Went to get a covid test through the drive thru and the man explaining how to perform the test was very Kurt and condescending. Two days later and the lab still hasn’t received my test, so I called to see if this was normal. The women on the phone was also very rude. She said “ Yes, this is normal. I don’t know why everyone is getting tested all of the sudden. The lab is backed up. Have a good day” and hung up. I will not be returning to Walgreens.

Got a covid test & the ladies in the drive-thru were very nice. 48 hours later, I see the lab hasnt received the sample so I called the pharmacy. End up getting the Pharmacist on the phone and he couldnt have cared less. He basically said, sorry, it is what it is and offered no help, nor did he even act like he understood my concern and just passed responsibility onto thr lab. Your customers dont care if you partner with another company for testing, Walgreens still owns the partnership and customer experience. Extremely unprofessional & way too long of a turnaround time for results.

I received an email saying my print was ready to pick up. When I got to the store, I was informed they were out of ink and the poster wasn’t printed. Why did I receive an email saying it was ready when it wasn’t? Is Walgreen’s in the habit of lying to their customers? I won’t ever use your services again. Thanks for nothing.

The pharmacy hung up on me instead of answering my call 3 times. Then the store had me on home for an hour before I finally gave up and made time to go to the store and order my refill in person. You better believe Im going to speak to a manager when I get there! I get that they may be busy, but dont hang up on someone, put them on hold, or explain to them you havent ignored them and you will be with them shortly. Terrible customer service!

The customer service in this pharmacy and store is non existent! Even the store manager Jessica was incredibly rude! Go elsewhere if you expect courtesy.
