No stars. Made me give a rating before posting. Hours are different than stated. Didnt have an appointment which seemed to irritate the staff. Then was told that they guess they could work me in but it would be a few hours. No satisfied with this experience. Love the truck, dissatisfied with the service department.
Took my truck in on a Fri afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. They also did an inspection that picked up on a leaking power steering pump, which is spot on because I had been noticing issues with the power steering and forgot to bring it up. They gave me an expectation as to when they would have the part, of the total price for replacement, and when they planned to have it done (first thing the next morning), then asked if I wanted to move forward and offered me a shuttle ride home, which I took. The next morning I got a call that the work was done, the price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone (less than I expected), and the guys at the counter were very professional and thankful for my business. Overall an excellent experience considering the unexpected maintenance.
This Quicklane and is staff are phenomenal. Decent pricing and helpful techs. That must be why Autonation Ford is closing it down. Now they can over charge and perform services you didnt agree on at the service center.
These guys/gals are great and very helpful. I have a dodge Ram truck and can not get my truck into Dodge for oil changes. Autonation Dodge dealerships in Denver are bad. I take it here for oil changes because they are Autonation. I just have to call ahead and make sure they order a Mopar oil filter for my truck because they do not stock Dodge oil filters. They are great about ordering the filter and have it ready for me.
Not safe at all. Do not bring your car to this shop. I went home after some service and found out they lied on my measurements.
Awesome staff.
Ordered tires the day before to make sure they had them in stock. It took over 3 hours for an oil change and new tires.
