This is my hair store. I will drive way across town to come here. I rarely see the owners and when I do, theyre watching everybody like their stealing. BUT they hire really awesome counter girls that know their products and THATS why I come back.

I only gave it a star it was the only way I could get to this page. Ive work in customer service for a number of years and rule #1 is to take care of your customers. All I needed was a simple exchange. Wasnt able to get that. When ask to speak to a manager no one seems to be the manager. You lost a customer for life I will not tell anyone I know about this place.

Store could use some upgrading. This store has been around for 20 plus years so they have made big bucks from the community. Store has very stinky odor. Same carpet has been in there for entire time. Give back to the community Hair Plus!

I will never shop at this store. I called for a price estimate on a wig and was told they couldnt give that info over the phone. There are a lot of potential customers they wont get because a lot of cant drive. Who would waste fare on what could be a blank trip?
