They sold me a 2017 Chevy Silverado around June 20th. The first week they redid paperwork they told me to drive back to them and sign it. I live a hour away and I some how got a nail in my tire. I ask them for some gas money and to fix the tire they said we call fix the tire for a low price of $50. Whatever I drove up there sign some more paperwork and went home. The next week they said they got the paperwork wrong again. Then the battery went bad and they said the battery is my problem. Also asked me to drive a hour to them again to fix paperwork again. I told them I need you to drive to me, lower my interest rate and take off the warranty. They took all day then drove to me the paperwork said a lower rate. No pay for new battery and the warranty was still there. I sign the paperwork and talk to my bank they said to come to them in a few months. The next week I found out they ran my credit twice for the same bank back to back weeks. Then about a month later my alternator went out I asked if my warranty covered that the finance office said no. Then I got upset and contacted customer service and got the warranty removed. Now my transmission is going out do not recommend this place to anyone buyer beware!!!
Henry is a great asset to the co. He is friendly, and knows his stuff. Hes got a gentle personality and he listens. Would definitely work with him again. Although I was just looking right now, I will be back.
Nice and honest people. I had to have my oil changed and brake pads replaced, I called four places and they gave me the best price. I had a $100 dollar bill in my pocket which fell out at some point, later I realized I didnt have it, panicked, and called the dealership. A man in the service department went outside and looked all over the parking lot and then called me back. You gotta be the luckiest man in America. He said. Then he let me come by and get it 15 minutes after closing. Great service, I ended up paying less than the estimate, and there was a very comfortable room to wait in while they worked on my car. Would definitely recommend.
Update to below poor review:So, we took the car to an independent service to get a diagnosis. It seems the rattle was NOT from the Ford dealership’s work. We were told it’s possible that placing the new shocks on could have made the issue get worse but that it was not caused by Ford! Me and my family have personally experienced the destruction that incorrect statements and accusations on social media can make to someone or, in this case, Crain Ford of Little Rock, so I wanted to right my wrong! I want to let you all know they did not cause this problem even though the work could have made it get worse. But it was inevitable it was going to happen! I have taken down my bad review and we have called the general manager at Crain to apologize and let him know! When I’m wrong, I want to step up so that’s what I’m doing!Original review:I rarely complain, but feel compelled to share a HORRIBLE experience we are having with Crain Ford of Little Rock service department!!! Several weeks back, we took in our Mercury to get some service. Recall fix, oil and new rear shocks replaced. It sat there for at least 2 weeks not getting taken care of. The manager told my husband they are just short on service technicians. Anyway, finally they said the work was complete and we went to pick it up. Got it home and after driving it a day or two there developed a VERY LOUD rattling noice in the rear left tire area. It almost sounded like a wheel was going to fall off any moment. It is not drivable and unsafe! We took it back so that the service manager could drive it to listen and fix it. There it has sat since Monday and nothing has been done. We were patient understanding they are short staffed (per manager). But my husband went back today to check on it and was told this has nothing to do with their work (of which we paid almost $500) and they were not going to even consider diagnosing it and fixing it unless we paid them 1K!!!!!! This was NOT happening when we took the car in! Now we are going to pick it up and to take it somewhere else to be repaired. I will NEVER do business with Crain Ford of Little Rock again and I suggest you don’t either!!! The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please share this on your page and take them so that they get the negative exposure they deserve!!!!! 😡 Crain Ford of Little Rock
Just wanted to drop in and leave a review for my awesome Salesmen Jose Acosta! He took such good care of me and made the process easy and painless! I got more for my trade here then anywhere else I tried to make a deal with. I drove several hours due to the steal of a deal I got and I was in and out and they had everything ready! They had the best prices in the state and got me the best rate I ever had! I couldnt be happier with the service from Jose and the deal Crain made. Kudos to Keith Clark w finance who was equally awesome! Thank you Crain!
Zero stars if possible. They have terrible communication. Terrible managers. No communication after them having my car for ten days. I ask anyone to reconsider taking a vehicle here for repairs because you will not have any communication about your vehicle maintenance. Please read the BBB claims against this ‘business’.
I am a lifelong Ford owner and just had the worst service experience of my life here!!! I dropped my Expedition off in March for an oil change and asked them to check 2 things, 1- a weird noise on start up, and 2.- a weird feeling when turning right. The next day he tells me it needs two repairs, both covered under warranty (a timing chain and an IBE? Something to do with 4 wheel drive). He asks me to let him know when I can drop it off for 3-4 days. We make arrangements for me to work from home a few days and my husband drops it off. Two weeks later, it still wasn’t done. After practically begging, I finally get a loaner at least, it had 13 miles to empty when they gave it to me. 🙄Mid-April they tell me it’s ready. I pick it up and am not even out of the parking lot when I realize it’s still doing the weird thing when turning right, only now more pronounced. I take it straight back and the service manager rides with me and is like oh yeah, it sure is.Come to find out they only repaired the timing chain. Tells me to bring it back tomorrow. That night on the way home I feared I wouldn’t make it. 4 different warning lights came on and the steering felt off.Took it back the next day and they said my loaner car had already been loaned to someone else even though I saw it in the parking lot. My husband had to go up there and suddenly I got the loaner back. Then a few weeks later, they sell the loaner I’m driving, come get it from me, and give me a base model tiny Ford tiny little car (as they had my Limited Expedition held hostage). So, it took until mid July to “get the part”. They text to say it’s ready and that they had to replace the battery. I’m not surprised as it set there idle 4 months.I get there to pick it up and they try to charge me $269 for the battery. 😳😡🤬I cannot tell you the countless times I was lied to throughout this experience. I asked repeatedly to talk to a manager and no one ever returned my calls. I will NEVER dawn their doors again.
I was very impressed with the dealership. This review is for the people that are traveling through. I am 6 hours away from home for a church function. I looked up on my Ford App for local Ford dealership. If you don’t have the Ford App get it! There is more than one. I just prayed I was choosing the best one. Here is a mother with her 2 kids away from home and I have a tire that’s going flat. It was a Saturday. I was so afraid they would be closed or worse than that whatever was wrong with my tire. It would have to be replaced. I called they were open till 5! ON A SATURDAY!! I pulled up to the Service doors and before I could walk in. A lady walked up to me and asked me “How may I help”She escorted me to the man that took over my situation. Thankfully it was able to be fixed. What I LOVED about Cain Ford is they have a window to where you can see into the garage where your vehicle is being worked on. One of my kids pointed that out to me. As I went to look. I was amazed at how clean it was in there. The guy that was taking car of my vehicle was vacuuming my car! I wasn’t there for my vehicle to get cleaned. 😂 (not complaining) he filled my window washer fluid and ran my car through the car wash. I was upset, nervous and discouraged when I arrived at Cain Ford. I haven’t been driving long. I’m 6 hours away from home (Louisiana) and my husband with our 2 kids. I get a roofing tack in my tire somewhere along the way. By the time my tire was fixed and my car got a little detailing even. Then guys there made me feel so much better and assured me everything looked good. Thank you again Cain Ford Staff. Those that worked in the service department on June 5, 2021 THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! Y’all did a awesome job!
Ask for Cam, she does an amazing job. Shes knowledgeable and will do all she can to help you!
While waiting in line to have service perform, the service reps were all busy. Well one of the reps went out with a customer and on his way back in a customer that was pulled in behind me was able to speak with that rep before me an even had his vehicle pulled from the service bay ahead of mine. When brought to the reps attention, was only told the customer got to him while on his way back in, so as the rep was backing that vechical out I also backed out an left. Folks this is the type of service you can expect from this dealership.
Annie is a 5 star gal! she knows how to make them money moves and shes been so excellent with helping getting us into exactly what were looking for and didnt even fall short. if you go to crain ask for her, she MAKES the experience.
DO NOT IGNORE THIS. I ignored the bad reviews and have paid for it. This is the most horrible dealership I’ve ever experienced. Within 2k miles of purchasing my truck from them the AC went out, the stereo went out, the turbos went out, the backup camera went out, and one tire blew. The service department is horrible, particularly Gaylon. Gaylon is an unprofessional, condescending, narcissist. The repairs took 7 weeks, and they offered me “a free oil change” for the delays.Steer clear at all costs.
Thinking about buying a truck or car at Crain Ford of Little Rock? Look no more, its the only place that will flat out lie to your face when buying a vehicle. I recently bought a 2019 Ford ranger xlt super crew 4wd from Crain ford of little rock. The buying experience was wonderful until I got the truck back to the house. Firstly the truck came with a broken windshield that the salesman told me the warranty would cover which it did not. This was just the first of many lies told to me by Crain ford. Second, when it came time to register the truck I went and got the truck assessed and found out that the check they wrote me was about $850 short of what I owed, this was a big red flag to me considering that all of the taxes should be covered. The lady at the dmv told me that it was for city and county tax. So me and my dad both called Crain ford wanting to know what was going on and not one but 3 people lied me my dad and me about the check and said that city and county tax was covered In the check when it wasnt We were told that all taxes title and license were paid for. We talked to the salesman, the finance manager and the general manager all saying that the check was right. This should have been provided information when buying the truck Considering that I forked out most of my money on a down payment. If you are shopping for a Ford truck or car in Littlerock I would recommend McClarty Ford and not Crain Ford if you are shopping for a ford in the Little Rock area.
My father has been a faithful service customer for over 6 years. He took his Escape in over a week ago. Master technician told him his brakes were bad. He took it home and pulled off his brakes and took them to OReillys. His brakes were still almost new. Then he took his Escape back to the service department to let him know he pulled his brakes off and they were not the issue. He was told that his brakes needed to be bled then and that his warranty would fix it. He told them to diagnose the issue and call him back before they did anything to it. They have had his vehicle up on a lift and havent done a thing to it and NO ONE has called him or started trying to figure out how to fix his issue. DO NOT...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!! Technicians dont know how to fix vehicles there. All they seem to know how to do is hold your vehicle hostage and gouge your pocketbooks.
Mallory contacted me on a Sunday about a truck I was interested in but the truck had been sent to another dealer. She tracked it down and had it back to the dealership by Monday for me to test drive. Mallory is very professional and works hard to meet your needs. Very seldom are auto purchases pleasurable however Mallory and the entire staff were very pleasant to deal with and made the experience enjoyable. If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I would highly recommend you contact Mallory.
There is a very nice young lady at the service desk. She was very pleasant.Benny and Adam were great, thanks for your help.
I enjoyed my experience from Crain Ford. My sales rep was Anysten Childers and she far exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure my purchase from them was satisfactory. She even personally delivered the vehicle to me. Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car. I will definitely be doing business with them again! Thanks guys!
They seem to have an issue with honesty :/. The car was listed at a sensible price but was $2,000 more because of “adds” when we sat down to buy. The other buyers that were looking at it also declined. The other issue with this is their car salesman make most of their money off of commission! No matter how good they are they won’t be able to sell a car like this and that’s not fair.
Had a few problems starting out. Talked it over with the GM Mike Norton and he went above and beyond to make us happy. I am most pleased with the excellent customer service he treated us to.
AVOID. I bought a new vehicle online. Delivered the new vehicle to my home in El Dorado. Never test drove it. Didnt inspect it because it was new. Sold and delivered me a NEW Ford Escape that had over 12000 miles on it! Tried to come to amicable agreement. The managers were never available and wouldnt get on the phone with me or my wife. Unbelievable. Believe most positive reviews are shills.
Worst customer experience and service. I reached out to the service department for replacing the fender on my new explorer which is still under warranty. These people are not even bothered to respond until I followed up with them on the fender. I made inperson follow ups couple of times over the last 2 weeks for the part everytime you ask them they say it takes 2 more days for the part to arrive and we will call you Its been more than 2weeks now and the part never arrived. I am not sure what is so painful for the Crain ford for replacing a part under warranty. Never seen such a worst service. Worst people and Worst service. Stay away from these people . Please dont buy their cars. There are much better dealerships that offer a good customer experience than Crain. I am sure even after writing this review they wont bother to reply on this or provide a service. STAY AWAY from Crain. Worst Dealer is Arkansas.
Anysten could sell you a air conditioner in mid winter. Very professional and great insight in finding the right ride for me. Thank you all very much. Anysten is the best!!!!
Crain ford has had my service for many years. I purchase my truck from there and it is now payoff. I have other vehicle that i use for work so i continue to use crain for till today. This will be my last time visiting crain. I will notaa get any service done to all my cars. I have had all my family go there for service. Over the years they have done a great job. The advisor was gaylon T. Please crain take me out of your system thanks. Not only that he took 2 hour when the service was done GT wasnt on the lot so i had to wait 15min for him to arrive. Once he arrive he took his time with getting the paperwork. If you dont have three hours to pair dont go to crain ford. If i could i will give it no stars
Im sure the sales people are just fine to deal with. Its once you get beyond them where the problems are. For these reasons, I wouldnt recommend dealing with this place all together. I purchased a vehicle December 2020. It took a solid 2 months to get any paperwork so that I could register my vehicle. Even at that time, they still didnt have a copy of the title. They provided a letter stating that theyd requested it, or something to that nature. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone with the bank who financed the car today 3/4/2021 and they said they finally got the title on 3/2/2021. This is concerning and the people in charge of this at Crain Ford avoid phone calls and are not exactly concerned with a customers issues once theyve received their money.Ive dealt with a lot of dealerships in my day and this one is, by far, the sketchiest bunch of people Ive ever dealt with. Buyer beware!
Buyer beware. My fiance and I were in here yesterday to purchase a used vehicle. The general manager Michael Norton, is a crook. Lied straight to our face just to get our money. BBB needs to get involved and Im contacting KATV to have them do an investigation for 7 on your side.
This place is terrible - NEVER buy anything from them. They are not honest people and will screw you over. There are way too many more Ford dealerships to use beside this place!!!!!
My family and I have been shopping for a truck for several weeks. We had almost given up on finding a good deal from someone we trusted, then we decided to stop by Crain Ford in Little Rock. A young man came and greeted us and made us feel as if we were family. Buying a vehicle has never been so easy and comfortable as Eli Osborne has made it. We feel as if we have made a new friend as well as bought a new truck. Thank you Eli Osborne.... you’re the best!
This is by far the best car dealership I have been to. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. I went in today not knowing really what I even wanted. I had the sales person named Mallory. She was on top of her game helping me out and answering all the questions I had in full detail to me. She was so friendly and sweet and treated me so well. I will definitely be coming back and have her as my sales person again. Thank you so much Mallory for making me have a fantastic experience.
Definitely wish I read the reviews first. First let me start off by saying the GM Michael Norton is a snake. I would leave zero stars if I could. I decided to buy here for my next vehicle since my tennis friend is a salesman here. He hooked me up with his good friend and co worker since he wasn’t working that day. I find the car I want. It’s at Crain Hyundai in north Little Rock. His friend drives me over there to pick up and drive back to Ford. This was a fresh trade in and hadn’t even had the DPI done to it. I’m signing the paperwork after we agree on terms and numbers (this was Wednesday July 14th around 7:30pm) They say I can drive it off the lot but the next day I need to take to Crain Hyundai in north Little Rock to get the DPI done. After we sign paperwork they “detailed” it in the back for 40 minutes at Crain Ford. When they brought it out to me it wasn’t clean at all. My fiancé and me get in it and instantly hear a noise coming from the dash and feel it stalling at 1-2.5 rpm. I text my friend and he said Crain Hyundai will look at that tomorrow during DPI and will take care of it. I take it in to Crain Hyundai today and they have it for over 7 hours doing the DPI. I told the service supervisor at north Little Rock Crain before they pulled it in the shop that there were noises. After getting the car back he tells me it’s the torque converter that’s bad and Ford needs to fix it. I ask him for the paperwork for what services were done to it and then text my friend and tell him what they just told me. He said that the GM at Crain Ford Michael Norton can’t do anything for me and won’t. I asked him why the Crain Hyundai in north Little Rock didn’t fix the torque converter issue when they found out about it and have yet to hear back. Does anyone know why Crain Hyundai didn’t fix the torque converter issue when they found out about it during the DPI? And why didn’t Crain Ford do the DPI since I bought it from them? There are very shady people here and take advantage of customers. I won’t even start on the so called finance director. I told him 3 different times I don’t want the extra warranties. First time he said it was a deal breaker if I didn’t get them. I told him no. He said let me go talk to my GM. Came back and said I’ll give it to you at cost. I said no. He said you need it. I said I’m about to leave. He goes and talks to his manager again and finally comes back and says you don’t have to have it. They are extremely sneaky here. I’m getting my attorney involved as we speak unless they can make it right. Long story short, don’t buy at Crain Ford or any Crain for that matter. I’m uploading paperwork of services done at Crain Hyundai and text message thread between me and friend.
Wish I could give more stars for the service department.
I was shopping for a used truck and wasn’t having much luck until I came to Crain Ford. My salesman Ro is the man and I would recommend him to anyone. I ended up buy a brand new 2020 Ford truck and couldn’t be any happier. Crain Ford gained a customer for life. Thank you Crain Ford for taking such good care of me and my wife. Hands down best customer service in the Little Rock area.
I went to buy a new Fusion. Fri and Jose were the sales persons that helped me. Both were so friendly and nice and they did not pressure me at all. They were very understanding with my concerns of the first car I looked at and got me another one that would please me without any hassle at all. They made sure I understood all the new features and were very patient when I didnt understand or asked again. They paired my phone for me. I think I got a fair price on my trade in and a good price on the new car. Justin the sales manager also was very nice and understanding. This is the 3rd Fusion I have bought. I love my 2020 Titanium Fusion. I will buy another car from them. Thanks Crain you have three good employees you need to keep. All three of them went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the car I purchased!!
I will say, I really did appreciate how kind Rogelio Alvarez was through the whole process, as well as the very kind lady who greeted me at the front when I arrived. However, I could not believe this dealership tried to sell me a car at 1500 OVER the listed price they had in several different places, when I asked if they could negotiate for LESS than the asking price. Not only this, but the floor manager ( I didnt catch his name so Im not going to implicate anyone by mistake) attempted to coerce me, convince me, and lie to me about the current rates on a Honda CR-V. Im not surprised now that the car has been on the lot for 4 months. I never expected the experience I had, and it was a poor one overall. If you go though, Mr. Rogelio definitely is a nice person to talk to.
Service advisors were absolutely no help and gave different stories on my vehicle. will make sure to never use another crain dealer again
4 hrs to change one tire. Tech spent more eating and horse playing. Than working on vehicles...
Mallory Anderson was my representative. We are an out of state customer and she really worked hard to find us a good deal. I like the fact that she was transparent and up front! I would definitely recommend her!
Thank you, Eli, a new friend and contact, met the true professional car salesman who made me feel overly appreciated and a priority! Cant wait to send you some business, dude! Definitely give Eli a shot, he does not disappoint! I was approved a few months back and everywhere else turned me down!
The Crain Ford sales team were really great even though I ended going with a different dealership and car. Buying a car during Covid complicated everything but the Crain team were knowledgeable, kind, and very communicative.
Mallory is such an amazing asset to the team. She is fantastic. She’s honest, straight forward, and funny. I trust her more than I have any other person when making a big decision. Thank you Mallory for being awesome!
The vehicle we bought seems to be a good, solid vehicle and I am very happy with it. The disappointing aspects of the deal were the price they displayed on the internet was only for veterans, in actuality it was around $3000.00 more. When they couldnt get my payments down to where I needed them to be they corrected this not by giving me anything off of the price, but by making me pay for it 6 years instead of 5. They also advertise that every vehicle comes with a comprehensive guarantee, but they dont give it to you for free, that was also tacked on to my monthly payment. Everyone at the dealership that I encountered was very friendly and helpful, but be sure to read the small print!
Eli was fantastic! He worked with us even though we are out of town. He researched until he found the exact car we were looking for! He wasn’t pushy and he was kind and professional! My husband and I had a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend him!
Rogelio Alvarez is the best salesman I have ever worked with by far! He was very professional, friendly and ready to get me the best deal possible for the car that i wanted. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family 👌🏼
Mallory is amazing! Not only does she have an amazing personality that makes you feel at home she is so knowledgeable! I truly enjoyed my time with her! She’s an amazing saleswoman!
I loved my car buying experience at Crain! Got my dream car for the best deal.Eli, my salesperson even drove me to a different lot to pick it up!The whole team; Eli, Mallory, Phi, and others answered questions for me leading up to my purchase.
Mallory Anderson was fantastic. She helped me find my perfect car. She was friendly and was not pushy at all. I would recommend going to see her at Crain Ford in Little Rock!
As im reading a lot of these reviews I am seeing a lot of people saying that their sales person is the best. But in my opinion Mr. Isaiah is the best salesman at Crain Ford of Little Rock. Because he just doesnt try to sell me a car, he goes out of his way to make sure that I get everything that I want and need. Thank you Isaiah
Sam is wonderful in the service department! She is super bubbly and kind. She got me right in and fixed up in no time! I also appreciate Kim for answering my questions over the phone. Crain Ford thank you! We will be back!
If you ever need a new or used vehicle! Mallory is the sales professional to go see! Not only did she get my payments to where I wanted it to be! But I had a fantastic time with her! Her customer service is absolutely amazing! Go see her now!!
This has been the best car buying experience I’ve had by far. I’m out of state and came to buy a vehicle, Jose (sales) and his team were responsive and upfront about everything. No hidden fees everything was reasonable in the transaction and negotiation. Great prices and great dealership. Highly recommend to in state and out of state individuals looking to buy a vehicle.
I scheduled an oil change with the service Dept. On arrival the receptionist couldn’t find my appointment which had been confirmed via text an email. So I was treated as if I had made up the appointment and just put to the end of the line. After 2 hours I call to find out my vehicle was still not finished. Finally got it back after nearly three hours of waiting. All I hear from them are excuses why it has taken so long. No acknowledgement of the way I was treated and ignored by service staff and reception. Just excuses and blaming me for not having an appointment. One service advisor even claimed they didn’t schedule oil changes online, which is exactly what I did at the urging of the coupon Crain Ford had sent. So I really enjoyed being called a liar twice when I clearly had a proof of an appointment scheduled with them. An appalling lack of customer service and blaming the customer for the short comings of the service department.
I came across a new 2020 Explorer at Crain Ford while searching online. I live in Iowa, but finding 2020s in the color my wife wanted was a little difficult, so I expanded my search. I live right at 500 miles away.I was told the Crain vehicle was new and in excellect condition. I was then told it would be about $150 to deliver the vehicle to me.After I negotiated a price, I was told the delivery would be closer to $1,000 and I would have to finance 100% through them to get that price. I about walked away but decided to go through with it.I bought a plane ticket and went to LIttle Rock. When I got to the dealership, I did a walkaround of the vehicle. I immediately noticed scratches inside and outside of the car. Keep in mind, I asked multiple times about cosmetic damage to the vehicle before buying a plane ticket. The dealer told me that they would take care of it and signed a document saying so.I walked inside and within a few minutes, a customer came inside yelling about wanting his vehicle back. I should have taken this as a red flag. The bumper had rock chips, not just scratches that could be buffed. The manager told me that it would be $250 to fix the vehicle. I told him there was no way that was correct. I didnt feel comfortable with the estimate, and told the dealership that they might be able to fix it for that, but I couldnt get someone to do it back home for that price. The price also didnt include the interior repairs. The manager said he could go up to $500 for all the repairs.I still did not feel comfortable with the estimate. We went through with the transaction, but I was going to leave the car. Crain gave me a loaner vehicle, and I drove 9 hours back home empty handed, which my wife was not happy about. I was sent out of there without plates for the loaner, but was told they would be overnighted to me. They never came. The vehicle was done Thursday, and the dealer coordinated to have someone meet me half way and switch out the vehicles. I met the driver and did a walk around of the vehicle. You could see right where the rock chips were fixed. It looked like sandpaper was taken to the clear coat. I immediately sent pictures to the dealer. He said he would reach out to his manager.I got temporary plates this time, but they expired two days after I got the vehcile. So again, they had to overnight plates to me, but this time, they actually came.I reached out multiple times over three weeks with no response about fixing the bumper. During this time, I went to a local body shop to get an estiamte to fix the bumper. The estimate was just under $1,100. Finally I heard from the dealer. He said that I would have to meet someone half way to switch out my vehicle so that they could fix it correctly. I told the dealer this would mean that I would have to put another 1,000 miles on my car and two 9 hour trips to get this fixed. I said we would have to find another solution. I even suggested that they offer an extended warranty at a reduced price to make up the difference. The dealer said I would have to speak with his manager.I spoke with the manager. He wouldnt budge beacuse it wasnt cost effective. I didnt even ask for $1,100. I just said that they needed to come up with another solution after all the traveling that I have done. The manager said I would have to speak to the GM. Again, multiple weeks of trying to reach the GM, with no responses from anyone now.
Mallory is such a fun and energetic person! She helped me with all my questions I had about buying the best car for me. Definitely recommend you ask for her!
I recently purchased a sonic ls from Crain Ford. Dac the car salesman really worked with me to find the car. I had been doing searches and saw online a similar car listed on Carfax. I called only to find out the car had been sold. I gave dac my information and within 2weeks we were discussing cars that would fit my budget and type. Im very pleased with my car and, how professional Dac and all the people at Crain Ford was. I am recommending friends and family to go over and see the sales people at Crain Ford! ❤️ Ariel
I have enjoyed buying my car from this dealership. The whole process from start to finish has been stress free and simplistic. They have fulfilled each wish, question, concern and/ or need that I had throughout the process. And quality service has appeared to be their top concern. Thank you Crain Buick for my familys new ride.
Mallory made the car shopping experience great. She was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind answering tons of questions. She was kind, fair, trustworthy and made the experience fun. I would definitely recommend her. If you or someone you know are in the market for a vehicle go see Mallory. You won’t be disappointed!
Everything was great until they delivered the car. I have not seen (in person) or driven the car, they delivered it 210 miles which is awesome. But it wasnt, when I drove it and found that all the wheels were out of balance and the rotors needed to be resurfaced,. Total bummer, considering i just got it and no have to put it in the shop first week. My point is, if youre going to drive a car 210 miles to a customer, make sure nothing is wrong.
Our salesman Zachary was awesome! We did have an issue with the price going up over $2000.00 for reconditioning fees but after a text message to the general manager that was taken care of. All in all a good experience. Will definitely go back. We LOVE are new truck!!!
I had an awesome experience today with the service department. Craig in service assisted me with correcting a poor service experience from a ford dealership in Alabama. He and his team resolved my issues and had me in and out in record time. I am just visiting Little Rock but as a long time Ford owner, I highly recommend this dealership. I noticed a great selection of Ford vehicles on the lot, the reception area was clean as well as the service area for customers. Thank you Crain Ford for excellent service.
This is an awesome dealership. The first time I walked in I was greeted by the front desk staff immediately but not in a sales way. Brannen then let me test drive 2 awesome cars(Mustang and Mercedes Benz) and gave me insights on both. He was helpful, insightful, and not pushy at all. I was able to use the info and made a great choice on my car purchase. Thanks Brannen and the Crain team for their hard work and dedication to getting people taken care of. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone.
What a great place! Mallory was so awesome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She made sure I was well taken care of! I will be recommending to anyone I know looking :)
I left my car there to fix it for a recall. I called Samantha and ask for the shuttle person. She was saying that I will send your name the driver and she said he will come. I said when he is going to come, she said just wait outside. I said it is too cold. She is like “Ok I am done with you and I will transfer you to the advisor” in a rudely manner. Adrian was very helpful as a shuttle driver.
Great place to purchase a vehicle. Fair prices, and good customer service. Eli Osborn was our sales rep and he did us right! Give him the chance to find your next vehicle!
How can you share with the world to praise and honor those who made my buying experience memorable their is just not enough nouns or adjectives to say thank you Isaiah n. For really helping me to make the best possible completely satisfied agreement
Great customer service! Mallory was my saleswoman and answered all of my questions and helped lead in the right direction. Thank you again for my brand new car!! definitely will recommend to friends and family!
Eli Osborn was absolutely best in class as my salesman when getting me in my Infiniti Q50. Honest, direct, and very helpful and made the experience easy. I 12/10 recommend him for your buying needs. I will definitely be going back to him when the Bronco is released next spring
Man oh man what a sales experience. Eli Osborn and Storm Tipton guided me through the best buying experience I could have asked for. I had the pleasure of checking through all their inventory, was explained the differences in model to buy what best suited my needs. Heck they even hooked me up with coffee and snacks while I waited for Dennis to get my paperwork ready. All in all I got the rocket ship truck of my dreams and some service that will have me coming back if this beast Ford ever gets outran by another truck.
Had two great experiences working with salesman Eli Osborn. He really cares about his job and made my buying experiences memorable and as easy as possible. He really goes above and beyond for his customer. Thanks Eli!
Mallory at Crain helped us with our purchase of an F250 this past week. Must say it’s the best service experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Going to a dealership is always uneasy however, Mallory did a great job making it an eventful light hearted experience. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Thanks Mallory for all the help.
Mallory was the most helpful salesperson I have yet to deal with in 30 years! She has a great personality which makes dreaded car buying fun, and amazingly she’s honest. You can’t find this kind of service these days. If you need an excellent and dedicated salesperson, choose Mallory!
I purchased a new 2017 Ford F-150 XLT 4x4 Crew Cab in March 2018. I absolutely love this vehicle. My best sales experience ever. I truly value their superb customer service that I received while visiting Craig and the Service Department Team of Crain Ford of Little Rock, AR. Craig has always been a total gentleman these past two years I’ve visited this dealership for services to my vehicle. Thank you Craig and the entire Crain Ford of Little Rock Family.Respectfully,Bryan
I was a Crain GMC of Conway the staff was great they where able to answer all my questions. the detail team was not good i waited for 30 mins for them to vacuum and lay sticky rap on the floor. The inside of the windows where dirty and it looked as if they used a dirty towel to wipe things down. I took my car back to have it re-detailed it was better the second time after a sales man got on to them.
By far the best car dealership Ive ever been to. Customer service was great. I went in and didnt really know what to look for and got a huge help from Eli. I will definitely recommend Crain Ford of Little Rock to anyone of my friends or family from now on.
If you are looking to buy a new or used car or truck go see Eli at Crain Ford of Little Rock. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back
My sales associate, Eli did made our car buying very easy! He worked with us for hours trying to get us the best deal! Hes the best salesperson at Crain of Little Rock
Truck was nice and at a fair price. Just make sure you know what your interest rate should equal in monthly payments. The monthly payment I was originally given was $50ish more than I had figured on that particular rate. When I questioned it, I was told I must have figured wrong or I figured higher months. When I assured them I had the correct number of months, then i was told that the online car loan calculators arent accurate. Come to find out they were putting a 4 year warranty into the loan without telling me. That was the reason for the increased monthly payment. Make sure you thoroughly know the numbers and go through the paperwork with these guys. Typical car salesmen.
My salesman. Ruben, went over and beyond to ensure I got the car that I desired. My finance manager, Jesse, took excellent care of me and explained all of the paperwork. I have already recommended Crain Kia to my daughter for when she begins her new car hunt. Thanks you so much.
I have bought two cars from Storm at Crain ford of Little Rock. I plan to be back to buy in the future. Storm is very knowledgeable, has great customer service, and is super professional. Highly recommend this place and salesman to anyone looking for their next vehicle!
Kings if bait and switch. Negotiated all week on a vehicle that wasnt at the dealership when we arrived for our scheduled appointment with the salesman. Then when it came time to do the deal, they reneged on the price of the vehicle that we had in writing. Absolutely will not do business with them ever again. Highly recommend people steer clear of them.Update: I received a letter from them explaining that my application for credit with them had been denied for a myriad of reasons. I find this interesting because I have excellent credit and once they saw our credit scores, THEY dropped the price on the vehicle to work the deal. I guess in their records this looks better, but it should reflect that WE walked out. After our horrible experience, we found out a friend has an acquaintance who was a salesman for Crain. He worked a deal that was within his parameters and was acceptable to the customer. When the sales manager reviewed the deal, he instructed the salesman to go back with added fees, etc. He questioned the reasoning and the answer was she can afford it. He refused and resigned. They are definitely a shady operation.
I would HIGHLY recommend going here and getting with ELI OSBORN to help get your car. He will give you a great deal and make the process so smooth.
We recently purchased 2018 Toyota Highlander. This was our first car purchase since moving to Arkansas.Overall buying vehicle with Crain Auto Bentonville was great experience! From the sales & finance areas wereExtremely accommodating and professional and joyto work with. We highly recommend purchasing new or used from Crain Automotive Group.
Eli is the best sales man! He really takes care of you and makes sure you get exactly what you want for the payment you want! Definitely would return to him for more help I guess the future!
I bought a truck from Eli Osborn. Very polite, very professional! Got me a wonderful deal! Ill definitely be reccomending him to everyone I know!
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was blown away. I found the same car I was hunting for 30 minutes from me but they took somewhere around 4 hours to get back to me. Then i stumbled upon Crains dealership and they also had what i was looking for. They reached out to me in less than 30 minutes! I live in Covington TN so this was a 3 hour drive for me, but the difference in the phone calls were night and day! We were able to handle almost everything over the phone and they even offered to ship the car to me. We drove out and werent there for no time at all but you could tell, everyone there loved their job. It didnt look like a sales floor full of sharks just after a signature. End of the day, love the Civic SI I drove 3 hours to get and we will probably do it again when the wife upgrades next year just due to the experience I had with them. Great company ran by great people.
Excellent customer service, great selection of vehicles, low prices with in house financing at low interest rates, extended coverage available, award-winning service area, after market upgrades available on site... Whats not to love? Crain sets the standard for a dealership. Good people who care more about you than selling a car, knowledgeable staff and salespeople with low pressure sales, and the best one stop shop in the industry. We wont buy anywhere else!
We just purchased a used Ford Escape from this dealership and they were very strange forward and friendly. Our sales person Mallory Lawley was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. I would use this dealership again we shopped around and they had the best deals by far.
We had a wonderful experience buying our vehicle at Crain Ford. Our sales person (Mallory) guided us through the process with our request in mind. The whole experience from the time I contacted Demetrius to the time we drove off the lot was so easy and friendly. I recommend Crain Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
Mallory Anderson was absolutely amazing. She made buying a car easy, fun, and I pressure-free. You can’t go wrong with this team, and especially Mallory.
My second purchase from Crain Hyundai Little Rock. I told my salesman I was looking for a used suv, color preferred, mileage, price limit and down payment limit, also with monthly payment I was trying to stay under. He achieved all of that. We bought a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and are extremely happy with the vehicle. Emmanuel Ollie was my salesman, and I highly recommend him. He will do whatever it takes to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Financing was quick, process, and I added the 3 year warranty for an extra $10 per month. 5 star experience all the way around.
Do not hesitate to ask for Mallory Lawley she is a wonderful saleswoman and she knows her stuff. She fought to get me the price I wanted. Very professional.
Phi was very nice & informative. He shared his knowledge about the trucks. I didn’t find my truck there, but Phi is a great asset at Crain Ford! Ask for Phi!!!
Mallory Anderson is knowledgeable, helpful, and hilarious. Great experience. Highly recommend. Go see her for your next vehicle purchase.
Mallory was amazing! She was thorough, and had the best intentions. She made me feel at ease!
I came to Crain Ford looking for a new truck that didnt break my bank and wasnt disappointed! I was able to get a great truck with all the bells and whistles I wanted that fit my price range! Huge thank you to Brannen Tipton I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see him! By far the easiest and least stressful experience Ive had when looking for a new vehicle!
Incredibly easy vehicle purchase from Crain Ford of Little Rock. Ed was a pleasure to work with and get the deal done. Buying a car virtually was easier than visiting the actual dealership... even half way across the country. Their staff was professional and courteous. Car was delivered to my front door. I couldnt have asked for much more. Thanks Crain Ford!
Mallory Anderson was very helping in helping me with my purchase of my new car. She was outstanding with her knowledge of the vehicle and her personality is so inviting and helpful. Mallory made me feel confident with my purchase and she left me feeling amazing. I would go back to Mallory and recommend her.
Brilliant work by Eli Osborn up at the Crain Little Rock Ford dealership! Satisfaction at the highest level! Thank you young man!
We received some of the best service from Eli Osborn. From start to finish he put integrity and no pressure sales as priority. All he wanted was for us to be as informed and as comfortable with our decision on the vehicle (no matter the outcome) as possible. Thank you Eli for all of the time and effort you made with us. It’s hard to find a car salesman who values the needs of the customer first and foremost. We’ll be shouting your praises to everyone who will listen!
My experience here was amazing. Not only did I work with the repeating salesman of the month Eli Osborn, but he worked hours on end to find a car that fit my style and desired payment to a T. His passion for the work truly showed in this one of a kind deal and now I enjoy every mile I drive in an amazing, and affordable car!!
Awesome experience, didnt have the car I wanted at the moment but Eli Osborn is an awesome guy and will help you get exactly what you need!
