Its a little pricey to shop here but it’s still an amazing store! Love the seasonal decor it’s always unique. Workers are really nice and helpful. The managers and the cut counter ladies do such a great job in customer service. I always enjoy talking to the cashier, veronica is her name I believe, she is very sweet and always has patience with everyone lol I always leave the store in a great mood after talking to her. Hopefully Joann will stay this way :)

JoAnns is great. Be sure and download tha app. You get money off and coupons on the app. This is a great craft store with a large selection. Highly recommend.

Like what crafter doesnt like Jo-Anns right they always have everything you need oh well as far as Im concerned they always have everything I need I cant say anything bad about Jo-Anns they get a five-star from me they were even open for the holiday.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Joanns in North Little Rock, AR. I live 1.5 hours away, so I dont get there often, but when I have been there, the ladies who cut fabric have been so nice and helpful. They answer questions and help me find things. Last night, one let me use a cutting table to lay out my quilt in progress to try out different fabrics and she worked with me for a good hour giving advice and helping me make choices. She was so sweet and so helpful. I really appreciate the extra service!

Jo-Ann Fabrics is always a fun place to shop. The store is brightly lit and always neat and clean. I love shopping there...a little too much. $$$$$$.

Nice curbside pickup. I did end up going in because they were very busy. I had one other curbside pickup person standing in front of me. They were very busy, but took us in a timely fashion. They had our merchandise right there and ready for us.

Love Joann!!! I can almost always find exactly what I need. Love the novelty prints and the no-pill fleece. Regular good sales, especially on patterns.

This store has lots of great deals and if you download the app and sign up, there are even more coupons and great deals. They told me how to sign up so that I would get 50% off on what I purchased today. They are very friendly and helpful.

Never thought Id be obsessed with this store, but I learned to sew and cant stay away.

This one of the few remaining stores that has great fabrics and crafting items. The sales prices were good; and when I was checking out, the clerk told me that teachers get 15% discounts when they download the Joann app. Also, the young lady who assisted me with my fabric is Designer/Custom Clothier, ALyece Rodgers. How cool is that!!!!

A bit on the expensive side but they have lots of coupons and discounts on the app that help

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a wide assortment of items for crafting. My kids love for me to bring them here, they see all sorts of things that spurs their imagination for creating. Store is clean. They seem very reasonablely priced and we can usually find holiday specific items or crafting items up front by register.

The is one of the only locations near me, but I still think its a good one. The staff is always helpful and the store is clean. The only downside would be the wait times at the fabric cutting counter. Wait times are usually around 5 mins or longer on a busy weekend. Good location overall.

Product needed was easy to find.

You can always find what you need. The prices of course are a bit high but they run a lot of sales so you can find a bargin most times. The employees are friendly and it doesnt take long to get your fabric cut.

Great place to go to for your sewing needs. If you dont have sale papers ask for one. They offer good discounts on accessories, materials and other sewing needs. Store laid out nicely. Employees helpful but if busy it may take a while at cutting table or register. Also Carries craft itemsOn high side in cost, but do b.v run good discount percentages off. However be careful because most can be beat at other stores in this area.

Joanns is like a high-end Walmart, in that they have a complete cloth department, where I was able to find raw canvas, or cotton duck. They also have various and Sundry craft supplies available. Thier paint department leaves a little to be desired but otherwise you will find a plethora of things to keep you happy and occupied

There was a good assortment of wreaths and swags on this visit. the store seemed to be in between seasons - there were still shelves with christmas clearance mixed up with spring merchandise.

Ive been going to this JoAnn Fabric since we moved back in 2015. The manager has watched my daughter grow up. They are always there to help you especially with a smile on their face. They ask about new projects and help you find whatever you need. There is always a sale. The store isnt as big as most JoAnn stores I have been to but they are more than happy to help you order anything they dont have.

I found the items I was looking for, but I had to wander around until I did. Never once did anyone ask me if they could help me. No one was in the front of the store when I entered. No one acknowledged my presence. When I finished shopping I stood in the front until someone finally wandered from the back to check me out. No words were spoken until she was finished with my transaction. have a nice day. Customer service is lacking for sure.

I love all craft stores and no two Joanns are the same. But, there is always one thing in common helpful staff that is just as nerdy about crafts as me.

Went in the 2nd of Dec. aisles were so full of merchandise you could hardly get in to shop checkout line was huge and slow 1clerk at the register and she had to run around store to check prices not going back until after xmas

Usually a wonderful staff. As of today no longer will you have my business. Your new staff member is rude and disrespectful. If she wasnt so involved with her nails and cell phone, I may have felt differently.
