Great selection and it’s always very organized. The location has also been very convenient for me: easy to get in and out of. I do wish there was a way to order things that are out of stock in store, especially when there’s a promotion. If there is a way, I wish that was openly promoted. The website is not user friendly either, but that’s not this location’s fault, so I’m not blaming them. I just want the company to make it so that I can order online, even if it’s just “ship to store.” I live an hour out of town. When I call to see how much they have in stock, that number can (and totally has) change(d) before I get there. That’s not their fault, but I would love the ability to reserve stock ahead of time and have it allocated to me. I’m sure that would be better for the stores anyway, because then everyone who wants to buy it from them can and they still get stock for their shelves. Because it’s there for the people who definitely want it ahead of time, and available for those who end up needing it later. I know that inventory can be a challenge right now, but at least if the website worked it would actually let people know ahead of time that there isn’t enough available. It’s mutually beneficial, because I don’t end up driving there and leaving with none/less, and the store doesn’t have to repeat themselves all day(s) saying they’re out of stock.

I’ve been coming here since 2016, and the service has always been wonderful. Courtney & Haley always make me feel welcomed & are always up to date with any questions I have about products & sales!

Always has what my significant other needs, very helpful and great service

I was in dire need of a product that everyone seemed to be out of (you know, the current cootie crisis) and the ladies at this location pulled out boxes and ladders and looked everywhere for the bottles the computer said they had in stock, and sure enough, they located the last 4 bottles in Central Arkansas. Above and beyond with a friendly attitude is becoming rare but I found it here.

I live getting my essentials from State Beauty Supply. The cashier was very helpful also.
