The website was very easy to navigate, the price was very reasonable, the directions on how to access the facility was very thorough and communication was great with the staff! Convenient location but unfortunately it did not have what we needed. The manager DeMonte was very patient and answered all of our questions. He took the time to research nearby locations that would best fit our needs. I do wish that we would have been able to rent from his location. First impressions are everything and he was a pleasure speaking with.

Demonte Oliver assisted me with my rental. This was a very professional but rapid experience. I appreciate the fact that I reserved online and while driving to this location to get a visual on a specific size of storage space, he called me within minutes of the reservation and was able to answer all my questions and even gave me some other suggestions. I was moving out from the storage unit July 3rd and Demonte made the whole process very easy and quick. He was totally customer focused. He came to me while unloading the unit, knew when my next bill date was due, how to close my account, and over all a very nice guy. Quick check in. Employee showed me multiple options within my budget and size needs. Employee was knowledgeable about the spaces. Friendly and caring staff. I forgot my keys in the lock and they verified it was not robbed and held onto them for me until I could get down there. Awesome! Prices are average but there are more size options at this location.
