I wanted to upgrade my phone but unfortunately I wasnt able to due to my line being suspended to many times, but I was still charged for my phone pay off not knowing I wasnt going to be approved! I wouldve just continued to pay my phone off monthly along with my bill if I had known I wasnt going to be approved due to suspensions! I wasnt prepared to pay my phone off and leave empty handed! My phone is damaged and not functional. That was the whole purpose of me paying the phone off to get an upgrade, but Instead I left the same way I came and that was phoneless

We visited on a Tuesday at 6 PM. They werent busy and its nice to talk to a person face to face. The representative was courteous and was low pressure even though they work on commission. Good experience overall.

Very helpful! I am hard of hearing and they took the time to make sure that I understood everything. I ended up getting a new phone that I was comfortable with and felt I could use. Very nice workers in there. Professional, helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend going there. Best AT&T store there is!

Stop treating your customers like fools.Manager needs to be replaced as soon possible. Nobody cares about your attitude.Be careful with in store billing. Double check or triple check with their charges. Compare their billing with online ordering and know the difference.

This is a great store to visit. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it’s totally worth it. They always help with everything I come in for and more! I love my new DirecTV they got me set up with!! It’s amazing 💙💙
The guy was very patient with me. I had a flip phone and my wife wanted me to get a smart phone. He took his time nd showed me everything about the new phone and how I works. Would highly recommend this store. They are very helpful polite and patient. I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them.
I would like to thank the manager and other staff for the exceptional customer service I received regarding my phone purchase and again when my phone decided to pass onto the phone graveyard. The guys who helped me were very friendly and worked with me through my frustration. I would highly recommend AT &T as a wireless carrier for the customer service alone!!
In town on a business trip. Needed to add few more lines to our corporate account. Apparently there was an issue with how the account was originally set up. The manager Tom went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He spent a good amount of time traversing the corporate support lines with both patience and tenacity. In the end the issue was resolved and we were happily on our way. I kept admiring Toms dedication to customer satisfaction, despite corporate imperfections. He saved the day both for us and for AT&T, as we were considering closing the account. I could not have done what he did if I had to call support myself. Thank you Tom!

I own my own business. It takes up a lot of my time. I dont have the time or desire to deal with my company phones. I switched from Verizon because they were NOT helpful and the bills were getting ridiculous!They got everything moved over for me, all our phones set up, got me discounts on my bill and even got me iPads that I had been wanting to start using for job sites. All of this for about $100 cheaper than what I was paying at the big V.Basically, if you own a business, you REALLY need to see these guys. They did an amazing job and I will tell everyone I do business with that they are really good!

I own a small baking and catering business. I was with another company and decided to check out some new options. When I went in, they were super helpful and nice. I ended up on,y saving about $20 a month, but I was able to get all new phones for myself and 3 employees, so it worked out because my bill at the other place would’ve gone up about $80 if I bought new phones through them, so I actually “saved” about $100 a month. They set up all the phones for us and made it so I can have everything autopaid so I don’t have to worry about sending in a payment. They even gave me one of those pop socket things with a cupcake on it haha

There was only one associate there that was decent to us and that was after he knew he was going to be making a $700 sale. Overall they didnt knowledgeable or willing to give information on products. The man who seemed to be the manager was very pushy and seemed unwilling to go beyond what was easiest for him to help the customer. They didnt have the product in stock that I wanted and seem to be annoyed when I call to check the status of the item. I was very disappointed by the service and store.

They refuse to work with my disabled uncle, who needs his phone to communicate with people. My uncle has no voice box and must use text messaging to communicate with family and friends. The employee told us that they cannot do anything because they are not a corporate branch. When asked to talk to manager, we were told he was not available and the employee then hung up on us.
I went in to get a new phone for me and my hubby. They kept tryna sell me mops, brooms, brushes. Eventually they stopped when I told them “I don’t want no scrubs.” They were cool.

Very nice selection and plenty of options!After getting my new bill from Spectrum and seeing that it went up $50 a month, we decided to look into other options. We had heard good things from our neighbor about getting cell phones, directv and bundling their internet all through AT&T.We ended up switching our cell phones from Verizon and switching our TV, home phone and internet all over to AT&T. Saved about $100 a month.Long story short, spectrum sucks and AT&T has more options and better pricing.

Was there last week to get help with both phones.The manager was close to rude and disrepectful in answersHe even said anyone would know how to do this.Felt like since this wasnt going to be a sale not worth his time.My husbands phone died and thinking about going out of town for better service..

Was just in there after moving to the area. The people in this store are amazing! I had t mobile before and when I moved, I didnt have any service. I decided to switch to AT&T since thats what a lot of people at my new job have and they said it was great up here. I also switched to directv while I was there because it was WAY cheaper than what I was paying at Dish. Plus it made it so I now have unlimited data for my phone and iPad!I call that a win! Check these guys out! They did a great job and Ill be telling everyone to stop in and see them!

I was a customer of Spectrum. They are getting ridiculous with their pricing and are charging people for boxes and internet. My bill went from an already high price of $165/mth up to $190/mth. So, i decided to check into other options. I went to the AT&T store and looked into their services. I was able to get DirecTV, cell phones, home internet and a home phone (we have small children and like the peace of mind to have one. They said we would save $20 if we didnt have one). EVERYTHING all together was $340 after taxes and fees. My previous bills were: Verizon-$225/mth & Spectrum-$190/mth (if i would have kept them) which was a total of $415/mth.I was able to save $75/mth, get new iphones, get more channels and a cheaper price for everything.TL:DR- Move to AT&T. They have better pricing and they are so nice! They dont even have to have armed security and police there like Spectrum with all their pissed off customers!
I went into the store because I got a thing in the mail from Directv that I might save money with att since they own directv. I went in and asked some questions and found out I would save about $70 a month. They were very friendly and answered all o my questions. I was not intending to buy anything that day and I told them that. They were not pushy at all. They made sure I understood all of the promos and deals and they even gave me a price breakdown on what they quoted me. I went online and compared what they gave me versus what the att site said and it was dead on except for tax which they site had my house as a different tax rate than what it should’ve been but that’s not the stores fault.I went back in and signed up this past weekend and so far I’m really enjoying the service which is better than I had before and the phone is amazing. I would certainly tell people to go there and talk to them even if you don’t have the tv service.

Not happy with them bought a brand new phone while I was there bought a couple expensive accessories and asked them to put the screen protector o like they have done multiple times and they put m screen protector On my brand new phone up way to high and theres dirt underneath it. They wont put another screen protector On it unless I buy another expensive one. Never going back again ill take my business elsewhere
