I came wobbling in there with a low pressure spare tire and a hole in one of my new tires right before they closed. They took better care of me then I could have ever imagined. Wish I wouldve caught the names of both of them. Thank you, fellas. Saved my night, and my morale.

Went in to get tires mounted was told it was going to be 3 1/2 hours and after waiting for 4hrs was told it was going to be a couple more hours! Left without anything done to it and 4hours wasted.

Don’t buy your tires from Walmart. They sell you road hazard and lifetime rotation, but the wait is never less than 3 hours to get a service done and it’s only first come first service for these services.

Walmart takes no responsibility for their mistakes and ties the hands of its employees who try to help a situation.Firstly, the tire center employees were all understanding and tried to help to the best of their ability.I ordered and paid for tires from walmart.com and they arrived on the 19th of October. Per the email from Walmart.com I called to schedule an installation and was informed politely that they did not have enough tire techs employed to schedule an installation. This is not the fault of the auto center guys, this is the fault of Walmart. I told the man I understood the situation. With the incoming storm I decided to pick up my tires without installation so I would not be pressing the 7 day hold, and have them installed at a later date.Upon arrival there was some difficulty finding my order but the tire guys diligently found it.Once found I was asked to pull in front of a tire bay to have them loaded. After another long wait, again, not the fault of the auto center guys, a man I think is the assistant tire manager, along with the online order specialist explained 3/4s of my tire order had been cancelled and refunded for failure to pick up in the 7 day window.However, they were cancelled per the online order date (Oct. 14th) and not the tires arrival at the walmart location (Oct. 19th.) Which is a mistake on their part, it happens. How walmart handled the situation was NOT good, it was terrible.The auto center gentlemen tried to call higher managers and none appeared or responded. They were told to call 1-800-walmart.I said I would do my shopping and come back. When I came back to the desk I was told they had no response or action from calling 1-800- walmart.The tires guys tried once more to fix the situation to no avail. I was finally told I could back the next day (which is a snow storm) to speak to the Automotive manager John because he might be able to still allow me to re-purchase the tires for the online order cost.Coming down in a snowstorm to maybe get the same price on my previously ordered and PAID FOR tires while having to pay again for said tires while waiting on a refund seems like a failure in the leadership ladder.However, like many people these days, I cannot afford to pay again for the tires and then wait for the refund.I cancelled the order for the 4th tire, as picking 1 out of 4 tires up wasnt going to help, and at this point was unsure about ordering more tires from walmart.Strictly speaking, I was very impressed with the walmart employees. They deserve 10 out 5 Stars for trying to help to the extent of their abilities.Walmart itself deserves 0 stars. I knew their idea of customer service was terrible but not this terrible.

Im giving this one star only because it makes me choose a star. Was not happy with my experience. Went in for an oil change. I can deal with a wait but they proceeded to tell me they would not be able to put in 5W-30 oil because the cap and their book says 10W-30. Ive been running 5W-30 in my car for as long as I can remember, even the dealership in MT where I bought the car would put that in at my request. They didnt really act like they wanted my business and thats fine with me I wont be giving them any business at all. The customer was not right apparently.

Cheapest place to get a synthetic oil change. Havent had a bad experience yet.

Holy Morley these guys are slow 5 hours later and I finally got my two tires put on..

I would have avoided Wal-Mart Tire Center like the plague, but a recent storm left them my only choice to get my snow tires mounted. (Everywhere else was not taking walk ins or appointments). I was pleasantly surprised. Fast forward a few weeks, I come in for my free lug re-torque and am quoted a 4 hour wait time. What a joke! They had one car in the bay.

Purchase four new Goodyear tires at a reasonable price. Had to take it to another business to have balance because the entire car vibrated because of being balance incorrectly

Got new tires great price. Customer service was good. Definitely go back again for service.

Andrew and crew were five star. Purchased a set of tires...got me in and out in under 30 minutes. After a terrible experience at the Highlands Ranch WM Auto Center they restored my faith in WM Auto. Helped that the sales tax rate is lower here then Highlands Ranch!

Got new tires great price very friendly

Usually, Walmart is top notch but this time, my experience was horrible. I placed a special photo order what was never delivered. Mistakes can happen and I am ok with that BUT the Walmart employee lied to me about the reason why it was never delivered. Lying is a no go!!!

Just a shout out to Denise, Luke, and Carlos! They took care of my Honda on Memorial day no less! Bought a set of four tires and had them installed in about 90 minutes. Most places were closed, and they were short handed and still made things happen! They were Awesome! Thank You!!!

This whole store is horrible, no auto Service, they all stand around doing nothing and then tell you that they are too busy to do an oil change. Tried to get my snack microwaved and was traced horribly, the customer service here is beyond horrible.

Went in to get an oil change, they said it would be 1 hr, they went out to get the vin and other info, came back in and said it will be 3 hrs . What happened in the 3 minutes they were outside? BS. Love this Walmart but the auto area not so much.

Im trying to call to see when they open for service and they dont answer the phone 📱 I want to get there 1st so I dont have to wait PLEASE !!!

They wouldnt mount my tires on my four wheel drive because the rear tires are wider than the front. Many four-wheel drives come factory equipped with different width tires front and rear.

It was a circus in there, you have to surrender your keys to keep your place in line. The wait is 2/4 hours! Who wants to be stuck in Walmart that long, so I wait only to be told Im being discriminated against for the type of ignition I have and they wont serve me! Its a legal and lawful ignition! This place is a joke no wonder the prices are so low, it most not cost a whole lot to employ circus monkeys!

They used a tiny Fram 6606 filter, my car takes a 7317. who knows what oil they gave me I will never trust this place again.

If I could rate them even less I would. We had an emergency issue on our tire in addition to having a new born and a broken ankle. I called 10 times before someone finally answered after having to request a page to the department. Then when I asked about the tire in question the guy said he didnt think that Walmart carries Michelin tires. After I told him that I was looking at the tire online, he finally tried to look it up, then told me about 4 other michelin tires in stock. He never answered my question about the tire I was asking about. Didnt seem to mind at all when I told him that I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Got a set of tires installed in half the wait time on Sunday when all other shops are closed.
