Buying my first motorcycle was fast and easy. I filled out the credit app online, went to the store, finance paperwork took less than 15 minutes and they delivered the motorcycle three days later. Everyone was helpful and they even had dog biscuits for my doberman!!

This place knows how to do business! No B.S. They were honest with me from start to finish. DEREK in the sales department was knowledgeable and friendly. He got me on a test ride on the Honda Africa Twin that I was interested in while COLT in the financing department was working with lenders on a new loan for me. I told them how much I wanted to pay for a down payment and wanted to see what kind of financing they could do for me. I already had financing from my credit union and could purchase the bike without dealer financing. I told them that and I did not want to disclose those numbers with them. They didnt flinch and continued to work on a deal for me. After I returned from my test ride, I told the guys that I was looking at other Africa Twins around town. Again they were professional and not pushy and I left to go look at other bikes. As I was sitting at a different dealership working on another deal, COLT called with their best deal. DEREK called with details about panniers that I was considering ordering. After the standard runaround with other dealerships around town ACES stood out. Their no nonsense style was refreshing. I returned later that day to buy my bike. RILEY in the parts department had a quote waiting for me for new panniers and ordered them immediately after I completed the purchase of my bike. I just dropped my bike off to have my new panniers installed and talked to general manager DAVE about leaving my bike there for a time slightly longer than normal. DAVE smiled and said We will have it ready for you when you get back. Ive looked at Africa Twins a lot in the area and I know how limited their supply is. It could have been easy for these guys to play hardball and other usual dealer games with me, but they did nothing of the sort. For that I cant thank them enough. I needed a non motorcycle for my girlfriend to ride with me ( I have 2 Indians) and the Riker was just the ticket. the buying experience was the best. was like going to the grocery store!, quick and easy, absolutely no pressure pressure to buy! Derek was great and knowledgeable about the bike and personally had driven it . had the transition done in minutes! they have a large selection of motorcycles. the parts guy was also very good in helping her pick out a helmet, again no pressure and very helpful. would not think twice about recommending Aces! would like to see them expand the gear dept!

Went in looking at one bike I saw online, left with another that stole my attention. The entire staff was great; very knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, NOT PUSHY. I had the smoothest experience here. As someone with a not so great credit I was worried of denial. With a decent down payment i was approved for the coolest first bike i could ask for. I walked in at 9am and was immediately helped by Taylon. He was knowledgeable and gave me confidence in my decision for a first bike. Derrick provided a seamless application process. I went home and waited for approval. I came back, signed the papers and was out the door by 2pm. Taylon delivered the bike to my house and I was riding the second it left the trailer. My experience with this company was excellent. I recently wanted to upgrade from my old 1997 Yamaha to a 2005 Honda and the staff at ACES actually made this transaction as painless as possible. Bought a DRZ-400 from Aces today, and what a great shop! Staff were awesome, didnt mind listening to me blather my stories about my global off-road adventures. And, they gave me a fair deal for my... very odd KTM.I probably should have told them about the previous owner, Arnold - being found gaked out from Carbon Monoxide in his garage, while the KTM just... idled away. Thats why I got such a good deal... it should have been a warning. I never could get it to idle properly - hence a part of the reason for trade in. Oh, and that one time, at the RV Park - when the cracked mirror lens fixed itself one morning - that was *really* weird... I probably should have told them about that. She doesnt tolerate rude commentary very well either. Anyway - they can deal with her now... sorry fellas.Wonderful, knowledgeable staff, beautiful show room - excellent variety of bikes, and even a few historical classics, in excellent original condition. Great experience - highly recommended.

Worst place to buy a motor cycle I thought steels was bad aces sold me a motorcycle an I have had problems ever since every tech and sales rep is a all abought commission and is it time to go home I have not even had this bike 30 days and have had to take it back twice the first time they give it back with service light on that was not there I brought it in for speedometer stoped working and did mention it broke down right when I parked it case it had 7.5 amp fuse need 30 amp when I called them they said were abought to go home you lemon bike can wait untill tomorrow 2nd timeit just wont start they say it was loose connections to the battery it has no oil or coolest in itand the say they cant fix it there and the bike has never had all fering screws Wich I asked to be put in never by a bike here in safe

Do NOT trust this location in Littleton off of Bowls Ave they are not honest about the bike they sold me the bike I purchased from these scammers has had so many problems I woulnt even know where to begin & I paid them over $3,000. I will NEVER buy a bike from them & I strongly advise that nobody else does either they are the bigest rip offs & the customer service was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all my life. I just bought a bike from Aces! I got there at 9 am. The staff was very friendly and attentive but not pushy. I found the bike I liked (a dual sport) and got a great price with no hassle. They dont do hidden fees and add-ons; just the agreed-on price plus tax. The paperwork was done and I was out the door by 9:45. It was snowing, so they delivered my bike for free. I had my new bike in the garage by 10:30.And the bike selection was really impressive. They had all types, and quality ones; the kind you want to buy, not odd stuff. I saw two other bikes I wanted. I wish I knew about aces when I bought my previous bike. The other dealer tacked on over a thousand dollars of fees and charges but aces doesnt do any of that; you just pay tax. No nonsense. And one other thing. While I was waiting there, the general manager, Dave Burke, got a phone call from somebody who bought a bike and was having an issue with a switch, I think. I could only hear one side of the conversation, but Dave was saying whatever it takes, well do it; whatever you want us to do. That gave me a lot of confidence buying a bike from these folks.

First of all, this is a great store with a huge inventory. All of the bikes were clean and the store layout was excellent. I already knew what I wanted but browsed anyway. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy a motorcycle. The sales team was very professional. Derek answered all of our questions and was not high pressure at all. He made us a great deal so we bought. I hope they add a Service Dept someday because I am sure it will be as well run as the rest of the business.

The crew they have there make you feel right at home and help you find exactly what you are looking for. Avoid this place like the plague. I requested to take a bike out for a test ride and was immediately asked Do you have a trade in ? How are you going to pay? I found both of these questions to be completely irrelevant before I even have a chance to ride the bike. I am a guy in my 50s who has been riding over 40 years who is fully licensed and insured and ready to pay cash for the right bike. There is no way in hell I am going to lay down over $8,000 for a bike without riding it to make sure it is the right one for me. I have never experienced this lack of customer service from a bike shop before. I strongly encourage you to go to Steeles in Englewood or buy from a private party. Ever heard of a waiver? These guys are a joke and will be out of business soon with this type of attitude towards prospective buyers.

I recently purchased a 2009 Kawasaki Zx6r and the staff was awesome . Dave helped me make the right choice for me. Derek was there to give me some extra motorcycle experience... Do your research before shopping here. I came to see a bike they listed online. Upon arriving I noticed it was missing a hand grip and in very poor condition, but the price was at the high end of its value.I noticed another used bike there priced almost $200 more than a NEW model!

There are few things more stressful than making a high value purchase - like a motorcycle - at a distance. All you have to go by are photographs and some marketing copy, sometimes just copy-pasted from the manufacturers web site. In this situation, you really need to be able to trust the people youre dealing with to be honest and treat you right.I had been looking for an Aprilia RST 1000 Futura for some time before coming across the listing for a 2002 model on the Aces Motorcycles site. The bike looked nice in the photos and there was a bit of text describing it, but I decided I needed more information.Being in Northern California, I was a bit nervous about buying the bike sight unseen and having to ship it from Littleton, Colorado. So I fired off an email to Aces and was rewarded with a phone call the next morning from Derek, who had recently joined the Aces sales team. Derek answered my questions and then did a guided walk-through of the bike over the phone, calling attention to scuffs and scratches, the absence of any signs of fluid leakage or damage to the engine, etc. By the end of the call I felt very confident I could purchase from Aces.Having no experience shipping cars or motorcycles over long distances, I asked Derek for recommendations and he provided me with several options, stressing that it would be worth the potentially higher cost to go with an acknowledged leader in the motorcycle transportation field, for my peace of mind.Shortly after concluding our call, I received all the necessary documents via Docusign and was able to finish the purchase and pay for the motorcycle online. After this, I got a call from Colter to make sure I had everything I needed and finalizing the details of shipping the bike. When all is said and done, I cant imagine how this transaction could have been any better than it was.Both Derek and Colter were friendly, patient and professional, answering all my questions and doing everything they could to insure my buying experience was stress free. Great experience buying. I purchased an 08 Goldwing, this was during the virus restrictions. Their shop had been broken in to the night before and they had been up since 3am. I live 2 hours away and Dave was very helpful and patient with arranging a visit, amid some cellphone issues. When I arrived a young man, was cleaning the bike out front ready for a test ride. Stopped in to check out a Honda CRF250R that I saw online. Dave, the sales manager, was fielding calls left and right about the bike I was interested in, but made sure I was the #1 priority. After Dave and I settled on a price that worked for both of us, the finance team had my paperwork drawn up in 5 minutes. It was the fastest vehicle-buying experience Ive ever had. The gentlemen then helped me load the bike into my truck and even threw in some extra straps and a T-stand. I could not be happier with the buying experience I received! My wife just bought a new motorcycle from the folks at the new Littleton showroom. The showroom was closed, but we made an appointment for her to test ride a Yamaha V-Star 1100 anyway. They were very friendly and accommodating. When it came time to complete the transaction, they just did the paperwork on a table outside the front door. We got a great price from some really friendly people. Well happily work with them again!

Dave and staff were great! I came to look at a specific bike, but wow do they have a large showroom and the biggest variety of bikes. They let me test ride the bike (which was a bonus since most dealers dont let you). I was able to walk away from the dealer to think about it and didnt feel pressured at all. Worked out a deal when I came back and was a super smooth process. Very happy with the transaction.

Very friendly staff. Excellent selection of bikes. Picked up a KLR 650 w/ low miles and a few aftermarket parts for a very good price. They even delivered it to my house free of charge. Highly recommend if youre looking for whatever bike -they got it all: dual sports, cruisers, sport bikes, etc.

Made a trade offer for a used Interceptor, email response was sent the next day. They gave me decent value for my trade in and accepted a modified bike. I left a deposit over the phone and came in about a week later. They provided great service even during the pandemic. Paperwork was already ready and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Davey is a cool dude.
