BEST STORAGE PLACE, even though storms ripped through this place MR. George is cautious about the danger and still really helpful as usual👍🏽. He is helpful at all times. Great operation 🤟🏽😉

We used Killian Hill Storage for three years. We found them to be conveniently located and more cost effective than their competitors. When a storm swept through the area, we received an immediate update about the safety and security of our possessions which we appreciated as we were eight hours away by car. The entire facility has been updated and the maintenance staff works hard to keep a neat an orderly property. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to others.

I was scheduled to pick up a U-Haul here this morning at 9:00 AM. No one showed up until 9:20 AM. Then the guy tells me that his computer system is down, and he cannot rent me the truck. I booked and paid for the rental in full 2 weeks ago. I checked in online beforehand as well. I had movers meeting me at my house at 10:00 AM. I had to go to a different U-Haul location and rent a larger truck than I needed because of this, and I was late meeting the movers at my house. Do not rent a U-Haul here.

I needed a storage unit for work and this place is perfect. George, the manager, is professional and friendly and helped me get set-up with one of the few remaining units available. The price is very reasonable as well and I would definitely recommend this location if youre in need of extra storage.

1 only reason they get that the 1st night they were really great. I didnt know certain hours I had 2 cars and a little trailer to unload. He let us in. I went back close to closing I couldnt find where I had wrote the code at by the time I had I was few min late access denied. Then I go on Sat they closed at 3.i was suppose to be out today but where am I putting the rest of stuff when now I cant get in till Tuesday. Tuesday. Ive never had a building I couldnt even get in. Im 56 yrs old blonde 80 lbs what is Im gonna do when I get in there

In many ways, a storage unit is a storage unit, but my experience at Killian Hill Storage was excellent. One thing other storage centers dont have is George. As the onsite manager, George was easy to get hold of and always willing to help. In addition, ease of access and a convenient location made storing with Killian Hill a very positive experience.

Great service and place

Worst management ever! If you have a problem you will be left dead in the water. I rented a specific unit that i already inspected prevously in the morning. They forgot to enter my access code in the system. Luckily the manager was just about to leave the property during my arrival in the afternoon around 3 pm. AfterI fixing the issues with the access code, i was abble to enter the property just to find out that the unit i rented was locked with a yellow padlock. Of course the manager already left. When calling the one and only phone number available, couple of ladys will tell you that they have send a emergency message to the management of this property. 4 hours later still no responce.
