I love this place! Theres always a good sale on otherwise overpriced hair products! And the staff is polite and customer service oriented - such a HUGE thing these days!

Terrible experience with stylist June. She was rude the whole time. Doesnt know how to cut or style curly hair. I was embarrassed just to walk from the salon to my car afterwards. Not sure how you get through cosmetology school not being able to deal with different styles of hair.

Emma is fantastic. Gave me exactly what I wanted, despite my very vague instructions (short, purple streaks, out of my eyes). I recommend her. Apologies for dubious picture quality.

Walked in and was not greeted by anyone. When someone finally saw me they only said hi but never came to the counter. We stood and waited and nobody ever attended to us. We walked out and found a better business to go to.

Loved how they were able to make me a same day appointment. Loved my hair. Great customer service

It needs to be known that my experience June 2018 with JCPenney Salon ( Little Rock, Arkansas ) was one of the most disturbing and horrible experiences I have ever had with a salon. Parents and Corporate, BEWARE and be aware of the stylist Shayla. My 9 year old daughter who is accustomed to getting her hair done professionally unfortunately experienced her brutal treatment while getting her braid extensions completed.This lady was unfriendly on our intial meet, gossiped about weight issues of prior clients in the salon and caused my daughter continued soreness in her neck due to the stylist extending her neck down so far in the seat to braid the back of her hair. My daughter began to cry and this HATEFUL woman continued as if she saw nothing until I intervened. Talked with salon manager Abby and on our 1st conversation before I had the chance to tell what had happened she told me she needed to call me back because she had a customer. Excellent Customer Service is not the forefront in this department.This employee should leave customer service and never braid on a childs head again. I fear for any child who is left in her care.

Dont waste your time they wont cut your hair past six. Rude too. Not friendly at all.
