I was happy with my waxing. First time getting service at this Sephora and pleased. Brenah(I think was the name) also helped me find foundation that actually matched my skin tone! Thanks girl. I will be back!
Great knowledgeable and personable staff. Its Sephora, so plan on looking at everything! LoL! But the day I went I was able to go in and get what I was looking for very quickly. I always feel like Im shopping with friends when I am there. Staff is excited about the products and offer help but they dont smother you with too much attention. Great shopping experience every time!
I work at the mall so its convenient but that is not why I keep going back to this store. The service is terrific! They are always available and extremely helpful. And they always have what I need. Its a pleasure to shop there!
Dale, Regina and the other ladies were awesome today - they were such a huge help on a busy Saturday! I had a bb cream Id bought previously and it just wasnt right. They quickly got me a refund and went all over the whole store to find just the right match for me! I also brought in some other products I wanted to replace and they worked tirelessly to get it all right. Definitely my favorite Sephora!
I drive out of my way to go to this Sephora. Always very friendly, helpful, and fully stocked! You also dont have to pay to park like Cherry Creek.
I dont have much make-up experience, so going into the Sephora store is a bit daunting for me. I was given great advice & not pointed to the most expensive item in the store. Thank you Sephora!Great service & super helpful staff!
They were nice, obviously youre not at Nordstrom so they will help you find something but in terms of finding scents like they do at nordstrom... it could use some more training on perfumes and how they work and what goes into each scent etc. Still got some stuff so woohoo
At this location in Park Meadows I believe they could work on customer service. I dont have the location of the products memorized. I would like similar recommendations if they dont have a certain products.
Was laughed at while checking out my items. As someone who also works retail, it’s really disappointed to be treated the way I was. Get your acts together, old white women.
Love the staff. Knowledgeable and relatable.
Great products and helpful staff. Good rewards program too.
One of my favorite Sephoras. I am so glad they are open. Everyone was so nice. They seemed bored because of the lack of customers in the store but all doing there best to be helpful. I will say it was hard not to use the testers but I was good and didnt.
Helpful staff, good selection, and quality products.
Is there a change where you leave shoppers alone until checkout, no greeting? not being acknowledged once until then felt a bit odd but if its how it is now Ill put stars back.
Quille is the most helpful human ever!! Im a really difficult match and even without being able to use testers she was able to get my match perfectly and Im a super hard match! Im super impressed and thrilled with my new makeup!!!
Great variety!
Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered in my life. Judgemental, clearly hated their job, not helpful at all. Watched them yell at nearly everyone in the store at least twice. Was going to purchase some brushes, but finally after my second extremely rude encounter with the same pink-haired chick I left and went to Ulta. They are not getting my money!
I will NEVER step foot in this location again. Every single person I encountered was incredibly rude. They yelled at my 9 year old for not having a mask, when we were not told to have one when we walked in. I was followed around watched like I was a criminal. And to make it better, people were bringing dogs in to a place where I didn’t think dogs were allowed. You can pet a dog and be all over it but god for bid my mask fall below my nose. AwfulLocation. Never again.
Real shame that a VIB is treated like a shop lifter because she knows what she wants, shops quickly and has multiple bags from other stores. Terrible service even for a pandemic NO EXCUSE!!!
Angel is amazing! She spent about 45 minutes with me helping me find a foundation for my oily acne prone skin. She also gave me some really helpful tips on using my products. My confidence was so slow when I walked in there today, but she definitely cheered me up. Thank you Angel! You’re amazing.
I missed my Sephora girls. 😩 I would go there after work see what is new in makeup world. Get samples try them on before buy them. They knew me they knew when I will stop by what like. Please be safe out there
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
The staff in here us always so sweet and knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because it seems like they are always discontinuing or not carrying a product I want.
Love this Sephora, Even though we can touch any testers right now due to Sephora they always find me my perfect shade and match!!
I love Sephora and shop here often. The staff is very attentive. No matter how busy they are, they always make sure that I can quickly find what I need.
Good store, clean and no testers available currently of course
Was here with my wife as she loves makeup. Let them do their thing but noticed she had an interaction with every employee in the place about different products and each was very nice and knowledgeable. They all went over the products thoroughly and seemed happy to help. Was a nice experience. Thank you. Will be returning.
Really terrible customer service. Before purchasing product I asked for the return policy I was told by two different employees as long as I was part of the rewards program I could return the product. I went in to return it and they told me it has to be within 30 days (i was a couple days late) which they neglected to tell me. The manager would not refund me with cash even though the product was there with a receipt and original packaging. She told me to call customer service online which told me they cannot do anything that is is up to the store. I requested to speak with the store director and they said she is on “vacation.”10/10 would NOT recommend
The employees must hate their job and must be soMiserable. They are all so mean to everyone and so u happy
Honestly, the lady who was cleaning the products was so rude to us and continued intrupt our conversation to order us to either not to do something or look at things. She was so rude and didnt respect us or talk in a nice tone.
Very knowledgeable employees. I love to go to get my skin tone matched so my foundation is flawless. They have a rewards program too which is pretty cool. Free gifts on your bday!
I had great experience. all of the employee was nice and Megan the beauty adviser lady really good at her job as an artist, so friendly and did a great job by doing my makeup, so beautiful. the items she picked for me was really good. if the make up wasnt so pricey I buy them all :). wish they were budget friendly
The cashier was absolutely no help and I almost walked out but Raegan the manager or whatever came and saved the day with her helpful and positive attitude. Why are Sephora employees so stuck up? I mean seriously. It’s make up. That’s all.
Hands down the best Sephora in Colorado. I got a full face makeover with Samai today and she was so friendly and helpful. The makeover result was pretty too! They never hesitate to give me samples unlike other Sephora stores nearby. Even when I return products I dont like, they would still be respectful and super friendly. Definitely the only Sephora store I would be going to.
Store associates are always very helpful when I need advice on product! Came in to grab a new concealer and they helped me find my color even though it was sold out on the floor. Asked for advice on a new bronzer got 2 recommendations, had both matched on my skin and Im super happy with the one I chose. Thanks!
Love First Aid 3
Ella was the most helpful Sephora assistant I have ever come across. Very knowledgeable and polite. Extremely professional! I will be visiting Ella for now on. Thanks Ella for all your help!
Great customer service they welcome you as soon as you walk in and help find what you need. The store has cleaned up nicely too.
Camilla was one best worker Ive ever met an amazing friendly good quality store!!
I had one of the WORST shopping experiences of my life here at this location, and I will NEVER do business here again because of it. Im the type of shopper that likes to spend hours in stores making sure I find the exact product Im looking for to match my concerns or needs. I love Sephora because they definitely offer more of the variety Im looking for with my tastes so I shop here as often I get the craving to mix up my makeup/ skin care routine. At this particular location, however, I was asked if I needed help by the same store employee so many times during my visit I honestly lost sight of myself as the customer and felt more as if I was being watched. I appreciate the basis of receiving offers for help, but the amount of times I was asked during my visit became simply alarming. I even saw the same representative talking to the security guard after one of our conversations and made eye contact with the guard who THEN proceeded to hover near the area I was in. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this store. Yes, I spent two-three hours looking around to make sure I found the right products I needed, but YES I left with more than enough products to justify my time spent in there. I will be spreading the word about the service I received from this location and will damn well make sure I take my business elsewhere to other locations that know how to treat and respect ALL of their customers.
Has a great selection for skin care! And everone is very friendly when you walk in.
Very rude when I asked for help I go dirty looks and nasty replies. I got no help I’ve never been tried so rudely. When I asked for help when they were out of what I was looking for she didn’t even look and she seemed put out about it like it was too difficult to do her job and help me. Will never shop here again. I’ll just go to ultra they are much friendlier and helpful
Jess at this location is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Beyond being wonderful and informative on new products I purchased, she was so pleasant, and addressed all of my questions.Very attentive with me but never lost sight of new walk ins, she was greeting everybody and was so friendly. She really knows how to balance her job. While helping me and not making me feel pressured or rushed, she was also good with the other people in store.I cant thank her enough for such a good experience. I typically go to North-field location, and shes got them beat, hard. My new favorite store because of Jess.
I WISH I could give absolutely 0 stars! I have shopped here pretty frequently, and every single time I go in the customer service is nonexistent. I dont know what kind of culture Sephora encourages their employees to radiate but it is DISGUSTING. Make sure you are wearing makeup and look solidly caked before going in here. I went in today, without a bit of makeup. I am VERY aware of my acne scars, and it takes a lot if confidence to go out without any makeup on. Not only was I not greeted, I was avoided like the plague and stared at by all the employees. Not a single employee approached me to help me, and when I finally was able to get in range of someone, they were completely rude and stared at my scars rather than me. It COMPLETELY shot my little confidence I have. How RUDE.
Brenna was so sweet and very patient!! She helped me find a great match for my foundation and I really appreciate her help!
I was going to the Sephora in the southlands mall. After 3 trips I decided to venture out to this one. I was helped by Bethany. She is the sweetest, kindest, most knowledgeable, no pressure beauty consultant ever! I will always come back to her.
Employee was rude to me did even seem like she wanted to help me out or be working. If these are the kind of people who work here you will fail and people will stop going! She even just shoved everything In my bag and just said here you go. All rude! Dont think Ill be going back to this one if your people are just going to be stuck up their own butts!
I wish there was a 0. The service absolutely disgusted me. My friend and I, both young adults, were treated like minors causing trouble. I personally spend quite a bit on makeup, especially at Sephora. I am part of their beauty club or whatever its called and I was trying to introduce my friend to new products. We were never asked if we needed help, but instead, a lady came up and asked if I wanted a basket for the items she claimed I stole in my purse!!! First of all, those were drug store that couldnt have possibly been from them. Not five minutes later, an older lady, not wearing makeup with shoulder length blonde hair came up and took the products out of my hands and ushered us to the trials! I had over a hundred dollars worth of items in my basket that I took up to the register and told them I didnt want because i was appalled at the service. When I asked for the store number, she refused to give it to me! Dont shop with snotty employees!!!
Talked to the manager today and I was nothing but respectful and friendly with her and she was nothing but rude to me. I didnt even give her a hard time for knowing absolutely nothing about how sephora works. Wont be shopping at this store ever again.
I go to the Park Meadows Mall store. Prefer to Ulta by far. I have been greeted as I walk in and when I have needed assistance the clerk has either helped me or found someone who knows the area I need help in, even to the extent that several clerks have chimed in on options and discussed what I want and need. Always with a Try it, if you dont love it bring it back, save your receipts, added to the conversation. Never a problem if you ask for a sample of anything. Seems like I have received the most help on days when they are busy :)
I have no clue why the ladies here are so rude. no one ever asks you for help and when you ask they look at you like you are crazy. I always tell myself it wont be bad just go in and then i go in and completely regret it
I love that they take the time to make samples of similar products.
I went to this Sephora a few weeks ago. I walked in with my small child, and there were two women right by the door greeting people who were walking into the store. They were very friendly and asked if they could help me right away. I told them I was a Sephora Beauty insider, (Join, its free!) and I wanted to pick up my birthday gift. They were very cheery as they walked me to the counter. I was impressed with their kindness.
I had a really negative experience coming in for the first time ever to a Sephora. The employee who helped me was very condescending and rude-she even laughed at me; it was a really strange experience. I asked her about foundation recommendations. Just that. She seemed skeptical when I told her about my skin type and preferences, and she gave a quick list of recommendations. When I asked her to repeat some of them, she sighed and rubbed her face-Im honestly astounded they provide that kind of customer service. I work in customer service as well and I saw so many aspects of her customer service skills that really needed work. I wonder if they dont focus on that at all at Sephora? In any case, I dont think Ill come back again.
I normally do not shop at this Sephora. I was in town on business and needed makeup. It was 1 PM on a weekday. The store was not busy and I could not get a single store associate to help me. The only positive about this Sephora was no wait at check out and the older woman at checkout was wonderful. The other store associates could learn some customer service from her. I will not shop here again.
Such friendly staff, I always find new must haves with their help!
The customer service at your Park Meadows location ( vickie )was almost unbelievable.. I watched as i stood in line a ridiculous lady return items that were WAY too old to even to be considered for a return and Vickie patiently offering her a store credit as the lady offering excuse after excuse on why she deserved a full refund.. hats off to you vickie, i wanted to smack her and i dont even work there ;)p.s. your Sephora stores always smell so good!
Today I visited park meadows shopping mall to buy something from Sephora but it was kept closed till 11am and people there was arrogant no one was interested to help me out and if we ask for samples they will make weird face I really hate this SephoraJc penny Sephora far better then this one
I usually go to the Sephora at Cherry Creek but this location was more convenient... never again!! Some of the staff members were super condescending and stuck up.
Love this store!!
I went into Sephora inside the JCP and got the absolute best service from Ella. I went in to grab a purfume with my mom and she went through all the different products within our price range. Shes super easy to talk and honestly made my day, thanks again Ella!
Kat was so helpful - she was knowledgeable about products and made great recommendations (and sent me home with some samples too)!
I’ve never been so offended in my life. I haven’t had a great experience at this store, but chalked it up to the hordes of teenagers that pack the place on weekends. I decided to try to head in during the week hoping it’s not as crazy.I was one of three customers. No one greeted me, no one asked me if I needed help. I literally walked around trying to find someone and made eye contact with 6 employees, 6 flippen employees who walked away from me each time! After the 3rd employee I felt like it was intentional. I finally found someone stocking shelves. She had an attitude on her face. I asked for one sample of skincare that I’ve had my eye on for a while now- SOLEY the only reason why I shop at Sephora. (Ulta and the beauty brands direct sites are much more of a pleasant shopping experience.) the employee wasn’t paying attention and thought I wanted to buy the product, tossed it into a basket and handed it to me. In a lack luster ending told me if there’s anything else let me know and walked away.I hated every single moment. I walked strait out. It was pathetic. The reviews are correct, 2.3 stars should be 1. No one had a single care to help me. I was looking to purchase multiple items today, walked away with none. And I’m happy that I did, because I wouldn’t want to support that store in anyway.
I wanted to try a sample of the Tatcha primer and the sales assocaite scooped it up with all the nasties in it and didnt bother to sanitize anything, its disgusting and full of bacteria. Usually, I love Sephora, but its gross that she didnt sanitize anything at all.
No one ever offers me assistance and every time I ask for help I always get someone who is super dismissive and rude. I like the products that are sold here but I hate the customer service. Also the store is ALWAYS a huge mess. The employees could do less standing around gossiping and more work.
So today Sunday, October 1st I went into the Sephora with my family. Mind y’all I’m Mexican and I ain’t vanilla Mexican either. I’m walking around the store and all of a sudden I start noticing we’re being followed around by many employees and being watched throughout the time we were there, to the point security was called to follow us. If y’all ain’t white, this store ain’t for you. If you want to feel attacked and racially profiled visit this location that is full of stuck up white girls.
My wife loves their product
This Sephora is good if you go at the right times. I find MJ and Sam are super helpful and friendly. But some of the employees who work here are condescending and stuck up. There are definitely times I avoid coming here, based on what employees are working. And you can definitely see a difference of how the employees treat me when I wear makeup vs when Im not wearing makeup. When I am, theyre talking to me and exchanging stories and talking a lot and when Im not, Im completely avoided. Not the best way to treat customers.
Honestly I wish I could rate this store 0 out of 5. I have been a VIB customer for a while now and every time I go into the Sephora in Cherry Creek Mall I get the best customer service and help. Unfortunately I wasted my time driving all the way to this one because the online website said it had the Z-Palette I needed. Not only did the online price say it was $10.00 but I also called ahead to make sure. I went in there grabbed the product and the sign said $25.00 a little confused, I tried to ask one of the girls on the floor but I was snubbed and told I had to ask a cashier. I continued to do my shopping and not once was I asked if I needed help, keep in mind I spent a good 45 minutes in there. I asked the cashier when I checked out and she confirmed it was $25.00, $15.00 isnt a huge deal to me. What really got to me was the fact that she had scanned the product and said oh wait its actually $28.00. I had asked if they could match the price online since it clearly said $10.00 but they didnt have the authority. So I was going to suck it up and purchase it up until the point where another cashier came up and kicked my cashier off of the register and said to me, I have to help other customers. Have a nice day. After that I lost it. I left my very expensive items that I was going to purchase on the counter, reminded them that I was a VIB customer and that they had just lost my business for good. I will never return to this Sephora location. If you live in this area dont waste your breath trying to get any sort of help. Drive the 20-25 minutes down to Cherry Creek Mall and get the help their company is paying them to give you. If it werent for the Cherry Creek location, Sephora would of lost me as a customer indefinitely.
While.there are a few.nice workers the majority are extremely stuck-up. I asked where they had their sale items.at (like the web site.has) and the girls at the front counter looked at me like I was crazy. This is like a high-end store so we dont really have stuff on sale. Im thinking to myself, Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus has the high-end makeup. I will be ordering online or will go to Cherry Creek instead. These minimum wage workers need a reality check.
Horrible customer service. The employees couldn’t care less about you. There’s always someone near the front entrance but they don’t acknowledge your existence when you walk in. Every time I come in, if someone notices me, I’m followed around everywhere like I’m going to steal the whole store. As a fellow mall employee and someone who is on a management team, I am/would be disgusted with the way they treat their customers
Jessa is the best!!
Was helped as soon as I walked in
The employees are pretty nice, but lack attention to detail. Nothing too special about the service here, but I do love the Sephora line of products!
The sephora near me is absolutely awful . When I asked for help finding a foundation they insisted on setting me up with someone to do a complete look, while I was wearing makeup already! In contrast, I walked into the Sephora at park meadows and described to them what I was looking for the sales associate pointed out several options, tested the color, and talked to me about application and additional products that I could use to fix other issues i mentioned having.Whenever Im in the area I try to do all of my Sephora shopping here.
I just went through the process of applying for a job here. I attended 3 interviews over the course of two weeks with different people every time, all of which I thought went quite well. I was told at the end of the last interview that they would call me the following Monday with their decision. I never got a call on Monday, so I took the initiative the next day to get in touch with them. The woman I spoke to on the phone (who was one of the people who interviewed me and who I said hello to every time I went in the store) seemed to have no idea who I was and cheerily told me that unfortunately the position had been filled and that Sephora was on a hiring freeze. What..? Not getting the job was disappointing but fine, thats life. However, the manner in which they handled it could not have been more insulting or unprofessional. Total waste of time.
I just moved here from NYC & Ive never felt like such an outcast. I had the whole STORE following me around. The manager, the skin care, even the perfume dept felt the urge to follow me around. It made me so un comfortable, Im calling them racist. I am VIB ROUGE & I usually order online or go to the one in NYC. Sad this is the only one near by me. Horrible customer service, all because I was swatching and browsing they were on top of me. Disgusting.
I walked in and before I could even be greeted I heard them say, “Follow that girl who just walked in. She is going to steal.” I just wanted to buy my ABH dip brow and go. Every minute or two, someone would ask me if I needed help or if I wanted a basket or when I was ready, “They can help me at the cash stand.” I was so tired of being harassed and followed I left and took my business to Ulta. I spend 3,000 dollars a year at Sephora, and if they treated me with respect, they would be able to see that on my file. Go to the Ulta instead. They actually care about your business and don’t assume everyone is a theif.
I recently received a 200 gift card for sephora for chrismas and it said when I spend 50 I get a free 45 min makeover! I spent over 210$ when I asked about the 45 min makeover two people told me no I couldnt received it. It was only 12am in the afternoon and they are open tell 9pm. When I asked why she told me no one was able to do it. I said really with all these employees standing around and she walked away from me. I will never shop here ever again. This was my first and last visit!
Was an awesome experience specially with Emma. She was so sweet and helpful.
I am a VIB Rouge member with Sephora. several months ago I had a Sephora bag with my returns, inside a Forever 21 bag. The manager by the name of Adriana literately followed me around the store for 30min until i confronted her about it, she argued with me for about five minutes and then rudely suggested she was just making sure i didnt have any questions. I knew the real reason she was following me around the store was because she thought i was stealing. After having such a horrible experience with the store manager making me feel extremely uncomfortable, it really discouraged me from ever wanting to shop at that Sephora store again. Not exactly a customer friendly environment at this store.
Samples! Got to love it.
Terrible experience. Told the first make-up artist I dont like the look of mineral powders. She completely ignored me and continued to only suggest powders! So I moved on, a little annoyed that my time is being wasted. You cant really say to an associate: I understand that is what you use, but you look caked in mak-up, Im not interested. So I moved on. The second make up artist matched my color, but not. I told her I have a lot of pink undertones, be sure to fight that. What does she do... The exact opposite of what I told her of course! Clearly this 18 year old with a make-up brush whose spent 5 minutes with me knows my skin better than I do. As a costumer I assume associates are actually trying to help me find what I am looking for... You know, because thats their ONE job. So I assume she has matched me with a non-pink tone...Walked outside, got into my car, guess whose face was bright pink? This girls. Im A. furious. And B. late to an appointment. It takes me an hour to get out of the mall parking lot because of the holidays, and Ill be back today (for the last time) because the make-up I was professionally matched for, does not match! Oh yes, did I mention they have a computer system that will match you (and I have never been mismatched by) but the 2 associates I worked with refused to use it... Even when I asked them. Truly, the worst customer service of all time. Finally, it felt like I couldnt walk through the store without being approached by some other sales associate getting a kick-back from another product. I could tell certain people in the store are receiving kick-backs or commission on certain products (especially skin care section). I was looking at a vitamin c serum, a sales associate standing near it offers her infomercial and asks if Id like to buy some... I told her it seems overpriced for what it is and asked her to point me towards some other brands, she completely refused! i experienced similar experiences with other associates. in short AWFUL, go to ULTA, or a department store where at least it is obvious that they are getting commission for xyz product.
I really feel as every sephora store ive been to do not want customers they are so rude
Rude employees. Terrible customer service. Go to another location.
The visit started out on a good note when I found a sweet and helpful lady to color match me, the visit went sour when the girl doing the make up of the customer sitting next to me had to chime in with dont go any darker on that foundation, you already look too dark. Youre going to look orange. Its the beginning of summer, I picked a shade darker than usual because Im going to get darker! Pro tip: instead of being negative and putting down a product on my face, suggest another foundation in a postive way.On top of all of that the less than enthusiastic cashier forgot to include my birthday beauty insider gift. I live three hours away so cant exactly run up there are get it easily. I read the other revieews but gave this place a chance but the associates I had the displeasure of interacting with were a disgrace to the sephora name. Like any girl with a makeup obsession Sephora is my go to place, every time I go in I am guaranteed to spend over $200 but I wont be returning to this location.
I love sephora.
Good products but all the employees make you feel super uncomfortable and they’re rude.
Kind employees that helped me find exactly what I needed
Half the staff areSnobby. Half the staff are clueless.
Horrible service! Theres a BIG difference when you walk in with makeup on vs with none at all. Ill take my business and benjamins elsewhere.
Great customer service!
Top notch service and products
Good makeup and very nice
Very helpful and nice
Forever friendly and knowledgeable.
Great customer service
I was shade matched two times for the same foundation and they do not know how to shade match. They both picked a shade too pink for my skin and one acted as if I was wasting her, was rude, and rushed to shade match me.
Terrible customer service. I even spoke with the manager who was rude and unhelpful.
Waited over 45 minutes for an artist to helped me out to choose a shade of foundation when I have told several employees from there I have been waiting and all they said was in 5 minutes
