Our Walmart is generally easy in & out. Like other businesses, there are some bare shelves, however selection is helpful. It is hard to find a manager if you want one and employees arent good with eye contact, so help isnt always immediately there. Recently I required help in electronics. That area could certainly utilize more help. Same when checking out. Self-Checkout the way to go, because they dont often call for backup at registers. Store has clean appearance, but ladies room has need of being checked more frequently for toilet paper and paper towels. Shopping moms often need them, me too! Over all good store, just remind employees to be more aware of customers seeking help!

There is no reason that they dont have more lanes open in this store it was a terrible experience. I had walked to Walmart for exercise after I got done shopping I found out that all the bathrooms were down for plumbing 😭. There was a spill that I noticed and nothing was done about it spaghetti sauce. Only a few you scan machines were working. They can do better

I enjoy shopping there, but it is obvious that the store has remodeled, expanded the variety of merchandise. Not real happy with the self service checkout, I really enjoyed the interaction with the store associate. Now, someone yells the same question as you approach checkout. Cash or card!? Go to 24! And thats it. No, How are you today? Did you find everything you needed? I miss that. Also, the store seems to be struggling to stay in stock with the expanded inventory. The item you bought on Tuesday afternoon has an empty spot on the shelf, other products have been moved to lessen the empty space on the next visit which is 10 days later. You asked me for feedback so Ill give you feedback as I see it.

This is a pretty decent Walmart, it wasnt too busy at the time I went, and they were only few Walmart to have what I was looking for an FitRX Massager, definitely gets 5 stars for that plus a Auto which is also a big plus!

Never have I had to wait 30 to 45 mins for someone whom would have a key to open a locked glass case to buy a flashlight.. then wait another 25 mins in the check out line.. hey my time is worth much more.. thanks Walmart

The staff was greatVery helpful and fast service. Went in to change my oilAnd it was done within 20 minutes. The mechanic and cashier are very friendly and helpful. Will be stopping by again and 100 percent recommend to friends and family members. Im from San Antonio and its usually a 4-5 hours wait.

Fairly busy. The Sams Club next door is closed today so the traffic is pretty good here at Wal-Mart. Parking better than it was last week for Christmas.

Its crazy how they put in the self check outs but you can only use your card. Therefore you have to stand in a long line to check out 3 items to pay with cash. Now there is only always, only 2 cashiers on duty anytime you visit.

The new way they have changed the store has made it completely difficult to find anything. The yogurt is 90% of the time out of date and the produce looks weeks old. Trying to find someone to help you in the jewelry department or cosmetics is pain. You can never find management and most workers are rude. Long lines at self checkout and only two lanes open for regular register. Walmart should be giving discounts for checking yourself out since Im not a paid employee.

Its getting better than it was a few years back, you know. I dont mind going to Baseline Walmart like I used to. And that Popeyes chicken out front is good too

This store is so convenient and I love shopping there but they dont have working Scooters for the elderly or handicap, I think its a shame as much money your customers spend you cant accommodate them with a working Scooter at least, if not Im going to another stores in my area.

Its my spot I love it! They always have what I need and more and the prices are spectacular always!!

This store is hit & miss, sometimes the workers make up for the not so great service. I called for assistance, 3 times, no one ever showed up, not management, no one! They had what I needed but it was locked behind a glass case. I went to another Walmart, they didnt have the item I needed. Then I almost slipped on some hair oil wasted in the hair department 🤦. My cashier was very polite, but I didnt see her name. The lines were wrapped around the store almost. It was a crazy evening. Im going to order the item online, Im just wasting gas & time.

This wal mart has always been my least favorite, every time I try to save 20 minutes driving to a different one, I regret it and leave just to make the drive anyways. There are some good staff in the store, but its really hit and miss. I just dont recommend this stop.

Well since WalMart is a super store it has what dollar stores dont so its better, but at this location it feels like Im being watched by employees as if Im trying to steal something and it took awhile to get some help in automotive last time I was their, and the woman I got help from that worked their in another section of items literally walked past me when I was in front of the line getting ready to pay for my items. In my head I was like WHAT IN THE HELL IS SHE DOING UP FRONT SO FAST SHE WALKED RIGHT AROUND ME WALKING PAST ME FROM BEHIND IN THE LESS ITEM LINE FOR A QUICK CHECK OUT

This location is usually horrible but it seems like they are getting better. Gotta hand it to the crew, they are holding it together even without a full crew. Good job! Very surprised

Shopping at night time is the worst. Lines are long and not to many lanes are open. Self check out only accept cards only. This is ridiculous and sad. They ought to be hiring with an increase raise. Dont like coming here at all.

This store always seems to have what I am looking for. I only rated four stars because the staffed cashier lines always seem to have very long lines and the self checkout lanes seem to have changed to credit cards only which is very disheartening when any other store I go to (including the WalMarts on Shackelford and on Bowman and excluding Sam’s Club) seem extremely capable of accommodating cash transactions.

It was the worst Walmart I ever seen The evening security guard was a gentleman and he was a very nice person but the overnight security guard Was the rudest person I ever encountered He was very miserable with his attitude.I will never spend time or money at this Walmart again.

Clean and sanitary most places ur stepping over things because of kids pulling it off the shelf. This walmart was exceptionally clean.

I go to this Walmart because its close in proximity; but in the last couple years the ability to get in & out hampered because of the number of open cashier idles open; even at the most high traffic datesavl as the 1st & 3rd of the month; the lines are so so so long, the waiting period is totally ridiculous, even as the food, clothing, etc rises by leaps & bounds. So very disappointed owners of Walmart, You should appreciate the people that have made you .....BILLIONAIRES

Worst Walmart EVER!!! I waited for 45 minutes for someone to unlock the case with the headlight bulbs in it and no one ever showed up!!! I left!!!!

Pickup orders here are pathetic and virtually nonexistent! Parked in a designated pickup spot and checked in on the app but no associate ever came out. After several others who were waiting came and left after not getting service, I called the number on the sign as well as the main store number but couldn’t get an answer so connected with customer support via the app and all they could tell me was wait. I finally went inside and the greeter directed me to a kiosk (that wasn’t working), then I asked a cashier who directed me to a door. A young lady was in there and finally able to get my bag. She acted completely unaware or apathetic I had been at the outside pickup area waiting for my order. That’s the last time I’ll do pickup and Walmart should end this service if it’s not actually offered.

So extra. Employees, too eager to help. Customers, friendly and willing to give way. Crisp, clean air, and plenty for all. I cant find a better place I would rather be. Thanks, Sam Walton.

Found everything I needed.Went to checkout and only had 2 registers open. People lined up down the clothing Isle. I Dont like the self service check out.After shopping for what I want/need, why should I have ring up & bag my own items. I see why Walmart is Willing to pay $15 an hour. By having less workers and working less hours.SHAME ON YOU WALMART

Several items that I came for were not in stock with many empty hooks for other same category items. The high sales volume of this store is I’m sure the only bright spot for upper management to hang their hat on. Although I’d be willing to bet that this store deals with a pretty high shrinkage rate to go along with those sales.The cashier I had was very nice and professional. Her supervisor at the checkout was more interested in hitting on the female customer in front of me, causing her to take a lot longer to finish her payment transaction. It was already 11:00 and the store closed but that didn’t concern him that I was behind her waiting patiently.

Too crowded and not nearly enough staff. Dairy was nasty.. 25-30 people in line for Western Union money store. Only 1 employee.. Other staff members playing on their phones and trying to hide and get out of work!

I cant ever find what Im looking for. Everything is always moved around and for a injured person its hard to walk around the whole store looking. The electric carts either make it half way through the store and die or dont work at all and most employees are RUDE

We enter this Walmart this morning. The workers met us as we enter to issue mask. I was not aware that mask are again required at Walmart, but I am glad to know that the new Covid-19 Delta is very dangerous. Too many in Arkansas are not yet vaccinated.

Decent Customer service at ANY Walmart location has pretty much become NON-existent in this day and time. Sam Walton did not discover and bring into existence HIS business to be run like it is today! His children, grandchildren, and whomever else makes final decisions in how things operate are nothing but money hungry, greedy, selfish, controlling, beings and have done nothing but disrespect Sam Walton, repeatedly, as well as the name and HIS business! As a customer, I dont even feel comfortable or at ease when I HAVE to shop at Walmart anymore. I feel like a numbered ticket that business is impatiently waiting on to check out so they can get cash out!!!! All a customer is to operators of this place is $$$$, not even seen as being a real flesh having blood pumping human!!! I know that man is rolling over in his grave till the end of time seeing what his offspring have done over the years.

Tabitha was very unprofessional when I tried to help correct their mistakes, use self check out since they dont know how to count and to avoid ignorant people. Costumers service was no better as they kept me on hold knowing they where leaving. Incorrect change was supposed to be given 90 and some change walked out with 79, if you dont know how to work with money please dont work as a cashier -_- and the only reason I left was because yall take to long and I had milk and meats that could have gone bad.

I am currently in Arkansas. I will be moving to Louisville Kentucky in September. The walmart on baseline in Southwest Little Rock is ok. If you are with your family late night, choose another location!!!!!!!!!!!!!! High homeless Raye that hangout around that area & crime is at a medium level!!!!!!! KEEP YOUR EYES ON EVERYTHING WHEN GOING TO YOUR CAR LATE NIGHT!!!!!

This isn’t the safest Walmart to goto. We rarely go, and if we do it’s earlier during the day; never after dark. Especially after seeing a recent violent online video of a serious fight with multiple people involved inside the store.This trip wasn’t too bad, but it was in the early afternoon. Some people were nice. The store itself isn’t too dirty. Not many self checkout options. They have more of the old school cashier checkout lanes than any other store in the area. We didn’t find much on deals. We just went through checking a few things while keeping an eye on anyone around me.

This was a very long blank trip. They were under informed about the app and how it works. They just knew that it is the only way to tap and pay. With the fastest recommendation I have been given I was hoping that the associates would know what app was the correct one to download. When it took 5 to point out the correct one but nobody knew how it works, I was not very hopeful anymore. So I went to a manager and the service desk for more info. Unfortunately I was not able to get any more info from either of them. WalMart should accept other forms of NFC payments like, Google Pay, PayPal or My mobile card directly linked to my Bank of America account. They are trying to keep all of their money to themselves but because of the inconvenience to me. They were not able to get any of my money. Not on that day and I have not returned since. Plus this store is always under stocked compared to the other stores in the area.

No one knew how to ring up a sale from the baby registry. Finally I found a supervisor with an attitude to ring me out. Im beginning to really dislike Wal-Mart. Long lines always, rude workers and self serve checkouts are a joke. You wait in line just to walk up to a register that only accepts cash. Ive just about had it!!!-

Baseline Wal-Mart is the worst experience I have had for mothers day. Two young workers Tyler and Miracle were so busy playing and visiting that when I told them I was going to leave my basket by checkout and grab 2 garden flowers and come right back in their laughing and visiting couldnt be bothered to tell me the doors would lock 2 seconds after I walked out causing me a 55 year old disabled woman with a heart problem to have to walk all the way to other end of store and back.i will never use this store again.

This Walmart has the worst staff of any business that I have ever been to! Refused to help me and I asked 8-10 employees and then I tried to get a manager or find one I waited 20 minutes for a manager at the customer service desk and they never came. So then I go to checkout and all of the self checkouts were no cash and they only had two cash cash registers open and there were over twenty people in line in each one so I tried to get a mgr again and couldnt so I left. Avoid this Walmart at all costs

This walmart is the worst Walmart ive ever been to.. Twice my husband and i have been and was told basically if we dont have a card they couldnt help us. They would not take cash. Not to mention they hay maybe 3 self help registers open only. Workers ealking around doing nothing but gabbing and checkout lines all backed up into the food and clothing isles.

This was my first time at this location. There wasnt a greeter or sanitized carts.Directions were over thereNo help. Check out was a joke! Very minimal cashiers. We went to self check and the customers were getting in line from 2 different directions. It was a bad experience

It was surprisingly a better experience today than most of my recent visits have been. A lot of new faces and everyone greeted me and was nice in conversation! Store clean and shelves stocked, I hope this continues to be a staple of this store.

Drove 23.5 miles to purchase a Bisell 3 in 1 vacuum cleaner. The advertised clearance price was $15. I called to verify they had some, I was told yes. After getting there they did not. Talked to 2 service managers and they said many people had been there looking for them. So why in the h... were they on their website as in stock. Im was furious and they would not discount the blue model, they had no grey model. Only difference being the color.

Money center is terrible here. Lady always on break or in the restroom. No manager relieves here for break leaving the lady have to close the center down while she is on break. She was rude to the Hispanic guys bc their English wasnt good.

The pharmacy is not professional at all I was standing in line waiting to be wait on an one of the girls there was one the phone talking about a pair of shoes she order lol

My rating is for security in parking lot if they paid more attention to whats really going on theres 4 parks for pick up orders signs are faded delivery drivers cant park there just to run in n grab an order they pull up n make u move u cant park if u have a order to pick up but ive seen a few i guess is their friends and go in for an hour but thats fine now explain how its for pick up if u cant pick up the store itself is an ok store friend but security needs working on
