This MAC location is by far my favorite. Superb customer service and always willing to teach different techniques. I love that each staff member has their unique style. Leslie, Jana and Nathan are absolutely amazing!

Went by the makeup counter and was hoping to have someone match me for some new foundation. There are signs everywhere stating an artist will help match. The girl was on the phone the entire time I was waiting and never acknowledged the fact that I was waiting. She made eye contact multiple times but never helped. I came back 30 minutes later and nobody was there. Great service let me tell you. Sorry Mac but you lost out on my business. Probably shouldn’t have signs all around stating someone will be there to help when that’s not the case.

I have worn MAC for years but this counter leaves a lot to be desired. The last time I was in they werent super friendly and this last time I stood there for about 10 minutes before a girl came over. I asked a question and she said she didnt know, the MAC girl was at lunch. I asked if I could wait and she said it would be an hour and I should just come back later. Needless to say I didnt bother.
