The person at naults did my registration wrong, i had to call concord and get form to fix it, did it in a hurry and didnt really . want to do it, also asked for an appt for service of 4 wheeler, he asked me if i bought it there and said to call back in 2 to 3 weeks. I wont call back and wont go back, they are very high on horse there, and dont own the place, they work there

Good place ..if they dont have it they offer to get it from their other store! The lady working gave my son some freebies like sample water bottle and coozies for soda! Pretty nice place and good people at least 5 people offered to help us from the time we stepped in to when we left!

Could not be happier with my experience at Littleton Motorsports. Being new to UTVs / side by sides I had a lot of questions and Cutter Flynn answered them all and helped me to find what I was looking for. The team was prompt, helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

The staff is very rude. Even though I brought in my Polaris 400, which they are a Polaris dealership, they acted like they didnt have time to bother with me. I guess you would have to go in there waving money around just for them to actually help you. Take your business elsewhere. IMO

Friendly, fair price and did what they promised, The owner Mark delivered the UTV, Cutter Flynn the salesperson handled all the paperwork and explained the machine.

Nice friendly staff, real nice dog, but if you go in there and ask a question about your motorcycle you might not get the correct answer you one I went in there ask a couple questions about my motorcycle and nobody can answer my question no mechanic and nobody behind a desk that makes me worried. UPDATE brought my issues to the owner and asked for nothing, told him my problems and wanted to see what he would do, the answer was we will take care of it,thats it.... And when i told him about my first visit which was, I bought a four-wheeler that I knew nothing about it brought it to him for a tune-up and when I got it back $700 later didnt realize for 2 months I had the original air filter in it I still had a dead battery in it and the four-wheeler died after 2 months. Brought this to his attention before I brought my motorcycle to him, he did do right by that Karma but did nothing about the four-wheeler brought it to him again the mechanic pushed it up on my truck could not get it started and this is the second attempt for a tune-up got it home the reason why it wouldnt start was the battery was still dead Crews were falling out of my machine when I took it off the truck and brought it home what I go to him again absolutely not and I would really take pictures and check before anything was done to my machine if you decide to bring it to him again.

Service department was difficult to get a quote. I had to call in twice, and still couldnt get a return call. Finally, I stopped in to only find out they are twice the price as online offerings for parts and 4 times the price for service as other boat dealers. I would recommend taking your marine needs to a more specialized company. Convenience isnt always the best choice.

Out on a two day ride and noticed one of the number plate plastic screws was missing. Stopped in the shop, they came up with two real fasteners then wouldn’t take my money!!! Now that’s the way business is done.

Unacknowledged, no price tags no masks, not even a hello not many options. Look elsewhere

I like Gordy and the service department here. They always take good care of me and why I drive much further to get my Polaris snowmobiles serviced in Littleton. They do a thorough job and dont gouge you on the pricing like the big dealers down South do. Everyone in there is polite and respectful of your time. In a pinch Ive dropped sleds off (chained) while up North during the off-hours and saved myself another trip up there.

Came here to buy my first bike after completing the MSF and I couldnt have been happier with my experience. Mark did a great job helping me select a bike that would be appropriate for me to start on, and James made sure everything was taken care of as far as DMV paperwork and the financing, definitely come check them out if youre in the area!
