These are the check outs at my Walmart in Little Rock, Arkansas. Three self check outs open. I will definitely steer clear of this place during Black Friday and Christmas.

Im always in and out so fast but this time had to use the restroom and I have to say it was clean.

Big decent variety. Staff was helpful…. I gave 4 stars cause the girl at the entrance. The greeter. She just sat on her phone. Every time I walked pass. Head down. On her phone. Must be easy money working for Walmart. Plus can be on social media if you’re a greeter. Alright. Alright. Sign me up. Other than that. Great location. Great selection.

Its a busy straight forward store but not all people make your experience satisfactory.Ive been to load money onto my cash app card before and IT WORKED! I went again this time n the cashier at customer service was rude and said she couldnt do it and didnt even try the girl next to her at least tried but it didnt go through this time

I only want to give a thank you to my cashier Marshae (sorry dont know if its right). She kept her composure to having a really big line with customers having full baskets of food. The managers or those who are in the yellow vests didnt do nothing to help get her another lane open. She was the only one working the checkout while the others were chit chatting. I got the manager name Hayden. Now my food and maybe the others are not cold as much from the long wait.

I had a big list this trip, but as usual, this store had everything I needed. It was organized and well stocked as usual, too. The only complaint I have with this location is the associates seem more concerned with socializing with each other than helping customers. Good prices make it worth being ignored though.

They should teach manners to the employees working with online orders... they walk among the rest of the people non politely jump in front of you, blocking the aisle, etc. ; they need to understand their first responsibility is with the in store customers.

Walmart is Walmart? I dont blame the works for trying to keep their cool. Customers are rude! However, the works try their best to keep everything stocked and clean.

Today employee didn’t let customer my blind husband know they closed the cashier line. When you close one line and open another the cashier is responsible to make sure the next person in line gets first. Instead people behind my blind husband took advantage and got in other line. Nobody offered assistance. Unacceptable. Treat your customers with dignity and fairness. I am notifying the American disability act about this. As cashiers have not been available several times. Even on Tuesdays senior hour. The elderly and disabled need a cashier.

This girl took alot of time out of her day to set up my phone in the electronic section and then it was actually over her shift and she put in the effort to finish making my phone be completely set up like at&t does, but I know that she doesnt have to do that at Walmart, so like, thats going the extra mile really to have good customer service business ethics though for sure. Right? I think so and Ive never had that good of help at Walmart before, it brightened my day that day

This place is a joke. Completely wrecked. Disorganized.

The bakery forgot to bake my cupcakes (theyre understaffed back there just like most of the industry) and the manager went back there and decorated some cupcakes for me so my Selena could celebrate her 4th birthday! The manger with all the tattoos is the best manager Ive ever dealt with while I was disgruntled.

I dealt with a lady name Lynn in Deli at this location and when I tell you this women with over and beyond for me. I placed an order for a tray . Not only did she contact me to confirm what was my order . She was so polite in explaining the different trays they had . Not one time did she act like I was getting on her nerves by asking so many questions. Thank You Lynn . This is what the stores are missing Good Ole Customer Service .

Awesome store location. Clean parking area. Plenty of staff stocking shelves. Clearance Isle actually organized and great buys are plentiful. Only grip is not enough check out lanes open. Halloween Isles up WAY early..Food selection top notch.

Always clean and can find whatever Im looking for. I worked for Walmart as well so Im pretty familiar with most of their items.

This is one of my favorite Walmart, its not as big as the others, but not as small as the neighborhood Walmart, employees are friendly, they have smaller baskets, which is helpful at times when you going in for a few things, but dont need a big basket. I hardly have to wait for the self check out unless I go around peak hours usually 3p-7p Mon -Fri. I would of gave it 5 stars, but its Walmart youre going to run into some sort of problems every once in awhile! They also have a Beyond meat sausage pizza 🍕 😋

In Little Rock and was so clean and laid out better than ours. Customer service was right inside the door. They did not have what I was looking for in stock but the whole store looked great!!!

If you can visit another location do yourself a favor and go to anther location. I needed assistance in electronics. The item I needed was locked in a case. The worker behind the counter told me to wait and ask another employee who was helping someone else had the key. He then went back to his FaceTime.

Experience was ok they are in the middle of moving stuff around so it’s lil confusing tryna find stuff you looking for but other then that I had a good experience

Its our go-to Walmart since moving to Little Rock. For some reason we liked the one in Pine Bluff more. Maybe this one is not so brightly lit. Never had a problem with staff or not finding things or things being expired. Love that they have Bubly water...better than La Croix. Do wish they sold Milo though.

Close to home and usually well stocked...but one of the busiest Wal-Marts we have...expect a line usually, but never just a long long wait either.

Convenient and close to home as well as good restaurant choices and other places to shop within the shopping center

This Wal-Mart is definitely suffering from supply issues, as well as a slight cleanliness problem. Almost no Gatorade in the heat if summer, and when we went, there were items in the floor everywhere. Just random things left in the middle of the floor.

A little off the beaten path if you dont live in Cabot but worth the drive. Delicious food with a cajun flare. Numerous dishes to choose from. Seafood, pastas, burgers,etc.

Great place to shop always a cashier open get in get out easy.

Covid epidemic and attempts to contain it forced pickup ordering of fresh and frozen foods. Have everything else shipped to my home. These changes were an invaluable service to all people and have become second nature now, not very anxious to return to the old normal. Walmart has its flaws but they are constantly attempting to improve all services. If you agree or disagree, what we report is important to keep the changes heading in the right direction. Lastly, I appreciate the ability to approve substitutions in advance.

Love Walmart but never really stocked.

If youre seeking an average Wal-Mart experience this location is perfectly suited to fulfill your needs. No complaints or grievances to be made overall. For all of us foodies in the world this is not the W.M. Id suggest seeking unique or even slightly difficult to find items as far as produce or protein are concerned in particular. Basic yet convenient enough Id give another half star if I could.

We were greeted with a rude cashier, who refused to help with checkout and was more interested in helping those in line after us. Also, the store was out of most items on our list. For a Walmart, this was not classy.

I tried to wait for my sister, while she was in the store, out in front but almost if not all of the area was in the fire zone, so an officer asked for me to move, even though I was sitting there with my engine running. It was not in gear. So, how long can you wait in the fire zone, if in no way is your intent, for you to cause a disruption of any kind, provided that you are paying attention to your surroundings, if permissibily, allowed? Is every situation different?

They didnt have what there website had for pickup but the people were nice. Everytime

This particular Walmart is kept very clean, and the staff here is very helpful. The staff is really nice, compared to other Walmarts where the staff is disgruntled.

This Walmart was a new experience compared to the Walmarts in my local area. I love the trees in the parking lot & the people were so friendly & helpful. Lots of items that I havent seen in local stores. Lots of room in the aisles.

I usually go in and out of the store quickly. I typically find everything I need and a couple other things too!

I love this Supercenter! They have a huge grocery section and their clothing section is never lacking. Too many other Walmarts gave bare racks during a time when you find yourself in need of weather appropriate clothing fast. An added bonus is all the places to eat located directly surrounding the Supercenter.

Walmart is a necessary evil and I would love to be able to find something else comparable. I do enjoy shopping at Target and prefer it over Walmart. Fortunately or unfortunately theyre a huge company and no one will ever get back to you with a bad experience youve had there. Customer service is lousy 80% of the time and they never have anything in stock. I wonder what upper management would think of the employees and the way they treat their customers

Ordered item thru Walmart app and selected pickup. Arriving at the Shackleford Walmart Pickup, dialed the number and a very nice sounding young lady took my name and said she would be right out. In just a few minutes, she arrived with my package. Her name was Ajhai and as she turned to leave with her beautiful smile, she told me to have a nice day! How wonderful if we were all greeted with such caring and concern for the consumer.

While this state allows for shopkeepers privilege, I am offended by the implication that I had stolen items when the man decided to search me. This was after I had checked out in front of another employee who had already checked my stuff and who had waived me through. I asked the man if he suspected me of taking anything and he still wanted to look through my stuff without answering. I declined. Those were my items, and I didnt want his grubby hands on them. I also did not appreciate how close he stood to me while insinuating that I was a thief. I dont Care if your company has a theft problem. Its not my problem. Stop taking it out on customers, and customers, stop taking it.

YOU NEED PUT MORE CHECKER ON THE FRONT. I HAVE TO USR THE ELECTRIC CARTS AND THE CHECKERS ARE AN ENORMIOUS HELP WHEN I CHECK OUT. I DO NOT LIKE SELF CHECK OUT AS MANY OTHER DONT LIKE IT.

They supposedly sell cigarettes, but this was my second time being there and when I asked a csm for some I hot the same excuse. nobody is there who has a key. Dont they have a key department where they make copies. Not very convenient atall.

I usually enjoy shopping for just about everything at Wal-Marts. The store seems to be in good condition. The people who work there are people who work hard to just live and enjoy, just like anyone.

I’m done with Walmart as a whole and this location! I placed an online order on the grocery side and never got my stuff! No one contacted me to update where the driver was or anything. I had to look on the app myself. I’d used the last of my money to order my groceries for the week.I called customer service and got a nonchalant associate. He said they couldn’t contact the driver and no one at THIS location was answering the phone. I just called myself and no one Ickes up the phone. Now, I have to wait 10 days for a refund and go without food. Walmart will never get another dime from me or mine again!

No good put new tires on my car had to go up there 3 times before they got it right

Hours say open until 11pm, but they shut the doors and won’t let anyone in after 10:45pm, even if you only need to grab one thing.Edit: The night I went to Walmart, I was actually picking someone up. They were already in the store and waiting in line to check out, so I was just going to go in to help bring the groceries out to the car, but they wouldn’t even let me in the store at 10:45pm. They turned away several customers before 11pm, when they supposedly close. A woman with 2 kids came up and she said something to the man refusing her entry, but I couldn’t hear exactly what she said. He ended up letting her go in, but turned everyone else away. I know it’s not his fault, but it irritated me that they selectively let people go in. If they’re not going to keep the doors open until 11pm, they need to change their business hours.

No customer service. I mean the worst as Wal Mart pays less than a living wage so I do not take it personally but I literally had to yell for someone to plz check me out...while my tax money goes to pay 2 of Little Rocks finest sell outs to make sure no bad people shoplift.

Asked for a medium steak, sent it rare twice, had it put on a box because everyone was done with their meal. Surprise on me it was well done when I opened it. In conclusion they dont know how to grill a steak.

Went to Shackelford Crossing Pick Up. They were excellent. They are the most friendly Md personable of all of the Walmart stores on the area. Shay brought our groceries and she did a great job packing, placing the groceries in the back, and had wonderful personality. I would hor her if i could bc w an attitude like hers, she will be terrific at anything she does.

I could get lost in this wonderland for hours.. wally world is what they call it it and I remember hearing that as a kid and getting excited thinking we was going to Disney land or something lol but I totally get just beside myself in there now that Im grown and have my own money of course lol.

It’s Walmart ther all the same, I try getting in and out as fast as possible.
