The ice cream is amazing and people that want ice cream go here its the best

The smoothest, fastest Dairy Queen I have ever been to, and that was even a hot July Friday evening. Kudos to that team.

Overall good! They have some really cool outdoor seating but its unfortunate that they dont have a public restroom because my 3 year old needed to go.

This is how Dairy Queen used to be. Overflowing cups of blizzards...Cones/dishes bursting high out of the dish/cone. This location is run differently than the corporate chain and that’s a great thing. This location is run so well that the line of cars stretches up South street at times!

Dairy Queen treat did an amazing job creating my birthday cake!! My boyfriend called in the order and asked that there be a giraffe decoration, but no specifications... We enjoy seeing the finished product. This year dairy Queen treat went above and beyond to create a handmade amazing giraffe!!!I wish I could show off the picture :)

Went to the South 16th on Old Cheney location, place is straight garbage. Failure on my part for not double checking what is already their one job they have to make sure the order is complete, only to find out that half my order was missing. After checking the food I already had at home, the french fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. The double cheeseburgers were cold, the pretzel sticks my friend got were cold, the two piece tenders were dried out and cold. The ranch dip looked old and lumpy and smelled weird. And the final straw... pun intended, they didn’t give us straws for our drinks. The only good thing that came out of all this is they’re giving me a refund. Hope no one else has this experience while spending their money for a service that isn’t all that hard to get right. I worked at Burger King many many moons ago so I know how ridiculously easy working at a fast food joint is. Thanks, have a good day.

Literally the best Dairy Queen in Lincoln, my blizzard is always made perfect they are always kind I live closer to two other locations, but will make the drive to this one because they are amazing

Not good the ice cream was very soft, melting before I got out the door, asked for very small dish for my granddaughter, got an overflowing cup that melted all over her. Not happy

Went in to get 2 ice cream cakes to celebrate birthdays of multiple family members. We were greeted right away and were treated in a very friendly manner. We asked to have all the names written on the cakes. They both came out great! Great place!

While not always the easiest location to get in and out of, it is by far my favorite DQ. The glider swings are reason enough to come here! However I also very much appreciate the employees who on many occasions have made my visit even more enjoyable. And you can never go wrong with a twist cone!

I LOVE this Dairy Queen!! It is the only one in town that still makes their own dilly bars, the pre-packaged ones are simply not as good. I drive across town to get a cherry dilly bar on a regular basis. I also have a teenager that works there, who has had a wonderful experience. I have recommended other teens to work there as well.

I love going to Dairy Queen. I dont go often, but when I do its usually just for a treat. Its nice to sit outside on the picnic table.

I absolutely love this Dairy Queen. I have never had issues with it. I am an employee and I am not related to any of the managers. As most of us arent. I have never been yelled at. We never have anyone who just comes in and sits in the lobby. All the people that know of this Dairy Queen loves it.

Way to long of a wait for icecream. For the price we paid for our order we could have went to Goodrich! Also, how about a thank you or have a nice day? Showing appreciation goes a long way!

It’s so good. And the best part is when I get the cookie dough flavor for my topping, they give me extra! Dairy Queen is my favorite Icecream place!

Best Dairy Queen in town! The blizzards are way better here than any other DQ. So much colder and thicker, not runny or melted than others. Love this place and they have family fun days.

My favorite soft serve ice cream in town. Great service and tasty treats. Only open during warmer months of the year. Generally April-October. Not a grill location, i.e. no burgers, fries, etc.

There is nothing like a blizzard, the ice cream dessert type that is. DQ never disappoints. And when your neighborhood DQ has a BOGO, you definitely go!The mainly drive-thru DQ at 41st and South in Lincoln is no exception. The friendly, smiling faces and old skool feel of the place just adds to the experience.Theyll close for a while at the end of the month to allow us to deal with cold and snow and that other kind of blizzard.But, well await their return in Spring!

Great little Dairy Queen. Sadly they close over winter season but if its summer, there will always be cars lined up here! Friendly crew as well

I just ordered a mini snickers blizzard, got it home to eat it, and there was more snickers crumbs on the top than the whole rest of the blizzard. Maybe this isnt normal, but check your blizzard before you leave, so youre not paying for nothing more than soft serve in a cup.

This is our favorite Dairy Queen. Decided to go for an ice cream cone around 7:30pm. Checked website first that confirmed they would be open until 10pm. However, when we got there they were closed for the season. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Left disappointed and no ice cream!

Reminds me of the old Dairy Queen when I was little instead of the new fast food locations.

As of June 22, 2019 this Dairy Queen still makes German Chocolate Blizzards. Im unaware of any other DQ that will make that flavor.

They are closing 20 minutes early than what they have on google maps and when you try talking to them they ignore youNot a good customer service

Amazing and fast service!! Id highly suggest having one of their famous blizzards or dilly bars if you decide to go here! They also have a sweet 5-6$ lunch special from 12-4p.m and you get yourself an AMAZING lunch and afterwards an icecream sunday which comes in a variety of flavors to choose from...my favorite is good ol strawberry 😊.
