The employees are so helpful and friendly. They always make recommendations and are very knowledgeable of the products

I was in this store #10324 on May 29, 2020 between 4 and 4:30 in the afternoon. Now this is my go to store. Never had any issues before however when my husband and I walked in, we were told If your gonna shop in here you have to wear a mask. Now I completely understand the situation and we forgot our masks. So I asked if they had any, and they did. Okay, great. Now I needed 4 different items. We stood in the isle walking up and down looking for 15 mins. One associate was busy. No other customers in the store. The associate who addressed us so rudely when we walked in the door stood behind the register picking at her nails. At no point did she ever ask if we needed help finding anything. 3 out of 4 items were not on the shelves. When I saw the associate glance at us and still not offer to help, I left the store so angry I decided then and there maybe I should take my business to Ulta.

Walked in to get some product my son was just touching the nail polishes And accidentally knocked a couple over when the sales clerk came around the corner and yelled at him to stop touching things I will never buy from the store while she’s an employee. I don’t need somebody else discipline my son. :(

I bought a pair of clippers from this location never opened the box. Decided today that I didn’t want them anymore and went to return and was told I could not because the box had been opened. If I’m out money at the end of the day because this store sold me opened clippers I’m going to make sure that everyone around me knows that I was just taken full advantage of. I get that people do this sort of thing to your business, but I am not that person. I was sold a defective item and didn’t know until the day I tried to return the item. Again, I’m not the one who opened the box or used the item, I was sold clippers in a poor condition.

I wouldnt consider myself a professional or an amateur when it comes to hair color, I know the basics, but of course have questions with big changes. Liz answered all my questions and gave me excellent advice, she never made me feel dumb! With her recommendations, I was able to do what I wanted with my hair. Liz was so accommodating and made me feel so welcome, I will definitely come back to this location, Liz has the kindness and experience that makes me confident with my purchase!!!

Same selections & discounts across all stores.

The staff at this location are so helpful. I have no idea what to chose but they step right in with suggestions. Love going in there they are so friendly.

This is my favorite Sally Beauty Supply store. I heard they might close it. NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I shop here all the time and the ladies that work there are awesome!
