Great friendly place. Had call two separate times and the lady was super friendly and informative. There are two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) of the week were the office is closed. Make sure you call before arriving. If you want to book online you can make sure you pick the right location and fill out the information which is so simple easy to understand. Download the public storage app for access opening gate and getting code if you need too.

Currently, I am storing my personal property at the Public Storage located on Beaver Ruin Rd in Lilburn, Georgia. The agent, Miiko, has always been very cordial, caring, attentive and very knowledgeable about the policy. Each time I visit the location, Miiko performs well in her duties and behavior, going an extra mile to be patient with me, devising a plan to help me stay on course with the payments. Since the criminal eviction that happened to me and my mentally disabled son, I have seriously fallen behind financially, Miiko kindly reminds me that everything is going to work out and be alright. She has the best attitude and is very intelligent and diligent in performing her work correctly and above efficiency. In my opinion, she deserves a higher rating than 5 stars. Signed a contract for $138.00 per month. Noticed my autopay was for $174.00. I called and was told a postcard was sent 30 days ago to inform me of the increase. A postcard. We’re talking about a postcard. Not a phone call. Not even an email or certified letter. No, A postcard was sent to inform me of the increase. A 25% increase in price, and a postcard was sent to inform people of the increase. What a joke this entire world is becoming.Good job Public Storage. I’ll be out of there by the end of today

This place deserves no stars. Be aware. Check yelp reviews because all the good reviews are false. The gate is always broken. They went up on my storage rent after 3 months. They do not honor their specials. My lock was cut after a month due to non payment. In which my second month was suppose to be free but it was a lie and I was charged a late fee and additional lien fee. I paid. Once I moved out, I noticed some items were stolen. Only time anyone could have stolen anything was when they cut my lock off and put there’s on. I have orange insurance with them that means nothing. Thank God I have renters insurance. I have obtained an Attorney due to the corruption, misleading and mishandling of this property. People who work there know which cameras work and don’t. They will personally steal your belongings. There are other storage facilities in the area. Public storage try to get people to use them because of specials but trust me, it’s not worth it. Be aware

Dianna was a great customer service manager. I arrived a little late and she helped me out no problems. Made sure I had the correct size unit and everything. It was also really nice to have the ability to fill out all the paperwork online so when I showed up all I had to do was sign. I even paid for the first several months ahead of time so I wouldnt have to worry about paying another bill as I transition to move into the area. Thank you for a great experience ^_^

I love this storage facility. Darlene is outstanding!! She has a warm, professional, personal and positive personality. She took the time to help me pick the best storage facility for my needs even though she knew I was looking at other options. She is the reason I chose this facility. She even called to check on how things were going as I started moving things out of my garage into the facility. Oh, and the place is extremely neat and clean. Very happy with this location.....now! Started off very rocky but met a great young lady named Tameko (I believe that’s her name) and she goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. Every issue seems to get handled, as well as, great customer service! Very polite and she is always smiling and that makes me feel a lot better especially when I have to go in Public Storage to give y’all my money. Great employee and now a great location. Keep her...better yet promote her but just keep her at the Beaver Ruin location.

I came in with my sister today while she looked into renting a unit with public storage. Brittany was very pleasant, and friendly, and patient with us; We ask to look at different size units from the reservation size that she originally booked, and she did it was a smile. The place is nice and clean as well. With the great customer service and location my sister did rent with public storage today.

Came in for pricing since I will be moving out of my home very soon. Daija assisted me with information I was not clear on. Was told by customer service I would only pay $25, but I love that Daija was honest about additional fees including the required lock. I am glad I came in and asked before showing up with a full U-Haul unprepared :)

We have been storing our belongings at this location for over a year. Darleen and Kyle are amazing. They are very attentive to our needs and are extremely friendly. The facility is kept clean. I just wish that public storage themselves would take better care of the individual unit itself. The seal is torn and needs to be replaced. Other than that it has been a totally awesome experience to date.

I came in to get unit because i am moving. Only need it for 30 days. Frances was very helpful with the process and made it quick and easy. She does have knowledge of what is the best size and how to stack it because i really did not believe it you fit, but it does plus some extra room. She made us laugh, telling me i had to play some stacking game more.

Whenever I go to my storage unit, I am greeted with a wave and a smile! I am very pleased with the service and access to this facility. It is in my neighborhood and I can get things as needed without a long drive. This facility is well lit and this aids in security.
