One star doesn’t even start to explain how hard these guys dropped the ball. Was told a vehicle would be held for purchase AFTER they’d already sold the vehicle to another party. If you want honesty and quality service then shop somewhere else

I have bought a truck from here earlier this year, small problems no big deal. But when i went back and bought a 2013 Camaro SS i knew id had minar problems and was okay with that. The dealership also knew and so we agreed to get the vehicle covered with warranty. That was a terrible idea. The warranty got themselves out of the warranty leaving me to deal with the problem. They said the vehicle was sold without Catalytic converter which is a federal crime, the computer had been tampered as well. The dirty Arab owner was terrible to dealwith leaving me with 8000 to repair-motor needs replaced. They want nothing to do hep wise all they did was return me the warranty i had paid for. We had agreed to 16k and after warranty it was 18k. They returned 1700 which was a 300 loss and they claimed “they didnt make anything out of the deal” i asked if they trade it in or take it back and they said “no” i put 3k down bringing the total financed to 15k. They claimed they wouldnt put 15k into a vehicle they had bough for less -this doesnt add up to them claiming it made “no profit”. I warn yall to skip this dealership and go else were. Next warranty business day ill be calling the warranty turning them in for attempting warranty fraud with them knowingly selling a vehicle without catalytic converters. As well as them claiming they had done it on a previous vehicle they had sold and the warranty fixed everything even with the supercharger it had (which they sold on the vehicle) which would void a warranty if not installed from the factory that way. I will also be turning to the BBB for feedback.

Whatever you do, please do not get a car from here. Go across the street on the same side of the road and get one from the nice guy in the small car lot. I paid 3500 for a car and two days later instantly had issues. I contacted them they said they would send someone(a mechanic) to my job and no one ever showed. At that time the car was having wiring issues and could not make it to the dealership. A week later the car started overheating come to find out the gasket was blown, the water pump I had already replaced, the thermostat I had already replaced and I had to replace the hose because they took a hose off another car and put it on mine and it kept the coolant and water from flowing through. That was one month ago. They refused to take the car back. The car stopped on a hill with me and my kids in it and pushed us into someone’s yard. The car is now parked at a church down the street from my house because every piece under that hood needs to be replaced and as a single mom, I just can’t afford it. I worked 80 hours a week and walked back and forth between both jobs just to get that car for me and my kids. Now I am walking again and looking for another second full time job to pick back up. I offered to give them the car back in exchange for a car even if I have to pay a car note but again no. They ran my credit, said they would work some magic, caused my score to go even further down over 100 points and still never called back. I was surprised they would even do that to a person but now that I read the reviews I should have just went with my better judgment.

I feel like they totally took advantage of my family during this Pandemic. I have been laid from a job after 10 years due to Covid-19. We have 4 kids and were in need of a vehicle so bad. We have them almost our entire stimulus check for a car that supposably ran great with no problems. A little over a week it broke down and a mechanic told us we need a new motor. So we have no car and no money. Just breaks my heart that people can do this to people and dont even care to try to make it right.

I was disturbed to find a dealership, and it turns out the photos of the Navigator had it parked in front of somebody’s driveway. It was a dealership and not a personal individual. I should’ve known that it would go afoul if they could misrepresent the photos.Once getting there, after paying over $50 to an Uber, they did not have it ready. The sales person that was showing this car never makes a clear sentence, and a person has to decipher what he is saying. The odometer reading was not present because the odometer doesn’t light up. I was gullible enough to take them at their word. The air condition didn’t work. It was never cleaned. The gas was empty, and I personally had to put $10 to get it back in the test run. I have only asked that they fix one small item now, because I fixed everything else this weekend. I am livid because they see someone who has multiple sclerosis, and I don’t think they’re accustomed to assisting the disabled. The air condition is imperative to have. I cannot be in the heat or I will pass out, and one of them caught me as I was getting ready to go down. I had several other vehicles I should have looked at, but I only had zero transportation. I bought it, between my friends and myself, we have 90% of the air condition fully replaced, except the actuator slap (which is the flap that let’s either the cold or the hot come in, and this one is stuck on only heat). And I will send a warning to all of you, that when you sign a paper that says “as is,“ the main manager hold to that unless you can show documented texts or anything that has a written promise. My mistake was having deleted some of my texts and correspondence. At one point air condition was discussed. What mileage is on it, it will never be known. Today I will just get insurance for it, clean it, and pray I can get the actuator flap replaced somehow. My funds are almost gone, and I hope this dealership gets treated the same way. They do not stick to their word, and they definitely do not go the extra mile. I will add this one item, that if this auto sales on university will make the repair, I will change the review.

We didnt purchase from the dealership, but we were treated well. We had someone greet us quickly and the gentleman, Adam, was very polite. He didnt feed us BS, and he didnt try upselling. He listened to our needs, was quick to answer all questions, and was very respectful.

Sucked big time

Bought a cash car from there it was my first I ever purchased and I was very excited. I admit I didn’t check the car fully like I should’ve I just checked for miles and the made sure the engine was running. I found out the wipers didn’t work, a pigment in the light needs to be replace and the alternator went out on me. I told the dealer to tell me the truth about the car so I know what needs to fix or to see if I needed to pick another vehicle. As you guest he didn’t i can really sue them for this but it ain’t worth my time I’m just gone trade it and let it be don’t buy from here this is my honest opinion.

The owners and staff do anything they can to help you get in a vehicle with payments you can afford and a down payment you can afford. And they treat their customers like best friends. The only place to buy a used car. And their warranty on all vehicles can not be beat!

Solid my wife a car. Gave her 72 hours. After 96 hours dash light came on, told her it had new tires (tread looked good), 2 weeks later a tire went out, the inside was worn out, after 3 weeks another gone (less than 500 miles).... Cheap cars, but make sure you check them really well.

My teenager bought 1st car as a cash car very pleased with the service, no rush to make us decide even though it was close to closing time they took the time to let us test drive and look the car over. Great experience

They get one star only because I cant give them less I paid a $200 delivery fee and I dont have the car they are supposed to be on their way but its 1am and the delivery drivers phone and the person I was dealing with go straight to voicemail I have the rest of the money they were supposed to pick up when delivered piss poor communication and I will get my delivery fee back if the car isnt here tomorrow and I cant wait to hear what their excuse, maybe the car they were trying to sell me broke down bit who knows cant get anyone on the phone. I have screenshots of the Facebook post and the name of the person I was working with and being law enforcement I deal with theives every day but I know what to do I will put you all on blast and contact the BBB

I cannot express what a great car-buying experience this was. Ali had high quality cars on the lot and freely gave his advice on buying used (which I appreciated and took to heart!). Lue took care of me in the office and very clearly talked numbers. They worked with me on my trade in, which I was VERY upside-down on from my last car buying experience... I drove into the lot in a Kia, and drove off the lot in a Prius... These guys took great care of me.

These guys wasted my time twice in one day. O found cars on Facebook that they had posted. One guy lied and told me the car had 14000 miles on the post and in messenger. I assume this was just to get me on the lot. The next guy had me come to the lot to look at a car he had posted and when o arrived they couldnt find the car. These guys are very unprofessional. Peeing outside as I was walking up. The best guy they have there was a younger skinny whit guy. I dont know his name. He seemed to be honest and reliable. I dont think he is a salesman but I believe he is the best one to talk to if you have to go here to buy a vehicle. Also check for oil leaks and sludge. Tires on the cars were all worn out and the batteries on some werent charged and had to be boosted. Ill never be on the lot again.
