The service was great didnt have to wait long to get help and they answered all my questions. I would recommend this service to your family and friends you wont go wrong..
I went in this store today to buy a cell phone but I couldnt get any help. No one even acknowledge my presence. This store was terrible. Now considering not even going through T Mobile.
Staff is horribly trained. Felt bad for them...switching from Verizon to T-mobile and had no idea how to add a new customer. Also have a deal to trade in your old I phone for a new I phone 12 but apparently can’t do this for 6 lines. When we went there they said this would be no problem after we were there for 3 hours they finally got ahold of management who told them this is not the case. We would have to pay a $800 down payment to get all of our phones upgraded. They also promised our monthly bill to be lower than Verizon. It is not it’s the same. Again not the staff fault that they are not trained but these guys have been working at the store for awhile. It wasn’t there first day.

Really wish Sprint hadnt merged with T-Mobile. Left T-Mobile 6 years ago over bad service. Was loving Sprint but now Im back on the same terrible T-Mobile service as before. Thinking AT&T might be getting a new customer.

The people that work here are honestly one of the best people youll find in wireless customer service. Ive been to AT&T and Verizon here in Lima and Sprint Elida Rd. does a fantastic job 👍

25$ a month unlimited everything. What what!! Its the kickstart program. At first the guy said it was going to be 50(because they provided me with the number) but I called a couple days ago making sure it was all good. I dont know what happened but it doesnt mention on the website ( unless I missed it) about bringing a phone along with a number. Either way it should be clarified on the website, Im glad we came to an understanding. The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful.
I was locked out of my iPhone 7, went into the store for help and received none. Was told that because I hadnt purchased insurance for the phone there was nothing that they could do for me. The phone is less than 2 months old. I was informed that Sprint only warranties the phone for 14 days. First of all insurance is for if I do something to damage the phone not a malfunctioning defective phone. They didnt offer to make a phone call to Apple in fact they (the manager and the tech.) never came to see nor ask me what the problem was, everything was via a sales associate. Their solution was for me to take the phone to Columbus, Ohio or some other Apple store to get it fixed or replaced. This was the second time that I visited the store to resolve my concern. I informed the sales associate that I would NEVER deal with Sprint again and Ive been a customer since Sprint first offered cell phones to Ford Motor Co. employees. I took a chance and visited the Harding Hwy. store the next day and the customer service there was outstanding TREVOR SMITH, Sales Associate said that if I would give him a couple of hours that he would have my phone fixed, true to his word he did just that....THANK YOU TREVOR!!!! Because of the treatment that I received on Elida Road I will inform everyone that I know NOT to deal with that store, there is NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!! Even though Trevor was outstanding I am still mulling over the decision to transfer to VERIZION...I cant give the Elida store a true rating because there isnt a score low enough for me to do that even one star is to good.
So sweet. Big thank you to the manager and one of the reps for helping me get my problem sorted out.

Brought in a return, had the receipt, paid cash. They did not have enough cash in the store (around $100) so could not return item. Was within the time frame required to return also. Was told by the Sidney store it had to be returned to the Elida Rd location, since thats where they were purchased. To be turned away by them too is irritating. Had to drive 45 minutes one way, felt like more could have been done. Not pleased at all, not sure what Im supposed to do at this point...Update: second trip in I was able to return the item. A waste of time and gas, but at least the employees were nice.
What else can I say but wow!!! I was originally upset with my phone because it wouldnt turn on and I took it to these guys and they had it working in UNDER A MINUTE! Thank You!!

Was told that they could not sell the lg g8thinq until april 19th when we went in on the 17th. We were told that they had some in stock but could not sell them until Friday. We came in today only to be told they had nothing and never had them in the first place. We were lied to because an employee didnt want to put forth the effort of checking and ordering us phones and instead lied to get us out of the store and have someone else deal with the issue. We do not live close to this store and have wasted over 5 hours of our time in driving back and forth over this experience. Will be doing my business online from now on. Sorry excuse for customer service.

This has store has displayed the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I called this store for help with a broken screen on my phone, and the sales representative could not have been any less helpful whatsoever. This store has made me (A customer of Sprint for 7+ years) truly consider switching wireless providers. The representative Actually HUNG UP on me! I was absolutely APPALLED. If you live in the Lima,OH area... use the Harding Highway locating in the Eastgate side of town. The representatives at this store are always extremely polite and will help you to the best of their abilities.
This store is a terrible store!! From free tablets that cost $75 per month (hint...that is NOT free) to lying about how much the Harmon Kardon speakers were, to not even getting the phone numbers on the phones right. I tell everyone I know about how awful this store is and how they managed to steal hundreds of dollars from us.

Customer service is bad; this is not a corporate store. They sell stuff just to get a commission and dont care about customer service after the sale. They want to push you to the Indian/offshore customer service line that act like robots....Discovered this when attempting to help parents resolve a Sprint reimbursement problem they were having for new lines.

Staff will lie to make a sale. Traded in phone said would get 75 dollars off bill....NEVER received. Make them put it in writing!!!
