Husband and I scheduled a notary appointment at this store for 1:00 on 6/15. We scheduled the appointment using the online scheduling system the week prior. We received a confirmation email and multiple reminder emails. Once we got to the store promptly for our 1:00 appointment, we were told that the notary person was not in and wouldn’t be in for another two hours. We had our newborn baby with us and could not wait around or come back at another time. The two gentlemen at the counter told us the woman doing the notary service should have called to confirm the appointment and so because she never called us, the appointment would not have been confirmed. There is no way for a customer to know this process that the notary should manually call you to confirm, especially after receiving multiple confirmation and reminder emails about our appointment. And if the notary person wasn’t going to be in at that time, why do they allow you to schedule an appointment in the first place? The two employees offered no apology and tried to insinuate this was our fault because SHE did not call us to confirm even though the appointment was scheduled days in advance. Will absolutely avoid this store in the future.
Bunch of little kids working at this location, rude & arrogant. Give them better training & teach them how to speak to customers, 5 people behind me with the pickup truck still open waiting for remaining packages to be loaded up & this is the response I get “it’s not going out today broo”
I’m frequently in this store, at least once weekly for over 10 yrs and have never had an issue. Although Im usually lucky to have Karen help me,the other employees were always pleAsant. I have used the notary numerous times . Just like any other place, call first to find out what hours she will be in. Parking is fine being there is only a few small business surrounding that don’t hold large crowds.
Made an appointment online for a notary at 9am on Monday. I arrived promptly and was informed that the notary was out on leave and didnt make appointments online. At no point prior to my appointment did anyone from UPS contact me to advise me that the notary was unavailable. Never coming here again. Avoid.
While all of the staff here are excellent, this location is not only dangerous to park at but the lack of parking is also an issue if you don’t go before the other stores within this strip mall open. The inside is one of the smallest locations i have been to and when the UPS truck comes to drop off packages its a virtual nightmare. Both my husband and i really like the staff but sometimes its just too stressful to go to this location and we choose to go quite a bit farther to the Hicksville Location. Wish I could say something better but if UPS truly wants to help out with this location somehow revamp this space by putting the counter across the back of the store and opening up more space for both employees and customers to have room.
Been there a few times, lastly this morning. Absolutely professional employees. Took me a few minutes. No waiting and prompt assistance from a very kind employee.
I had the worst experience of my life at this place. Some employees are nice and will out of their way to help you and Michelle will give you nasty attitude (depending on her mood) and if you ask to speak to the manager they will call the cops on you. Michelle was very disrespectful to my wife and she asked to speak to the manger and they called the cops on her. My wife had to wait for the cops to show up since she hadnt done anything wrong nor she was disrespectful to anyone. We are part of this community and no one should be treated this way. I will be following up with corporate. A better choice is staples or Kohls for your Amazon returns.
Very nice people, always helpful. Plenty of parking, It’s safe off the main road of Gardiners Ave.
Karen At the UPS store was fantastic she addressed all my needs and even had some items notarized for me I recommend her because she is number one in the tri-state region
I love this spot. I travel for work so i need a safe spot for my mail and amazon packages. Even if im not around for a month i know its safe and i get alerts. When payment come they just call me to let me know and cany pay over the phone. I love this ups store

Nice people, and remember their regular customers. Only i think 3 employees so no matter what if you ship regularly someone there will know you and have your account on screen before you get to the counter.
Horrible experience the numerous times I’ve went there. They try and nickel and dime you even if you are a regular. Ive gone to other ups stores very different experience.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. You walk in, hand over your package, scanned, receipt in hand and youre out the door in less than 2 minutes! All with a smile. Thank you UPS Store!!
I have been a mailbox customer at this location since moving to Levittown in 2009, and I must say that the staff here is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had a problem with mail delivery or outgoing shipping services, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Ive used multiple ups stores on Long Island and this has been the best one. Friendly and helpful staff.
