Thank you, Steve Landers, for opening a much needed Mitsubishi dealership in Arkansas!! I recently took my 2018 Mitsubishi in for service. Jake is absolutely wonderful!! Such a pleasant experience!! Misty made me feel welcome while I waited on my vehicle. And she stayed late to check me out, assuring me that it was no problem. Jake and his team of technicians were able to resolve the issues with the vehicle, even though my vehicle is a model they had not seen before. What a great group of people!!! My current vehicle is my fourth Mitsubishi. I am very loyal when I find something that works, so Cowboy Mitsubishi, I will see you again when its time to service my vehicle again. Rude service and my husband and I were referred as “ these people”. My husband and I went to the service area to get a key cut for our Mitsubishi Lancer. His name is Spencer Stricklen and I’m Britany Stricklen in which I told the person who addressed us as “these people”
