Our recent purchase from Owens Murphy Little Rock was the most trouble free purchase we have made. We change vehicles about every 3 to 4 years and have dealt with a lot of dealerships in the past. Since were both over 60, weve done this many times. Our salesman, David, was the embodiment of what wed hope to encounter many times before. We drove a total of 5 different vehicles and each time we returned from a drive he had another vehicle waiting on us. After the purchase we had a minor issue which he handled immediately without hesitation. More dealers should model their process after Owens Murphy.
