Love going with my gf. Nice store, clean, always smells good, and the staff are always very nice. Only problem I have is the prices on this stuff (even in other stores) is freaking outrageous. And the fact that they always have generous sales and discounts seems like they could actually sell this stuff at a much lower price but are too clever in sucking costumers in by making them think they are getting a good deal.

Its a been a long time since Ive shopped at Joann fabric. It is a wonderful shop for those who sew, knit and make jewelry. They have a better selection than Wal-Mart and Michaels, its just out of the way. Worth the trip though.

The employees here are always so nice! There is a good selection of yarn and knitting needles. Looks like a good selection of other things all though I only knit so couldnt really comment on the other products there. Again the staff is just as nice as can be! Make sure you download the Joann App to get coupons!

Joanns seemed to be slacking. The fabric qualities is less than desirable. Im a quilter. I like good, reasonably price cotton fabrics but Joanns seemed to stock products on shelves and not considering customers demand. I have not seen any new fabric since the pandemic. They continue to stock same colors, same patterns.

Dismal place. Revives childhood nightmares of going to fabric stores with my mother. Lighting alone is enough to make someone suicidal. Stock is okay, but probably easier and more useful to order it online and pick it up and avoid that mental health institutional looking interior as much as possible.

I was bummed that they only carried 1 brand of a sock wool brand & no merino.But the gal at the front check out was great, we were able to get a quick laugh in. Wonderful in such stressful times we are able to laugh.

HUGE store for crafts hobbies and decor. Great selection and prices are goid.

I was so glad we found JoAnns. Lived here 2 years and never knew there was a JoAnns in Little Rock. Very nice store and OMG the Employers are so nice.

I love JoAnn fabrics...the Little Rock location is a lot smaller than the NLR/Lakewood Village location, but the employees are still friendly and they know when to notice your need for help and when to leave you alone to just look at their products and prices...i can really appreciate that.

Joanns Fabric store is not what use to be.1, You cant find what you need, everything is so unorganized.2. Its items piled on top each other.3. I asked for help to find labels for your collar after finishing a creation of your own, but Joann did not have these available......but this was not the problem.It was the attitude of the manager......It seem as if he was having a bad hair day.4. Ive purchased all my sewing needs from Joanns Fabric over 50 years and now I have the possibility of going to another company or ordering online.5. My question today, what happen to real customer service on just simple stuff. I did not ask for anything free, but point me in the direction for the item I need.6. Customer service is everything. How You engage with customers is a lasting impression for life.

Its a hit for lace! Seemingly its about the only place within 55 miles of me that sales lace. Of course I think its a bit expensive, but what can I say?... Its lace! And that maybe the reason why all the Walmarts and so many other store dont carry it. But one thing I do know is that... when something calls for lace nothing else will do! But they hardly ever disappoints. I havent purchased fabric from there so I dont have any input on that!

I feel like every time Im at this specific store, there is only 1 person checking a long line out. Its ridiculous. Definitely need more help at the front...especially on a Saturday afternoon.

To limit numbers the front doors are off and someone will let you in. I like that. The workers are all very polite and nice.

There were too few employees working the evening shift. Customers were waiting on line either to checkout or to have fabric cut. However, the employees did theyre very best to accommodate & expedite the customers needs.

So SICK of this store! It’s the WORST Joann fabrics I have ever been in. It must be horribly managed because they are always understaffed. There is never more than two people in the store working. One at the register and one cutting fabric. Sometimes one person is running back and forth between the two. If you don’t have an hour to stand in line to get fabric cut don’t even bother going. I walked out of the store today and bought nothing. It wasn’t the first time. Every time I swear I won’t ever come back. If someone even 1/2 way decent would put in a fabric store no one would go back to this Joanne’s. Suck it up and hire more people or pay people enough to bother showing up. You’re losing business and I know I’m not the only person who feels this way!

JoAnns always has a good selection of yarn. Their staff is very courteous.

Decent food prices but staff could improve a bit on what things are called in terms of record what you were saying they are and also wuornos were on their products and also knowing it if they have it or not. I was trying to track down floss bobbins for embroidery floss and they didnt even know what they were but they did have them in the end however I was quoted a price for how many that package says didnt even exist.

I went to get boy scout fabric and they only have girl scouts. Also shannone, I do believe is her name.is not very friendly. She might be having a bad day. But she just wasnt happy to be waiting on me. The manager did give me 20% off because I tried to pull up their coupon from a text and it would not work.

I found what I was looking for fairly easily

I found this place quite by accident. You can find a few little bargains. Ive purchased outdoor lights up to furniture upholstery. I plan to keep this jewel on my monthly excursions!

They have more fabric, sewing patterns, yarn, and sewing notions that Walmart, Michaels, or Hobby Lobby, but they come up short when it comes to customer service. The staff is not very friendly, and it would help to have more employees that can actually sew or know how to read a sewing pattern envelop. I wish that they had a reward program.

The sale prices were good.

Also the cashier was a sweetheart, but the other employees who were having a blast laughing and talking wasnt even acknowledging or greeting me and my partner as they walked in or even walked through the store. Hello is free... And I really thought that was a part of customer service. I will never visit that location again.

Wish they were the larger store, but they have a good selection of all the basic crafts.

I grew up in JoAnn stores because my mom worked for the company & then I worked for them. I was super excited to have one in Little Rock again, but Im disappointed that its not a super store. The fabrics arent always in the right spot, often we have to go to the North Little Rock location for a larger selection. There is space for the Little Rock location to be expanded into a super store. I wish they would!
