Went to get my phone upgraded as they instructed me to do. No one there. Called the # on the store window . They sent me to one downtown. Got there they said sorry we just stopped doing this today because too many people were having problems with the upgrade. My new phone drops calls everyday. Liked Virgin Mobile much better.

They regularly close early so I decided not to get one of their phones. Loss of service cause of this. NOPE

I wasnt in that store for a few years now but, when I had there service it was very go, even when I went home to N.Y. to visit it worked very well

Although I was unable to get the phone I wanted due to an unavailable upgrade. The employee helped me immensely. She was kind and polite. Ill be back when the upgrades are available.

Called this store to see if it was open and no one answered. Im sitting at the store on cable road and the open sign is lit up but the doors are locked and noone is here. Get your hours straight people. This is not professional.

They are a phone store but they don’t answer the phone. I paid my money to get a phone and my number ported and 24 hours later and still counting nothing!

Waited 45 minutes to be helped then he hopped back a customer ahead of me. Had four customers and no one was getting hits full attention
