to a dual sport bike. He was patient and answered all of my questions. Pretty good experience. Bought my first new bike and while I wasnt really looking for a new bike. We figured out the financing which took no time at all and made it work. Would have gotten 5 stars if my new bike didnt have a little knick in the paint right on top of the tank. They gave me some touch up and you cant even see it anymore so no harm no foul. Good group of dudes.

After having bad experiences with other Honda dealers in Northern Colorado I decided I would buy my next bike from these guys. They did their best and then some. Not only did my bike come in early, they made every effort to bend over backward to deliver the bike short notice to my schedule. This is a priceless service these guys did for me. They may have a tiny bit higher price for things (current market people are paying way more due to a lack of availability of bikes and parts) but you get way mote peace of mind. These guys dont lie, they work with you when you give them the same respect they give you. Justin by far went the long mile for me, so did Ed. These two earned my repeat business for their effort and genuine respect. I know as a customer I can be difficult but they were more than willing to work with me. As to the XR650L I bought, loving every second of it. Thanks guys!

The staff is friendly and they have some really fine Honda equipment here. Bought these OEM break pad and for the price, its not cheap. However, however, if youre going to ride red.. why not ride with the best parts. Bring your kids, theyll find it an extra nice treat to see the kids fox apparel.

I had a really good experience with Peak Honda. I was on the waiting list for a new bike, once it was in they promptly called and we scheduled a time to pick it up. It was a Saturday and the whole crew was busy but Nathan and Jason both kept me in the loop throughout the day. Very happy with the customer service and if I need another Honda, Peak Honda is where I plan to go.

I saw on a Thursday that Peak Honda World had a bike I wanted in stock on their webpage. After inquiring if it was indeed in stock, Tony got back to me super quickly to verify it was. Other Honda dealers never bothered to respond to my emails so that alone was great since I live out of town and couldnt just easily stop by in person. I worked with Nathan and he was super responsive and quick to get the bike set aside for me for pick up two days later. I was in and out fast and they all made it super easy and were super friendly. Had emailed several dealerships within 100 miles of Canon City Colorado. Peak Honda was the one and only that got back with me. I already knew what I wanted. With a simple credit app Matt P and Justin got everything done. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday 02/27/21 around 10 and had the unit on the trailer on my way by noon. Had all the accessories installed. Had a few last minute items added. Fairly easy. Would recommend Peak Honda for all your power sport needs.

Called Peak Honda World at 1130 am on Tuesday. Spoke with Justin who is their sales manager about a unit. I submitted my app, was approved within an hour and in his office around 2 pm. The process was simple, efficient, and no BS. They had my Pioneer 700 loaded on a trailer when I arrived and by 4 pm I was back home with my new rig. I parked it in the garage as it was snowing and pulled it out today to install some parts. I noticed the front bumper was scraped and bent. I called Justin and within an hour they have a new one on the way to make it right. Could not be happier with the experience and customer service I received from Peak Honda World. Will definitely go back when I’m ready for another toy! Great job!!!

My wife and I had an appointment to look at a SXS at Peak Honda World. Our salesman was still busy, but Nathan offered to show us the machines and set us up for a test drive. Labor is expensive and they like to add shop supply charges to simple jobs that shouldnt require supplies.Also when calling to get a phone quote the person on the other end gave many conflicting price options.2 stars because they can at least repair and sell bikes and parts i guess.Update - needed my rear tire replaced and called around, found another shop that did the job for a good bit cheaper without the hidden shop supply charge.

FANTASTIC customer service, I went to purchase my husband a new CRF 250R and the whole process was great start to finish. Matt our salesman spoke with me in advance and had the bike waiting for us when we came. Justin their finance man was also great. Customer service is bad, unless you come with a bag full of cash they won’t even care to answer any questions or be condescending. They don’t care about making a connection with a customer, they just care about how much cash you have. Which with financing options nowadays, almost anyone qualifies for a bike so anyone can be a possible buyer if you treat them like you care.

Called 4 dealers asking about aCFR. Only this dealer had it in stock. Filled online app saturday,received automated confirmation email same day. Heard back from them via email on tuesday requesting additional info. Sent it with in an hour.Wendsday noon hadnt heard back from them so I called. Sales person(Matt) did not forward info to finance team. Resent info. Finance team (Justin: Matt is in another sale right now) requested us to resend (and immediately confirmed receiving add info) . Not very friendly attitude from Honda team all along. Only bought from them because they had the bike I wanted.

The parts dept was also very friendly, very professional, & very helpful in helping me find a good new helmet. Also, Id like to add that the bike I purchased was a Harley-Davidson and I believe they treated as well as they would have had I been interested in a Honda. All in all this is a very well run operation and I would go there again any time.

I have been looking for a Honda Ruckus for months and I just happen to stumble upon Peak Honda which just happened to have 3 left. Finding a dirt bike during COVID is nearly impossible! However, Nate put us on a waiting list and called as soon as it was unloaded. As soon as we arrived to pick up the bike, we were greeted several times by friendly staff. Working with Nate in sales and Justin in finance was the best experience we had. Purchased new Honda ATV. Matt was exceptional. I was undecided on which ATV i wanted . I went back and forth for several hours riding different ATVs all the while Matt providing me with details about each one i tried. He was never pushy, very knowledgable about each model and gave me a super deal on a new ATV with snow plow. Even delivered it to my door in Florissant as i dont have a trailer yet. The finance department was also painless and they werent pushy when i said i didnt want any extended warranty . (a rarity when purchasing new vehicles) If your in the market for a new ATV i would highly recommend Honda world and make sure you ask for Matt.

Went in with my girlfriend at 1pm on 12/26/2020 to purchase a CB500r fit Christmas. We called ahead of time and drove in from near boulder. Arrived on my ST1300 and we were completely ignored. Not one customer in the store but I counted 8 employees all chatting among themselves and texting.We were there for almost 30 minutes before we left. Never will return again.The receptionist was friendly on the phone when I called in, and she said help when We walked in.

Nate was a very nice and knowledgeable rep. We had a lot of questions and he never once made us feel like we were bothering thim. So far we are very happy with our Rubicon. Only down side is we spent almost 5 hours in the showroom, most of the time waiting for the next step in the process. The associates were very apologetic about the delay, and offered us refreshments. It seemed like they were understaffed for a very busy saturday.

I needed service on my 30 year old Honda Pacific Coast (PC800). I called in advance, and spoke with Shane. Shane stated that the cutoff for service is usually 10 years, but since I was looking at all liquids and new tires that was something that that Peak Honda would take on. I brought in the bike, Shane was able to provide a very reasonable estimate for the work that needed to be done, and then on pick-up the amount due was the the estimated price.
