The nicest group of guys work here! Always so helpful and they are so great with my son. They let him help behind the counter with the boxes for the short time we are there. Helpful with Amazon returns when I didnt know what I was doing. Always pleasant.

Great location and easily accessible, also very convenient off I95. Quick and easy to have packages rerouted here you cant have delivered to home. Freindly and knowledgeable employees.If you read and like this review please give it a thumbs up.

Made a notary appointment online that was confirmed. Showed up for the appointment and there was no notary available and the employees acted confused that I even had an appointment. Complete waste of my time when I couldnt afford it. No effort made by the employees to offer another solution, they just said that I should have called to confirm a notary was available even though I had a confirmed appointment specifically for notary service.

The guy that’s works here during the day on Wednesdays in his 30s is the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. He was extremely rude to me for making an error with an Amazon return. Rolled his eyes to me several times. Then the last time I was in a man was struggling bringing in a large box and he refused to help him and kept yelling at the customer when he didn’t know where the scale was. Then looks to me and belittles the other customer to me.This man absolutely does not deserve a job and should be fired. I will never send a package through them again.

Horrible experience w/ one of the staff members here (Dec 14 @ 6pm w/ a an older woman with very short blonde hair). My cousin and I came here today w/ the intent of sending out two packages, one internationally & the other to Chicago. While waiting in line, the staff member was very much eyeballing us down and we overheard her saying “Your sending this package to Kansas! You know it’s going to be expensive!” to the current customer she was with. Then, it was my turn, along with my cousin. She asked us the regular questions, what our address and phone number are and then she asks “what is the address your sending it to”. We tell her it’s going internationally and to Poland. The guy who was working with her told her to give us an estimate. We knew it would be a little pricey, but we often send packages to Poland at different UPs’. She says to us “you know it’s going to be 100-200$” and we responded with “yeah that’s fine”. She then asks us what the zip code is and we answered “Poland does not have a zip code”. She raised her voice and said well the system says I have to put in a zip code. We then explained to her how the address is and told her she can put the one line with the numbers as a zip code even though it’s not a zip code. She then asked what the other lines are for, once again, we explained and said it’s international, so the address isn’t in the identical format as the U.S. she typed some things in, we could totally tell she was confused, but we trusted her judgement and continued. She asked us exactly to name everything in the package. We named each item and told her basically clothing items. She then asked us for every single price of the item. Typically, we are asked how much we would like insurance for, but who are we to tell someone how to do their job, so we listed the price of each item. She then measured the package and tells us it’s going to be $541.00. I said “$541.00??!” She responded with “Well $100 something if you want it to take 10-14 days.” So I responded with “Well $100 something is fine “. She rolled her eyes and said Okay. I asked her again to repeat the 100$ and something amount to make sure she wasn’t about to process the $541 amount. She replies with “I would never send this through here, I would go somewhere else.” At this point, I got a little angry and said “If you don’t want to ship this, then we will go elsewhere .” She holds on to the package and says “I’m just saying I wouldn’t ship it through us, but I will ship it.” Now I am fed up & something is telling me this package will never get delivered, so I tell her I’m going elsewhere. She keeps holding the package saying she will ship it and I tell her to let go of my package and she finally released. I left and sure enough went elsewhere and had no issues at all. Never coming here again !!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED, unless you want to ship your packages within PA, which even at that point she will probably suggest to hand deliver it yourself.

Staff made a clerical error when transcribing my address on a sensitive piece of mail. Package ended up rerouted to store and they charged my sister again to have it sent to correct address.Just go to FEDEX.

I like this place. It’s convenient and always fast in and out. I usually come here to take care of packages and sometimes mail some letters. However, this time I needed to use the computer for literally less than 30 seconds to send a file to print. I’ve done it before and never was charged for it. This time, the cashier charged me for 5 minutes of use. It just struck me as odd because I’ve used the computer several times here and was never charged, but this time it was different.

My son lives in a brain injury rehabilitation home in Langhorne. He had to be brought to Texas to my home due to an outbreak of Covid19 in his home. An employee from his residence brought his beloved 27 IMAC, which is less than 2 years old and cost $3,000 to this UPS store in Levittown. The employee there, Melanie, packaged and shipped the IMAC to be sent to my son in Cedar Park, TX. It was wrapped in small bubble wrap and packed with the inflatable puffed plastic and put into a box. The charge was $149.03. It arrived at the door in TX with the side pushed in and all the puff wrap deflated. A thin layer of small bubbled wrap was all that protected it. Not surprisingly, the computer was smashed in at the top corner. We have been trying to get restitution for the IMAC since April 14th. Its been nothing but a runaround. The girl, Melanie is mysteriously no longer working there. A different person and different versions of the problem are presented by the store with each phone call I make. My son, whos life is so strongly tied to his computer is still without it, or any acceptable solution to replace it. I would not recommend using this store. Go to the United States Post Office.

Who ever is or was on the clock @1:30pm September 28 2020 has the worst customer service ever I asked a question as to how can I change my package location and literally just hung up on me no answers what so ever very rude and ignorant when he spoke to me and this is my first experience ever calling them to find a package for me sad and need to know his name and speak to his manager.
