Great experiencing upgrading phones here. Came in once to learn more about our options and the sales rep, Josh, was really helpful. Explained everything clearly and wasn’t pushy at all. We ended up coming back a few weeks later to make the purchase and Josh recognized us. He remembered our previous conversation and helped us get it squared away in no time at all. He even gave us a little instruction sheet on how to transfer our data to the new phone
A few months back, my wife and I went to Walmart and was sold a Verizon plan. The whole thing was misrepresented. I went to Verizon to see if they could fix the mess. I was waited on by a young man named Chad. He was fantastic! He fixed everything and hooked me up with a new phone. Had an issue with the new phone when I got home. Went back and he took care of me right away. He didnt hesitate. Set me up with another phone and I havent had a single problem. Very understanding and polite. I Highly recommend this store for your cell phone needs! Very happy and satisfied with my phone and plan. Thank you Chad!! And Verizon.
Poor Service. Was told they no longer help set up phones. Pay over $200 a month for 2 phones and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They wont even answer their phone. COVID? No excuses!

The stores associate Josh was very helpful. He answered all my questions before I had a chance to ask. He explained everything in detail and what everything included. The customer service was amazing.

Dont want to sell you service or fix their service. They just want to sell you a new phone.
This location is notorious for having very low quality customer service. Their attitude is less than professional. Their willingness to help customers is very disappointing. They turn people away for things they are supposed to assist with. They send their customers to other service providers for assistance. They rarely answer their phone and give sound advice. The only reason I send people to this location is because it is the corporate store and only certain services can be rendered there.
Very rude employees. When I went in I told them I was looking to buy a new phone. They knew they had none in stock but instead of telling me that right away they let me sit for over an hour then tell me. Big waste of time going to this location.

I have been going to this place for 22 years. Will never go again after tonight. The “guard “at the door is insisting that my mask does not meet CDC guidelines which he states “we follow CDC guidelines “. He refused to let us in the store. We were at the door the first time and told we were third in line. At that time, he did not have a problem with my mask. When we returned 30 minutes later when we were called after setting in our car, I was told that my mask and did not meet CDC guidelines. During the time this idiot is telling me this he touches his own mask at least five times with his gloved hands. I am sorry, but his mask did not meet CDC guidelines. In all of this the maximum customers in the store were only four.
The stores associate Chad was very helpful... He listened to what I had to say in regards to my replacement Note 20... Showed me exactly what I was looking for without pressure to buy something else and help me get checked out quickly.

Customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked into the store. The store has everything you need from phones to cords to charging devices. I definitely recommend shopping here for your next phone or accessories.
Cant upgrade any phones or change plans bc their whole corporate network is down. Technology company cant keep their own stuff running.
Best carrier for service in Lima area. Reasonable plans, but its Verizon, youre going to pay a little more for the bells and whistles pre-paid plans dont offer. Although they do have pre-pay packages available.
Staff helped me switch sim cards from another company. Was friendly and knew exactly how to do what needed done. Also gave great advice.

Mike was absolutely the best Verizon rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He explained everything very well, made sure I got the best deal and understood everything. I will be making that store my new home store! Attitude, humor and professionalism really go a LONG way! If you need to go to Verizon go see Mike at the store beside Chipotle he will get you taken care of in the quickest time possible
They were very busy but they got to their customers in a timely manner. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful and informative.
My wife and I worked with Tim as we switched from another carrier to Verizon. Tim was very efficient as well as informative during the initial sales process. I had issues with my new phone and Tim had a replacement sent out which was received the next day. The replacement phone also did perform to my expectations. I called and spoke with Tim and while I was on the phone he was able to switch the brand of phone that I had since I was within the 14 day purchase window. This saved me another trip to the store and valuable time. I would highly recommend working with Tim and the rest of the staff at this store.
If I could give this store no stars I would. I keep trying to see if it gets better but it never does. I rather drive to delphos or some where else before ever going back to this store again.
I would give them a zero if I could they are rude and they wouldnt help us just because it was couple minutes before closing, Even though they had other customers in the building.
Waited 45 min to be helped when the place wasn’t busy. When I was finally helped, the gentleman told me that several of their associates had unexpectedly left. I went there to just get a phone and get out. He told me to wait 30 min to turn the phone on to give it time to activate. I did exactly that. After 4 hours my phone is still not activated. I’m beyond frustrated with this entire process. I will be moving on in the near future.

Only half the people in the store have a clue how a smart phones work. Sales Representative should be trained on how the phones operate. Thankfully the manager the next day had a clue and has able to explain to me what and why the sales rep did.

The lady they had at the door to welcome people was rude, and didnt have time for the customers. She was to busy on her own phone to help this customer with his issues.
I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. I never review businesses especially negatively but this store is putting a huge burden in my life that is going to take a while to come back from. I went in to get a new phone. I was told that if I buy a new phone that I get $200 off an iPad. I originally said no, but soon after my sales representative told me that I get $170 back on my old phone if I trade it in, and the cheapest iPad was $309. I changed my mind because that is a free I pad if you take the $200 off plus $170 credit for a $309 iPad. I used the rest of my 61 bucks towards accessories and paid another 100 in store for taxes. I was told my next bill will go up $20 for my new iPad line but that was it. My sales rep ensured me MULTIPLE TIMES that my next bill would only go up $20 for my iPad line (my monthly payment on my phone would go up too but it would only be about $5 because this was the month after I finished paying for my last phone so my bill usually has a phone payment on it) I NEVER would have purchased an iPad if I would have known that I had to pay so much for it, which is why I asked her multiple times if I will have to pay anymore because I knew it was too good to be true. She kept telling me it was paid for besides the line which is $20 a month. My next bill was then $750, when it is usually close to $260 each month. Almost $500 over that was taken directly out of my account. I have spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved and I just keep getting told that this promotion never happened and they have no idea what I am talking about. The best I can get is $150 off my next bill. So now I am trying to pay bills this month with a lot of money taken out of my account. I don’t understand how a business can be ok with ruining people’s financial lives like this. The lack of integrity and attention to detail is truly disappointing.
Verizon never fails to disappoint! After calling the store and being told the phone we wanted was in stock, we drove 40 minutes to be told, ...oh....we dont have that in stock right now... ...but they could have it by Monday. Not sure if I can believe that... Not sure calling ahead is worth anything.
Very unhappy with customer service. I have a company account and have had several employees go into the store to resolve problems with phones......never a problem untill today. They flat refused to help an employee, even with me calling in and asking for help.i asked for a manager to help me, and the employee refused to let me talk to a manager.
Walk in and was very promptly greeted but I was ready to buy a phone but the salesman couldnt tell me the difference between the phone I have now and the brand new s10 I was looking at and basically acted like he did not want my buisness.

Went here to check on a new phone for my niece. She had broken her old one. After they said it was not covered under manufacturer warranty, I was wanting to know what I could do to get a new one. The girl that help me went off trying to sell me a new plan. When Im happy with the one I have now. Still no help on a new phone for the broken one i brought in. The she went on trying to sell me internet service. When all i wanted was to get help for what i came there for. The broken phone. Never was told about a new phone till I was about to walk out the door. Still didnt want to help me. So i left.
I mailed a check to this store for payment on the monthly bill and they called and said they could not accept the payment...a certified cashiers check. Really? So I called the store to see if they were mailing it back...they have no way to mail anything out. Seriously? Its called the United States Postal Service. It has been a run around since we switched to Verizon from AT&T. I thought we had issues with AT&T...Pugh! Should have just stayed with them. Counting down until we pay off our phones so we can switch back.

Employees are usually pretty good. Waits are not too bad, usually never more than 5 to 10 minutes when crowded.

I was just in there and had the worst customer service ever all the guy wanted to do is sell me what he likes and ever other phone he said and I quote you wont like that one or that one is junk will be very hard up to ever go back

Only interested in sales.If you are a pre-paid customer, dont bother with this store. They know nothing about the prepaid side of the business, straight up lied to my parents about switching to prepaid, and and when I asked about getting a Sim card (which are free btw) for dads new basic phone ( it does accept one, and is a world phone as vzw calls them), she insisted he wouldnt need one unless he was going outside the US.Which is true for now, but when I told her I was trying to future proof him, for when Verizon shuts down their CDMA network in fall 19(already announced), she just looked blankly at me and said I dont even know what a CDMA network is...Not knowing that basic amount of jargon about your own industry is flat out lazy and inexcusable.If you work at a phone store, you should at least know what kind of network your company operates on...

If you need to go into a Verizon store, go to this one. You may have a wait but they have some of the more educated employees and a wider selection of devices/accessories.
Gabriel took wonderful care with me and getting a new phone. I was concerned, when I heard another saleman tell a lady -she would have to transfer all her contacts, photos, etc to her new phone - as their WiFi was opened and people would sit in the parking lot, just to use their Wifi- and for him to transfer, would take all afternoon.. (not true by the way) Gabriel told me he would transfer everything - and it took less than 20 mintues to get everything transferred over, tested and I was out the door! If you want GREAT customer service - ask for Gabriel. Thank you for all you did in helping today.
You will wait at least 30 minutes after entering the store to talk to a sales person or a troubleshooter.I also called the store with a Galaxy S4 problem that they could not solve. So they connected me with a Catherine Kamae who talked to me on the phone for over an hour and still couldnt solve the problem. She promised to call me the next evening with the solution, but I have not heard from her for the last two days.

They took three customers that walked in after I did and then refused to wave any activation fee so I left with nothing. The guy actually told me to try Sprint first over AT&T

Exceptional! I was trying to get pictures from my phone to my laptop to make a slideshow for my mothers funeral and was unable to. The girl who waited on me set it all up so the pictures now go to google photos on my phone and laptop. She was a lifesaver. Customer service was excellent. Thank you!!!!!
