I lovin their variety of desserts: snowflake crisp(matcha, chocolate,milk), egg tart, milk chiness date, towel roll(chocolate, matcha, mango, strawberry, and many other flavors). I ordered cake several times for my friends‘birthday and parties(reservation required in advance, various sizes, various flavors), the taste will surprise me and never let me down every time. In addition to cream cakes, there are mille-layer cakes (matcha, chocolate, taro). Every time I ate too fast and forgot to take pictures.

Came here to pick up a Morning Latte, late in the evening. Totally worth it!

Loved this place. Have been seeing the videos of rolled ice cream in social media and then we accidentally found this place. Had Mango Tango and its really good. My friends have tried Latte and Oreo and they are also very good. This place is very very clean but its extremely expensive. The place is very tidy. I would go here more often. I also wish there are more flavors available. I must mention the colorful spoons used as silverware.

Love it!Ive been to the one in Omaha before so I thought Id check this one out too. If you like dessert and instagramable stuff this is your place. Watching them roll the ice cream is so oddly satisfying is definitely worth the 7 bucks it costs for a bowl.My only complaint is that I wish there was an option for a smaller size. Its so much ice cream! Also, this location is a little weird about the process. You walk up to the counter to order, then you go down the line to watch it being made. Then you walk back through traffic to get your ice cream back at the counter. Kind of weird, but not a big deal.Definitely recommend!

I would echo some of the other reviews by saying this is very expensive for what you get. They roll the ice cream right in front of you which is cool, but it cost about 7 dollars with tax plus whatever you want to tip. The final product of the rolled ice cream looks really pretty, but the as far as the taste goes, it’s sub par. It’s pretty thin low fat ice cream which doesn’t really compare to other ice cream shops like Ivanna Cone, Dairy Queen, or Cold-stone.

This is so cool, literally. Love the Thai ice cream. This really nice to have in Lincoln. Worth the price especially if you are coming downtown. If you dont the price complain about the building owners like Speedway Properties.

This place is the absolute worst, if you want to have food poisoning, definitely check this place out! The customer service was extremely slow, I was the only customer in the store and I had to wait 16 minutes to get my icecream and drink, The manager gave me an attitude and refused to give an extra spoon, saying you only need one spoon, the place is also an absolute mess, very untidy and dirty. When I was watching them make my icecream, the person who was making it picked up the icecream with their barehands, no gloves or anything.

Its not cheap, Its not DQ. Taste great and awesome experience. Better than DQ, but not for a budget.

I was in this place, clean and pleasant atmosphere, the taste of ice cream in good, the service in unfriendly without smiling, without kindness, some recommendation, visit motivated by the product the service is bad .It is a product that has commercial potential ruined by lack of enthusiasm, poor service and short vision.Remember that a good product must ALWAYS be accompanied by a purchase experience that makes the customer return.

The ice cream here is so lovely and delicious! Even in the winter, eating the ice cream is very enjoyable! The sevice is very nice and the owner is very friendly!

Very good ice cream

The ice cream was all right, but was severely mislabeled. I ordered key lime, and it tasted and looked like banana strawberry. It was fun to watch them make it, but overall it was too expensive for the experience.

Today was my first time here. I have heard a lot of hype about it but I wanted to try it for myself. To be honest, I am not really one to be too impressed with rolled ice cream and, sure it was pretty for a photo, but a McDonalds Oreo McFlurry or even Dairy Queens Oreo Blizzard and Sonics Oreo Blast taste better (I got the Oreos Secret from this place to compare). The workers were friendly, the place is clean, and the location is convenient, but the ice cream itself is nothing too special. So, save yourself $7 or even $4 and go to McDonalds!

Rolled ice cream has reached Lincoln! Pick one of the 20+ recipes and watch them pour the cream on a very cold plate, chop up the mix-in, spread the mixture across the plate, then scrape the mixture up into right rolls. Put them into a cup, add the toppings, and you are handed a giant bowl of super fresh ice cream goodness.This place is just as good as places you can find on the east coast. Super tasty fun twist on classic sundaes. Definitely worth trying it out for the novelty.

Was not that good, 15 mins after eating it both mine and my boyfriends stomaches started to cramp and we both felt nauseous. 👎🏼

Glad we got to see what the experience was all about, but wouldnt be our first choice for frozen treat establishments. It was fun to watch our treats being made but the people helping us didnt seem like they really wanted to be there. There were a few tables of people when we got there and once everyone was helped, the three employees immediately got on their phones and were on them until we left. As we were walking out, the tables that people were sitting at had not been wiped down. Kind of makes me wonder what other cleaning duties were being neglected.

Ok for not soft serve

We tried Freezing at the Harvest Moon Festival and it was great! 7 dollars for a serving, but it was more than enough to feed my friend and myself. We got the sunkissed strawberry mango, and I really enjoyed that the flavors were more creamy and fruity than just sugary. Perfect amount of sweetness in my opinion. Going to have to visit the shop to try a chocolate flavor next!

Nice new concept for a frozen treat!

We have been here three times and sadly it has gotten worse each time. The first time it wasn’t busy and the ice-cream was amazing, the second time the ice-cream was ok (started melting as soon as we got it and turned to a puddle not long after) but the service was terrible, and then last night was a new low. They keep changing there hours so we rushed across town to make it downtown with ten minutes to spare only to find out they decided to lock their doors and close early. When we got there people were coming out so we went in not knowing they were closed, we were turned away along with the other two families walking in behind us. I told them we had rushed across town to make it on time and the only (rude) response we got was that they were slow earlier in the day so they decided to close early. Keep in mind they weren’t slow at the time and actually turned away paying customers during operating hours. I would think if you were slow during the day you wouldn’t turn away the ten customers that are there waiting. My advice would be to call in the future before driving down and wasting time and gas and not expect any customer service at all. The young man at the register made it clear the last two times we were there that he would rather be anywhere else doing anything else other then working. I give this place 6 months top. :(

Received a gift card as a birthday gift and I was excited to try the ice cream here with my 2 year old daughter and husband. As soon as we walked in and approached the cashier at the counter we were not greeted verbally, not even a smile! I asked if I could please add on a pocky stick to my order for my daughter and he replied there would be a charge. I told him thats fine. When my husband went up to pick up our order the pocky stick was not there so he asked the cashier about it and he then replied Oh, I didnt add it on. He made no attempt to even correct this and brushed us off completely. If you want people to return then you need to work on customer service and friendliness. A simple smile goes a LONG way. If you go there and spot the Asian cashier with glasses, thats who Im referring to.

The ice cream was very creamy and delicious. I got the coffee flavored one. It was very rich, however it did give me a headache and stomach ache from being so strong. I can usually handle coffee flavors (coffee is life) but this one I will stay away from. My co-workers had the strawberry last and the key lime pie, both said it was very delicious. I will try that another time.

Ok Monkey Business. Thats the first one you gotta try when you get to this place. This is definitely a great little hidden gem. Make sure to stop by during the hot summer months and give this place a try!!!

We tried this spot mostly for novelty’s sake and were so happily surprised by how unique & how flavorful it was!! Really a fun twist in ice cream. I think we had the Mango Sunrise.

Its a decent, fun place to take people new to town or try something new. It is on the pricey side of things for what you get and you are mostly paying for the show of the staff making the rolls in front of you. One of my personal issues with the location is the music in the store is often rather loud for me.Overall, decent ice cream and good staff, I would prefer to go to a place like Ivanna Cone though.

The Thai freezing rolled ice cream is really good. My kids couldnt finish theirs, and could use a smaller size maybe. I recommend young children share as it is a lot for them.

My experience at this shop was terrible. the interactions that took place with the workers was in a word, disgusting. me and my friends were out for my birthday and thought it would be fun to close out the night with some ice cream. we watched our ice cream take forever to be made, keeping in mind, there are currently five workers here. the workers didnt speak to us at all, just to each other. to make up for time, me and my talked and the workers, instead of doing, stood there and laughed at us while we spoke amongst ourselves. we listened in shock, as the workers used expressive language to say the least. keep in mind we are thirteen year old boys hearing workers use the n word, f word, etc. i feel absolutely ashamed that my parents and friends had to watch what happened, and of all days, on my birthday. thanks for the experience, freezing thai rolled ice cream..

The ice cream was all right but not anything any of us feel the need to go back for. The service left a lot to be desired. The guy at the cash register didnt greet you, smile, look at you and just mumbled. I about fell on the melted ice cream on the floor but noone still cleaned it up. Definitely not a fan of this place.

Id seen the videos of rolled ice cream being made online so I kind of knew what I was in for when I went. Watching the ice cream be made right in front of you is just magical and you know youre getting something extra special and fresh. I got their strawberry lady and I gotta say, that was the best, freshest strawberry ice cream Ive ever had. The whip cream and sweet strawberries on top really push it over the top (ha!) and the Pocky they finish it with adds an extra bit of fun. The staff was very friendly and patient with me while I tried to decide which flavor I wanted (so many of the options sounded delicious like key lime or smores). Ill definitely be going back to try their other flavors! And while it is a bit on the pricey side, its totally worth it. TREAT YO SELF!

Great ice cream! Terrible service. One employee working who didnt smile once and maybe said two words the entire time we were there, which was about 30 minutes waiting to order and for it to be served.

I’m usually not very picky about service, but this was really bad. To start, when I walked in, one of the employees was sitting in a chair vaping. When he proceeded to take our order, he said he actually didn’t know what he was doing. He then went to the women’s restroom and knocked on the door and two other employees walked out (one was the manager). The manager put in my order and then they all proceeded to argue about who’s going to make the ice cream. While all this was happening, the first employee continued to vape. The place also reeked of puke and was very dirty. Would not recommend!

Ridiculously expensive, and the flavors were ALL unimpressive. All five of us got different flavors, and no one finished theirs. The people working behind the counter were apathetic at best. We thought the kiddos would like watching them make it, but the workers didnt even smile at them as they were watching. It was very boring, and the ice cream was not good. Save your money.

Today i ordered two ice cream : oreos secret and giant green. My parents loved the oreos secret. But the giant green, the first bite gave me a sour taste instead of the strong flavor of green tea that I tried the first time I came in. I was a little disappointed later because it also smelled like trash. I hope the store can make improvement because my cousins and I really love to come there. Thanks anyway ! :)))

When I came in, the employee was vaping and then didn’t know how to put in my order. Two other employees joined and after putting in our order argued very loudly about who will be making my ice cream. They were all super rude and disrespectful. Loved the ice cream but wouldn’t wanna come back to service like that. It also smelled like puke in there and was very dirty. Very disappointed!

Ice cream was ok, neat looking but if you want good tasting ice cream then I think ivanna cone is was better. Service not the best stood at the register until the two girls finished their conversation, all the tables were dirty too. It does have a neat presentation and average cost is 7.50ish.

TERRIBLE service. Workers were apathetic and rude. Good ice cream but expensive, but the ice cream was not good enough to make up the bad service. One girl came in for a good ten minutes and no one took her order, so she left. The dude gave me a dirty look when I asked how long it would it take to make my ice cream. I waited 30 minutes, and there was not a lot of customers.

Best rolled icecream place in Lincoln

I went there on 6/12/19 and ordered an avocado one and my friend ordered the giant matcha one. The avocado one was really salty for some reason and I didnt like that. And my friend only got a few rolls of icecream, filling only half of her bowl- we felt ripped off for $15. And customer service could be improved, they seemed really careless in general while taking our order. Other than that, the place was chill.

The ice cream seemed kind of bland compared to other Thai rolled ice cream places I have been to. The wait was pretty long even for it being a rolled ice cream place.

Boyfriend and I went here and ordered the Sweet Heart and Monster Inc. I’ve cream was good but service was a little lacking. Had to ask someone to order our ice cream.

Two different workers made each of ice cream and the weight were totally different. One of the guy who are woking there look at us like a bugs. Ice cream was deicious but it is quite expensive..
