Every product that I have tried from Bath and Body works has been amazing and true to the guarantee they provide!I am addicted to their amazing functional, perfumed and super moisturizing sanitizer that comes in sooo many choices at such low prices! Their Japanese cherry blossom body mist is something my hubby and I cant do without! Their Aromatherapy range is awesome especially the Eucalyptus one. The body lotion with Eucalyptus essential oil can put an insomniac to a restful sleep!The new sea-tox collection that has arrived this summer is mind blowing as well. Their at the BEACH sand and sea scrub salt scrub is the stuff magic is made of! I have never ever experienced a scrub as good as this. All you need is a teeny tiny amount and it refreshes, rejuvinates and moisturizes your skin. I have blemished, dry skin which has never glowed this much with only a scrub and nothing else. I am soooo in love. I cant wait for June 4th when they have their semi annual upto 75% off sale ♡♡♡♡♡

Just a dream in a bottle! Beautiful stores, skinny beautiful sales clerks. You walk in for one bottle of $14 body spray and 3 bags and $60 later you have succumbed to WHAT is BATH&BODYWORKS! AMAZING PLACE. Rub, dont walk, to find your signature scent.

Its Christmas Holiday sales season and the store was well-furnished and staffed. Everyone was willing to help and answer questions or find that elusive Paris Cafe candle that I simply must have in stash for those moments of needed relaxing scentsational escapes 😅

I love the products they have here, thats why Im giving more than one star, however, the staff was less than friendly on this visit. I wish Id gotten her name. They were having a sale online and in stores. There was a discrepancy on the items on sale online versus the store and I asked about it. I was told that they dont price match. How can you price match yourself??? The salesperson was very rude about it. I told her to keep my items. I would just order them online. Thanks to these policies well eventually see the death of the brick and mortar store and all those jobs. SMH

Went for the semi annual sale and was told they dont price match their own website. How absurd is that? So much for supporting their brick and mortar stores. Might as well do all your shopping online. At least then you will know you get the best deal. Ridiculous in my most humble opinion.

Visited here and noticed all the new scents they have. I didnt come during the great sale, so it wasnt crowded and it was quiet. Rose water & ivy is my new favorite scent.

Always spend more than I need too. But I really love their semi sales days because you can get Birthday presents and all other special occasion gifts and they are ready when I need them. Love it. A funny part is husband cant go in because of all the scents.so that even makes it more fun.

The Sales Rep was really nice and assisted me in my purchases. Im disable and she took her time in helping me. I havent been there in years. But I will be going back.

I go to this store to stock up on my favorite fragrance, Moonlight Path. Since pandemic I order online. Have a multitude of scents in candles, soaps, lotions, shower gel, bath bombs, lip gloss, hand soap & sanitizers, creams etc. Introduce new scents regularly. Usually have items on sale---buy 3 get 2 free, buy 2 get one free, 25% off, etc. Great place to shop for Christmas gifts & stocking stuffers.Employees are well trained, friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful without being overbearing.

Candle day a success, busy but the associates makes it easy for everyone and the cashiers was quick. We was in and out. Will do again next candle day!

I typically go during sales, everyone is always nice when Ive been there and helpful, the scent black cherry merlot is my favorite, along with peach Bellini handsoaps. I give five stars because so far the company hasnt given me any reason to rate them any lower. Though make sure you check the online deals and sign up for the email coupons as to not miss out on good opportunities to save!

Very nice place. Great gift ideas. Sales lady was misleading when she said if it fits in this bag its 40% off. She didnt say you had to purchase the 35 dollar bag. Kinda felt like they wanted my 40% saving to be spent on the bag. Not a savings.

I recently visited this store for a quick trip on my lunch break to pick up 1 or 2 specific items. There were some electronic issues with the register while I was checking out which caused a bit of a hold up. The entire staff, especially Laura, were so friendly and apologetic (even though it was in no way their fault) and they handled everything in such a professional and kind manner. I will continue to shop at this store because of the care they place behind how things are managed. I highly recommend this Bath and Body Works!

Very low stock on hand to sell. Much of the advertised items were not to be found. Wallflowers were limited to just a few scents and many were not labeled. Not many scents for hand soap either.

As bath and body works go, theyre pricy and usually just good for a quick window shop. This place was surprisingly organized, and the staff was kind, which is why Im taking time to write a review on the chain.
