Ulta is one of my favorite places on the planet. I love all things beauty. I get my hair done here as well and HIGHLY recommend Sarah OBrien. She is one of the most talented hair stylists, colorists, and extension guru. Shes the Hair Whisperer!!!!

The team is very friendly and helpful. They provided some very good suggestions based on what I was looking for.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful! even if someone doesn’t know the answer to a question, they always make sure to find it out or find someone else who does. I always leave excited to try my purchases!

This was going to be my first time at this Ulta, and I had driven out of my way to go to this particular one. When I arrived 20 minutes after opening, I was the only one in the lot and a lady was walking out of the store.As I approached the door, an employee locked the door in front of my face, pointed at a sign and walked off. No communication and no explanation. Their current status also still says open although they are closed. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Truly the best Ulta there is. Great people, great customer service. I had to get a bunch of things for a shoot, and several employees cheerfully helped me find what I needed, gave good recommendations, and just went above and beyond. I keep going back and expecting that I’ll get a bad one but they’re seriously all great! I so appreciate great customer service, and they are outstanding.

Had to go to multiple Ultas to find what I needed and then one item I did not find it all. So I went to Dillards and they had it.

I needed some things at Ulta today and almost put it off but I’m glad I didn’t. I wasn’t having the best day but my day quickly turned around due to the outstanding customer service I received by Shay and another sweet girl who’s name I didn’t catch. They both were at the front and greeted me with a friendly smile as I walked in. When I was checking out, they both were extremely helpful and I had such a fun experience talking to them while making my purchase. I would love the manger to know of my experience here and I can’t wait return!

DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE AT THEIR BENEFIT COUNTER. I got my lashes done on Saturday and the lady assured me I was in good hands and they would be an easy take off that night.I tried to take them off that night with my make up and they wouldnt budge so after reading on best practices I waited a bit longer and wait for them to loosen still nothing.I called today and the young lady on the phone said try their lash remover and baby oil so, I did and still nothing. After 6 hours of steaming water and baby oil, I now have no lashes on the right side and very swollen eyelids. After having acouple of opinions it was determined that she had stuck the lashes on my eyelash hairs and not the skin thus when removing the glue was adhered to my hairs and not coming off.I am writing this to caution anyone going there for a service.

You better get there early because they lock the doors 5 minutes before closing time.I ordered online for curbside pickup. They dont do that. You have to go inside. The email they sent me said I could pick up until 8pm. But they close at 7pm.. or earlier.

I just left the store and im sitting in my car cause I have to leave a review, Shaye was absolutely fantastic, she helped me apply for an ulta card and gave me some free goodies. Ive never had a more pleasant interaction with an Ulta employee. Such a great young lady. Thank you Shaye

Employees kept following me and talking thru their headset obviously about me since I was the only one in the store. I was waiting in line at the register and the cashier didn’t even acknowledge me until I walked up to her even though their was no one else in line. The ulta by park meadows is far better in terms of customer service and products they have.

I often go to this store to buy some cosmetics. They have a lot of products for nails and hairs. the prices are reasonable. Now they have good offers. Next time Im going to try some of their on-site services. Would recommend visiting!

Ulta is the candy store of make up everything! 💄 Always something new, a great variety of products and brands to choose from. They even have small sample size products to purchase by the checkout, for trying out before buying a larger size or for traveling. They also have a great return policy- as sometimes a color or product doesnt work out. Ulta is the best!

They have awesome staff, only “downside” to staff is it’s almost the Victoria’s Secret feel where EVERYONE that sees you will ask if you’re ok or need something regardless of them seeing their co worker just ask you a few moments ago. Kinda obnoxious as it slightly comes off as you eithera. Look like you’re lostB. Are trying to stealC. Feels like they want to rush you outOther than that, it’s great. Wish they held more options in certain brands but can’t complain

One of my best Ulta experiences. Really helpful staff that were readily available and checking in on you. Clean store that was well stocked. Efficient check out. Very pleased.

Got my daughter a princess makeover for her 6th birthday. Had a blast & the makeup artist did a wonderful job! She took her time was very sweet to my daughter & was a perfectionist when it came to the mascara. She made sure to redo the eyeshadow perfect, even if there was a little smudge of mascara on her eyelid. She wanted to make sure the makeup was up to par. I appreciate that & her. The makeover is a little pricey & its not made for little kids & they should have a makeup menu for children, but overall Thnk u for making her feel special!

Friendly, helpful staff and virtually anything you could ask for as far as beauty, skin, fragrance and hair products are concerned...if you need it they probably have it! I appreciate that they carry a mix of high-end luxury brands as well as drugstore brands, making it an easy and convenient one-stop beauty supply shopping experience!

Great customer service. The ladies in the floor helped me pick some new products I havent tried before. Makeup can be kind of overwhelming and its a good feeling knowing someone is there to help you with all the different types of products even if you dont know what something is. they asked specific questions about my skin tone and complexion to try to understand what products for concealer and foundation would be best for me.

From shopping to getting my hair cut and dyed, everyone that I have interacted with here is amazing. They have been helpful in choosing products and finding specific ones. The salon is great in getting your hair where you want it. Maria, Im looking at you!

ULTA beauty store, the staff were nice and did greet you and asked if you needed any help as soon as you walk through the door.They have a lot of products here, a small salon too. The displays were eye catching and the smells from the different fragrances was nice ( but if strong smells are over powering, maybe not the place to shop).It gets pretty crowded in here but worth coming in here and getting something for a friend, family or even yourself.Did not give 5 stars but it was just because some of the fragrances were nearly out, but that might have just been a stick issue.

I just went here, the employees were wonderful, treated me and my family amazingly. They even fixed an issue with emails and other sites. If you have something or need help, just ask. They really want to give a great experience!

DO NOT GO TO THE SALON HERE! one of the MANAGERS who is IN CHARGE AND TEACHES THE OTHER GIRLS gave me straight lines all over my head. i went in for a simple bang trim to get the dead ends off and to blend it better and she did the complete opposite of blending. all my layers now look like stairs. these guys dont care about your hair nor will they take the time to do it correctly.

Chandra is the only stylist I trust with my hair. I have done countless years of damage to my hair from doing it myself and she has transformed it from its fragile state and we are now on the road to getting it back to optimal health. When I come to her with fun, funky ideas she always expands on them and creates something beautiful. She is not only a hair stylist but a true artist.

This place is nice. They had okay service and good stuff. I reccomend the Dermalogica brand that they sell there. Overall I personally think this place is just average.

AS MUCH AS I LOVE ULTA. I GOT A LIL BIT OF A BEEF. FOR WHEN I WENT & GOT A PERM AT ONE OF THE STORES, IT DIDNT TAKE. I JUST COULDNT BRING MY SELF TO PAY ANOTHER $ 80.00, AND CHANCE THE SAME RESULTS OR POSSIBLY EVEN WORSE RESULTS, FOR IT HAD ONLY BARLEY BEEN 1 MONTH. I BEEN THRU BEAUTY SCHOOL, AND KNOW YOU DONT DO THAT...THAT SOON. SO IDK, I LOVED THE GIRL THAT DID THE SERVICE & I DONT PERSONALLY BLAME HER, I JUST DIDNT LIKE HOW THEY WOULDNT WORK W/ ME AT ALL. SO THATS JUST MY EXPERIENCE .... IT MAY HALF BEEN OK, THIER SUGGESTION. BUT BLONDE HAIR IS USUALLY MORE FRAGILE. SO I DIDNT FEEL IT WAS THE BEST SUGGESTION, FOR MY HAIR TYPE.... Terrible service. I waited to check out while 3 employees sat nearby chatting loudly and obnoxiously. There was only one cashier and any one of them could have hopped on a register and got me on my way. It was very frustrating. They did not respect my time.

I had a great experience. They were able to accommodate me with getting my eyebrows done even though the usual oversights does our wasnt there. The lady in the salon helped me.

Terrible experience I had today! And I dont usually leave reviews but this store had me UPSET! I called the store to verify they had the product I was looking for the lady on the phone confidently said yes we do so I drove out 30 minutes when I get to the store they dont have the product and they have no idea what Im talking about. How could they have people working there that dont know the products their store carries?? When I called to speak to the Manager he just kept asking me if I knew the name of the person so he could pull them aside... No resolution here!!! GO TO SEPHORA WAY BETTER SERVICE!!!

This place is really small. Its like the convenience store of Ultas. The employees were okay but I think they should probably know more about foundation. The lady that helped really didnt know anything about any foundations other than the one she normally uses which ended up being completely wrong for my skin.

Great service, got asked multiple times is we were looking for something specific or needed help and they helped me find the PERFECT eyebrow pencil 💕

Service was awful at one of the stores. Made me feel uncomfortable and was trying to force me to give them a number because i would get money off next time, but i was in a hurry and just trying to check out. They also didn’t answer questions i had about makeup and acted like robots. I am kinda scared to go back into that certain store, it was an interesting experience. Very rude.

Ulta is stopping the Olay line except limited items, not good.Since I have started with the Ulta foundation, the shade keeps changing names and the staff Has trouble finding the replacements,very frustrating and not sure the reasoning.

The salon is so poorly trained. I took a picture in of a long blunt haircut with long layers. Instead, I got an asymmetrical texturized bob with a rat tail of a bottom layer. The stylist seemed to understand the cut I wanted, but changed the cut without asking me because he said this would be better at enhancing the curls in my top layer. Not only is this not what I asked for, but it was technically poor. The shears seemed too dull, and Im still finding pieces that he missed cutting. All in all, I lost at least 4 more than I asked for in the consultation.This isnt even the only negative experience Ive had at this location. I previously tried to return a product but was denied because although I had my receipt, they claimed they needed the box to look up the item. This has never been an issue at other locations and Ultas customer service agreed that the store didnt follow their return policy.At visits before and after that experience, the customer service has been poor. Ive had to walk all throughout the store multiple times to find someone to answer questions or ring me up. I may continue shopping on Ultas website, but I wont be returning in-store.

Associates are rude as hell! Ive been a trained makeup artist since age 12, so I went in asking for a palette spatula for my scar wax for sfx makeup. The girls smirked and laughed and didnt know what I was talking about. One girl went and got me testers similar enough to improvise, and upon taking them, the girls busted out laughing and said, the testers! Are you serious? I was beyond pissed not at their lack of education on makeup products, but the way they handled the situation. After speaking to a manager the following day, she suggested that they mightve referred to the product as something other than a palette spatula. Even if they did, theyre wrong because palette spatula IS the technical term for it. I dropped heavy cash in there about 2 to 3 times a week and I havent gone back since.

After approaching the register and them telling I swear would be receiving some in store coupons we were duped into getting $3 offer purchase when we had other coupons at home for 20% offer purchase are also telling us we were approved for a credit card to at 20% off I purchase and getting denied for that credit card when we were already approved thus making a hit against the credit and not getting the card or the 20% off really chaps my chores pisses me off in that matter the front counter lady pitched me off she was rude

Decent store but unprofessional employees. 2 male employees and one female stood by the register and helped another guest checkout. One guy eventually helped me at another register of which to get to I had to squeeze by the other lady. As I was checking out and the other customer left, my cashier proceeded to walk over to the other employees to talk about how rude either I was or the other lady was when I walked by her and said “excuse me”. Regardless of who they were referring to, it is totally unprofessional to complain about any customers while dealing with other customers in front of you.

Awful customer service! 5 people standing in line, 2 people helping ONE person on the floor and another no where to be found when the cashier pinged for assistance twice. I left without purchasing anything.

There are some wonderfully helpful and friendly staff members there, but sometimes you get someone with an arrogant attitude who shouldnt work in customer service.
