This place was absolutely amazing!!!!! Thanks to David white I was able to be out in a 2022 Kia k5 GT line! He works wonders to make sure that your taken care of and make sure your get the vehicle you want! I had trouble at several dealerships and they had ran my credit so bad I didn’t think I would be able to get a new vehicle but when I called this places that acted like I had amazing credit and took very good care of me and I had trouble with the other dealerships calling me back and this place was amazing about calling back and making sure that they kept me informed on my new car! David white was the most amazing salesman I’ve ever seen! Like I said he works wonders and he is definitely worth driving a long distance!! They will forever have mine and my family’s business!! I drove all the way from Paragould Arkansas and it was absolutely worth the drive!!

We had been looking for several months for a different vehicle. Finally settled on one at Steve landers Kia because they offered a fair price for our trade in. That was about the only positive about this experience. The vehicle we bought has a rattle in the roof. Before we signed the papers our salesman guaranteed that they would repair it. He and the floor manager assured us of this. So we made Another trip to Little Rock that they scheduled for us to return for them the fix the rattle. All of a sudden everyone had amnesia!! The sales man Michael Lamb was no where around. Would not even answer our phone calls or text messages!! Finally we are told we need to take it to a Nissan dealership. So we leave. Today we go to get tags and the paperwork they sent us was not filled out correctly!! REALLY?!?! You do this every day all day . So very frustrating!! Folks once you sign that paperwork you are on your own it appears! They are supposed to overnight the correct paperwork. We will see.

If I could rate them a 0 out of 5 stars I would...I dont know where to begin to describe this experience??? First of all, I was sold a vehicle that was unsellable due to a recall. Who dropped the ball for that to happen, I have no clue? However, to be completely objective here, I understand that this is a possibility when dealing with used cars.The fact the car had a recall on it wasnt the worst part of the deal. The lack of experience (by my sales rep), communication and compassion (from management) is what led me to write this review. In the span of 5 days, I was told twice the car was ready, once from a third party the dealership works with, second from my sales rep himself who confirmed that vehicle would be ready by Thursday, June 10th.As you can guess, Thursday came and I was told that the vehicle wasnt ready. I was told not only that the vehicle wasnt ready but that they couldnt sell me the vehicle at all. Mind you, this was 5 days after I signed paperwork for the car.This message was not relayed by my sales rep but by a very rude and indignant manager Randi Nalley. Randy acted with little to no compassion for the poor experience that was created to no fault of my own. Only after I called him out on his attitude, he later came back to offer a very weak apology to save face.I left the dealership with no vehicle and as Im typing this email, Steve Landers still has not refunded my down payment for a vehicle I never possessed. Its funny how friendly so many of them were when I was making the purchase. Those same people seemed very annoyed with my presence because of a problem THEY created.That my friends is not what you would expect from a reputable dealership like Steve Landers you would think right? Thank you to Landers Kia team from showing me your true colors. Looks like I dodged a bullet and I need my money back ASAP!!! I would not recommend buying from them based on what they showed me.On a lighter note, shout out Crain Motors for a great experience and selling me a beautiful vehicle. You guys rock!

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford f150 from them the truck was used with 100k miles on it so I was not expecting it to not have issues. They did provide a carfax report on the truck which is what give me the confidence to purchase the truck. I did notice at the time of that there was a service done on the truck at the Steve Landers Kia for oil change and brake replacement. So I felt like that was a really good since they inspected the truck really well. I do remember that the sales person and finance advisor making sure I understood this was a as is deal. Which I found a little off but I just thought oh you have had issues with this in the past. A month later and one trip to Texas and back I understand why. The oil change was to cover up the issue with the engines cam shaft phasers. The brakes I have no clue what they did there the back ones are not wearing the rotor evenly and the brakes make the worse squealing noise. So just be careful with this dealership because they will try and hide issues.

Its been 6 days since I posted this and still no one has reached out to me. Not the dealership, not corporate, no one! I have called, messaged both KIA & dealership via email & all their social media platforms & still I am ignored. So here is my message yet againThe day I brought my vehicle in to be serviced, the staff was incredible! Very helpful, extremely polite & even gave me a courtesy ride home. That day I was told when my car would begin being serviced & I would receive updates via, call, text and/ or email. When that day came I received no updates. I allowed 2 more days to pass after the scheduled appointment before I called the dealership. After being put on hold for 30 min. just to be sent to voicemail, I called again and finally spoke with someone. I was told one issue with my vehicle had already been fix, but the issue wouldnt be addressed until the following week. Again, from the beginning I was told I would receive updates, yet I had to call 2 days after the service appointment date to be told something that dealership forgot to call me about so I could remain in the loop. This exact same situation happened again the following week, as I had to call again to get another update that was already in the system but the dealership yet again did not call me about. I need my vehicle or a rental ASAP! I took my car to the dealership on June 29th 2021 & since then Ive been provided with no help!

I would love to say that Chloe, out of the 6 or 7 salespeople/dealerships Ive dealt with in my journey for a new car, is the only one who was willing to dig a little deeper to find me what I was really looking for. Not just push something that was already on the lot. I havent even bought the car yet, but shes got me excited to come in for the test drive and to sign the dotted line! Never have I ever loved Kia as much as I do now.

Most unprofessional and useless car dealership Ive ever been to. They had my car for 5 months after engine failure recall. Not one time did they let me talk to management, lied to me, would only text. Messages go unanswered. Dunsmuir got my car back today. It was filthy from setting outside for 5 months, didnt bother to wash the engine compartment either.What a joke.

I really appreciate the service I receive from Landers Kia in Little Rock. They are prompt, complete, thorough and kind. Their digital messages that work is completed, and that payment, receipt and invoice can be done from the comfort of your seat in the waiting area is awesome. The amenities available in the waiting room are much appreciated. The only reason I gave a 4 star review for this visit was that I did have to wait a bit after entering the garage. To tell you how spoiled I am by their service, it wasnt longer than 5-6 minutes. But thats about 5-6 times the wait I usually experience. Great job SL KIA Service Department!

He is a true professional; knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and attentive.We did the majority of our car buying with texts, emails, and a phone call. Will was great! And when we arrived at the dealership, our car was detailed and ready. It only took us about half an hour to complete the paperwork before we were on our way in our new car. I used the online scheduling assistant which was ridiculous, then sent emails to the people listed as the contacts, no response... Then I drove to the dealership to see if I actually had an appointment. Melinda was the one who helped me and I must say, she made the experience better than it started. She was able to get me in right away and was very forthcoming on what they were going to do and how they would resolve the recalls on my vehicle. Thanks for making this experience go from a 1 to a 4. You need to fix your online scheduling assistant.

Robert was amazing! Very sweet and honest. I have never felt better buying a vehicle. There was zero pressure. He told me what to expect and was honest when he wasnt sure of something. I really am proud of my purchase. Its been almost 3 months and I still have that warm, fuzzy feeling. I can honestly say Ive never felt more confident buying a vehicle. Service department is chaotic. Brought my truck in for an appointment for an oil change and they told me it was a 2 hour wait. I rescheduled in-person for the following week and when I showed up, the same lady who made my appointment in person said she had no record of my appointment and was fairly rude. The facilities are super nice but the management is lacking severely.

I love my car and I really want to love my experience with this dealer but I am struggling because my entire experience since I walked out the door has just been so frustrating. I would like to say that all the people at the dealership have been very nice and polite. I do want to note that the people at the service desk have been absolute gems. Communication has been a huge issue though. There was some hiccups getting my car which was damaged when I bought it fixed. They got that smoothed out though. The communication during the process could have been a lot better but I am very thankful that it got taken care of. Today I got a text and email saying my car was ready to be picked up. The issue is that I actually picked the car up a week before I got this email/text. The service person apologized and said that it was for work done before I bought the car. So, there was more damage to the car with only 16 miles on it (when I bought it) that was fixed before I even looked at the car. More damage? What?On top of that, I got a letter from my finance company letting me know that whoever did my paperwork left a few things off of it. Some of those things are important.Getting someone on the phone through this entire experience has been next to impossible.Even if you leave a message and wait a few days, they dont respond. I understand people are busy but a call back about the status of my car and what to do about my loaner would have been nice.Maybe I am being picky but I had really hoped to buy and get a brand new undamaged car and to have a dealership who seemed organized but they just havent been in my case. Maybe they dont usually sell damaged new cars and I just got super unlucky. Maybe I am just an outlier and they are normally super organized. Maybe someone is new. Maybe it is a very busy time of year. I understand all that. I do.It has just been a pretty awful experience with awful communication during the whole process. It was so disorganized and chaotic. I love my car. Id love to buy another Kia one day but I just cant see myself wanting to repeat that process with this particular dealership. I just wish that the brand new car bought wasnt damaged.Again, each individual employee Ive dealt with has been super nice and polite. The service desk was so patient with my questions and one of the guys in particular, I think his name was Chase, was so helpful. I almost feel bad giving it three stars because the people behind that desk were so amazing but the rest of the experience just made it awful. The dealership as a whole just seems very disorganized from my experience with them.I do want to acknowledge that they didnt have to fix the damage I found on my car once I left the dealership but they did. And I am thankful for that. My salesman was very apologetic about the lack of communication. I gave three stars because of the service desk people and because they did fix the damage I saw on my car but I am still incredibly disappointed with having purchased a new car that has been damaged and possibly damaged in more ways than I know since it had work done to it before I bought it. I am almost certain they dont have to legally disclose that to me but I feel like it would have been the right thing to do so someone could make an informed and whole decision about the brand new car they are purchasing.This just wasnt the experience I think I should have gotten from this dealership.People seeing this: inspect your car a ridiculous amount, get on the ground if you have to and crawl under the thing, even if you buy a brand new one with 16 miles on it. Ask them if it has been damaged before. Also, if someone doesnt call you back, you will probably have go in to get anyone to talk to you. You can get a lot more done if they see your face and the people behind service desk are super nice anyway so it shouldnt be a completely awful visit.Edit: I want to add that I only got one key to the car and Ive been having trouble finding someone to tell me if I get a second.

The dealership and it’s workers, are great. They try! It’s Kia corporate that makes it hard to down right impossible to recommend a Kia vehicle. Had several Kia’s and had several engines fail, for no apparent reason. Kia corporate doesn’t do anything and will tell you it’s your fault that you car with 40 thousand miles threw a rod. Then the Kia corporate rep tells you that they could care less if you ever buy a Kia vehicle again. How, as a consumer/customer are you supposed to process that? The only way I know how, and that to never buy a Kia product again. EVER!No matter, how well the dealership performs or how great their employees are, they are doomed because of how Kia Corporate is actively destroying their customer base by failing to stand behind there’re manufacturing defects in their engines.

I had to reach out to them to get any updates over a 3 week period. Very difficult to get someone on the line when you call and if your lucky enough to get someone you will be transferred. Communication is via text messages, difficult when you major car issues and questions. Quick communication is not always the appropriate avenue to communicate, maybe give customers an option of how they want to be updated/contacted and honor it when they tell you would prefer a call over a text. Its not via text....for sure.... when its several thousands dollars in potential costs. That warrants a phone call.

My husband and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Landers in Benton and had great experience. However, our 22yr old daughter went to this location to trade in her car for a Kia Soul. The salesman, Chris, treated her like she didnt even matter. When she asked questions about interest rates and such, he couldnt answer her. He left her in his cubicle to fill out an application on her phone while he roamed around the salesfloor. After being ignored for some time she left. Now let me tell you, Chris, had you bothered to actually pay attention to this kid in an older car you would have found out that she has a full time professional job, owns her own house, has perfect credit, and cash to put down along with her trade- in and was ready to buy that Soul right then. Thanks to you, McLarty or Fitts will sell another car.

This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We purchased a vehicle 45 days ago and continuously called asking who we needed to make payments to and when we would receive registration info. I was given incorrect info, a phone number to call that was not a working number, and continuously transferred from dept to dept with no help. When I would call I was told the info was mailed a month ago. Finally found out that info was mailed to wrong address because of their mistake. Still no ownership and constant transferring. If asked I would recommend any dealer over Steve Landers because this experience and the utter incompetence I observed was horrible and I would not wish this on anyone.

On Monday this week I went into Steve Landers KIA to purchase my first brand new car, ever! Wanted to consider a 2020 Optima. My sales guy Dustin Rowe called me and we worked numbers and within 2 hours we had a deal going. By the end of the week with a few minor set backs we left in a Brand New 2020 KIA Sorento. While discussing financing options with one of the salesmen, they originally stated that I would not be able to purchase the car from them with an approved loan from the bank. The bank was giving me a much better interest rate. Once I revealed that I previously worked for a bank and issued checks to customers to pay dealers, the salesman then told me I could use a check from the bank. I would just have to put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it prior to getting the check.While I loved the car and the price was great, I am not willing to give my business to a dealership that was willing to deceive me for their benefit, rather than providing me with honest, up-front communication to make a sale.

A-MA-ZING customer service!My car started having acceleration problems in the middle of my drive from Chicago to Houston. Landers Kia was able to see me same-day, and I had a diagnosis within an hour. They unfortunately didn’t have the part I needed in stock, and it was going to take a few days to get it shipped in. They were incredibly kind enough to let me use their loaner vehicle so that I could get home to TX for the Thanksgiving holiday until I was driving back to Chicago.Ryan and his team did an incredible job minimizing a stressful situation. If I lived in the area I would definitely continue to use them for all of my Kia service needs.The waiting area was also bright and clean, had multiple phone chargers available for use, on-demand coffee and water, and a play room for kiddos.So much thanks!!!

Delearship was clean and nice and salesmen were nice but the dealership as a whole is shady. I traded a car that had over 1/2 a tank in gas and they would only give me $5 worth. Also refused to give me a second key to my car because it is not a Kia. Definitely will not be referring anyone to this dealership or any Steve landers dealerships.

Awesome experience and deal with Taylor Case and Josh Walker. We walked away from another dealership that could not give us what we wanted and decided to try KIA before calling it a day. I purchased a car and was told I would get two free oil changes. Which I had a feeling this was a lie and they just confirmed it today. I took my car there today to have it serviced do to a recall. When I checked out he told me I had to pay and it did not show I would get two free oil changes. Why lie about something so petty to make a car sale. Train your employees to be honest and honor their words. This is not the first lie I have been told by the employees here. I will never purchase a car from here again.

They sent a flyer to get me in (excellent credit) sat there for over an hour waiting for a meeting to end- onto to be told they there was no way to honor the flyer sent to me. Such a waste of my timeLet me respond to your follow up to your response-My 750 credit score and the flyer was 3 days old. Promise to purchase my car and put me in the next one......the sales manager apologized for not meeting the flyer. Not one of them read the flyer - or tried.Went out and bought a new Jetta with zero problem. Will not do business with you at all
