Ive been to dmvs with better customer service. Was advised to come when the store was closed even though we asked if it would be open they said yes. They were not. Was told to come a few days later to see of a promotion appeared this was our third visit. Turns out they dont even have any of the types of Samsung in stocks. No one bothered to tell us that the last few visits. After a 45 minute wait to learn they dont even carry the stock you know they dont care.

Service was quick and helpful, as it always is. Tina got me taken care of very quickly and professionally while giving it that relaxed atmosphere.

Verizon Authorized Retailer in Littleton NH customer service associates were great. The employee helping us was very informative and patient when we asked questions. She helped us get a lower bill payment, she didnt seem annoyed when we waited around for our phone transfer to get done. Good over-all experience!

Went in to upgrade my phone and got no help at all. The young women behind the desk was quite short with me; no hello, did not offer her name and after telling me that I couldnt upgrade without permission from the account holder (my wife) she did not offer any information as to how to get permission... I know people have bad days, but its called customer service. Wasted a trip, left the shop with nothing, I guess Ill figure it out on my own.

Im not one who generally enjoys the phone swap experience yet I find the Verizon store in Littleton very accommodating and helpful. Dominic and Kate, and the entire crew, at this store made the process a great experience. From switching from a business account to a personal account and purchasing two new phones with data transfer, all went smoothly!

Always go to this store. I have been with Verizon a decade and this store has always taken care of my needs. I am constantly buying different products from phone, watches, and tablets. I have three kids and they always work with me. I call them and they help start the process so I’m not there all day working on switching the devices. I highly recommend Tina and her staff. I had the pleasure of working with Katie this time around. I called a week in advance due to a shortened stock of supplies in store due the everything going on in 2020. I gave her a list from charges other extras and a case. When I showed up on today like we had agreed she had everything out and waiting for me. It means a lot that the kids don’t have a long wait time.

My family and I are from out of town and stopped at the Verizon store to ask for help to set up my daughter’s new iphone that she had just gotten for her birthday. We were helped by Milinda S and were there for almost an hour. She was so nice & took time to walk us through everything. Then I asked her some questions about my phone & she helped me as well. There are many choices when it comes to cell phones and service. If you value good service and honest knowledgeable help, go to the wireless zone. You might find a phone online that seems cheaper, but the advertised price wont cover service and technical support. I researched everything thoroughly and then went to speak with Tina and Chris. They helped me review my options, answered all my questions and more. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Everytime Ive gone there whoever was working with me has been very cooperative. I came in today with my 2 year old daughter, I figured itd be a challenge to keep her entertained, but Christopher, I believe his name was, was great he gave her a pen and sticky note book and let her draw on them. He was extremely friendly and patient with us. I left with all my issues resolved. Was for sure one of the best customer service Ive experienced.

They are always helpful regardless what your questions are

You walk in and youre stuck for 1 1/2 plus hours and the staff still cant fix your phone. Youre better off going it alone with a YouTube video and a prepaid phone.

My wife and I went in to the Littleton store to swap our coverage from T-Mobile to Verizon. We had abysmal customer service from the T-Mobile store in Nashua so we braced ourselves for a miserable experience. We couldn’t have been more wrong.Chris, our customer associate, helped us through the process which involved having to get new phones on top of witching carriers. At no point did he try to talk us into to something expensive beyond our needs, on the contrary he guided us to affordable phones within our budget. He patiently answered every question we had without ever being evasive or condescending. We seriously did not expect service this good and to have someone so helpful. That was very unique in a world of corporate interests where the customer comes last.

SOLD A 700$ + I PHONE THAT IS DEFECTIVE AND WENT BACK 3 TIMES IN THE 14 DAYS WITH NO RESOLVE. THE PACKAGING WAS ACCIDENTALLY DESTROYED AND THERE WAS NO WORK AROUND NOT HAVING THE BOX. I AM LEFT WITH NO PHONE AT THIS TIME....WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL YOU HAVE PAID FOR EVERYTHING. I SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THE FRANCHISES THAT ARE OWNED OUTSIDE OF VERIZON...... Tina Dodge, the Store Manager was amazing!! We were stuck on vacation with a smashed phone, and she spent many hours with us obtaining a new phone through insurance, and retrieving lost information. The patience and professionalism she showed was amazing! i highly reccomend this store to everyone!

I went to the Wireless Zone store on 678 Meadow St. Littleton NH 03561 to change my data plan for help. We were greeted by a excellent sales associate Christopher Beattie who was knowledgeable and informative. He helped me sent up the proper data plan needed for me that reduced my bill yet gave me a better data plan to fill my husbands and our needs. In review of my older tablet that was not working properly he introduced me to a new tablet option. Very satisfied with the excellent option and price I bought my new tablet from him. Christopher transferred my old tablet settings, data and set up my new tablet and very pleased with his service and helpful knowledge doing so. I highly recommend this store and the excellent customer service, great price from Christopher Beattie. I’m a very satisfied customer and rate this store as 5 stars and 10 stars for Christopher’s help. Thank you Christopher.

Customer service isnt great and long wait times

We had a great experience with the Littleton store. The Berlin store didnt have the phone I wanted by Littleton did. We drove an hour over and Jeremy took care of us and was great to deal with. He set up my new Motorola and got my husbands old phone set up on Verizon since we switched carriers. We would recommend Jeremy anytime.

Mixed bag on customer service (there are some amazing employees and some very unhelpful ones). There is always a long wait before being helped- add an extra 30 min easy sometimes before even being spoken to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to work for Verizon at a corporate location and thought I’d bring my mom into a VZ store where she lives to see if we could upgrade her phone. No one went to the door to greet us or even smiled at us when we walked in. The girl, Shannon behind the desk seemed like she could not be bothered by our presence. She did not smile once or welcome us in. When we told her that we were interested in, she proceeded to condescend our choice and tell us how awful that choice was.She had an arrogant attitude and talked to us like we were the dumbest people on the planet for wanting to buy an iphone. She also spoke to us like we knew nothing about phones at all. She was extremely arrogant and condescending. She argued with us about certain topics and didn’t ask my mother once what she was looking for in a phone. Shannon made the assumption of what my mother needed and spoke arrogantly to her from there on out. Again, she did not smile once. It was like she was annoyed that we had the audacity to come in and bother her with our possible upgrade. My mom was looking to purchase a new phone today. We walked out with nothing because Shannon treated us horribly.Lastly, if you try a phone from this place, and want to return it, the restocking fee is $100. Granted, if the salesgirl was a little friendlier, we might have considered purchasing from this place regardless of the restocking fee. My mother will be buying her phone from VZ online and we will NEVER go to this store again. I DO NOT recommend this location at all. I’ve had so many better experiences at other non -corporate VZ locations and this was certainly not one of them. This was awful, awful, awful!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I went here to get service through Verizon..switching from straight talk..and after 4 close to 5 hours I left without their service!! without my data on my phone!! they wiped all my pictures all my contacts all my apps everything!!!!!... all on a hunch it would allow my phone to switch to their service which of course it didnt... oh yea did I mention the 125$ security deposit they required with my debit card instead of the cash I brought specifically for that but apparently it was easier for them and now they say itll be 6 weeks for a refund?!!?!!? How is that even ok??? for one I should have said no to the debit card and given them cash and demanded it back!!! And when they started to talk about hard resetting my phone I should have said no and walked away...at the end of the day I walked in that door and lost 125$ as of now...well at least for 6 weeks might as well be gone...and almost 1000 pictures of my 2 1/2 year old daughter!!!! I highly suggest if you need Verizon WAIT for someone who knows what they are doing...never in my life have I felt so violated...all because I wanted their service well I guess live and learn...highly recommend checking elsewhere for cellphone service as I would hate for anyone else to go through this...

I was Verizon customer came for upgrade and approved two more line ....I was treated as criminal in the name of protecting my self( against my self )Since I had driver license my pin number all my information including my phone and Verizon number.by the store manager.I felt uncomfortable as she was discussing the matter among all customers and staff with no regards of customer protection.
