My saving grace once again - staff is friendly and knowledgeable - i can walk in with a package or item to return and they help me get things resolved - yesterday they quoted the prices for all 3 shipping methods available postal, FedEx and UPS so that i could decide how best to ship.Masks are required and the counter is long enough for distancing even when multiple customers being helped

The food and drinks were great and so was the service.

They are always very pleasant.

My friend was here a few weeks ago to return a package that was returned to her by mistake of the postal service. When she opened the package and brought it back, the customer service rep was extremely unprofessional towards her. He gave her a hard time on returning the package and made her feel uncomfortable.

Nine months ago I needed a PO Box for my mother who went in to a Nursing Home. I went to Mailboxes Unlimited as it was a convenient location for me. I rented the mailbox and signed an agreement which covered all the details. The agreement called for a $10 refundable key deposit which I paid. I rented the box for nine months and at the end of June 2020 I needed to close the box as my Mother passed away in mid May. I closed the box days before the end of June and I was told at the time I wouldn’t get my key deposit back as I didn’t rent the box for a full year. I left and went home and read over the agreement and found NOTHING that said I’d forfeit my key deposit for not renting the box for one year. I went back days later to show them and get my deposit money back. I encountered a tall gentleman at the counter and explained my issue and showed him the agreement and he BLEW A GASKET and yelled at me Saying “you want your ten bucks here” and basically threw it at me in anger!! I couldn’t believe his TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR and I told him in my forty years working in the retail field I’ve never seen a business owner treat a customer in such a away!! He then just told me “ YOU GOT YOUR MONEY GET OUT”. At which point I left. What he didn’t know is I have lived in the area for 32 years and have gone to this business many times over the past thirty two years. Going forward I will never patronize this small business and will never recommend them as they truly don’t know how to treat a longtime customer!!

My go to place to ship fedex packages for A return to sender on a item I purchased and want to return, all packages get to shipper, receive my refund plus if you get a return shipping label sent to your email from the place you are returning the item too and are unable to print it you can send it to the mailbox email and they print it for you free of charge!!

A small business but they have always taken care of any fax, copy or mailing issue I have brought in I have and will continue to use their services !

I always mail my boxes out if here. They will always get you the best deal and package your items if you need them to and they make sure everything is protected.

Dropped off package to be returned via UPS. So glad it was suggested I take a photo of tracking number. Two months later I still had not received credit for my return. I had tracking number to show package was sent and received and now credit finally being received.
